Throughout the tasting, snacks were rolling out. A lot were made in-house (shout-out to the cheesecake)! The owner meets you where you're at with tea know-how and it's a lot of fun. I walked out with a beautiful hand-made gaiwan that I'm looking forward to using. It's difficult to find places with a traditional tea setting, and it is wonderful to have a place like this in Utah. Worth the drive from Salt Lake!
