He waited inside for 25 minutes then he asked if they were done. They said they haven't even started the order. So frustrating. He got them finally after so much waiting. We have loved crumbl for a long time, but every time we've come lately it's just been a huge disappointment. We got pumpkin roll a few weeks back and it was completely raw in the middle. When they gave us a new cookie, they grabbed it off the same sheet... and it was raw too. Today we came to get our favorite cookie. There is literally no cinnamon on it. We brought it up to the girl working and she said that it was normal. It's not... we've gotten this cookie many times and it's never had that little of cinnamon. I always end up waiting 15 minutes or longer while they make more, which is annoying since when I pre-order on the app, they say they have them and they'll be ready to go. I tried Crumbl for the first time last year and wasn't impressed. I am a huge cookie fan and I have tried all of the best cookie places in Utah and this didn't seem to compare. I recently saw on their Instagram that they had a circus animal cookie that looked pretty good so I decided to give Crumbl a second chance. I got a box of circus animal and cookies & cream and they were honestly some of the best cookies I've ever had!!! No joke. So so good. I was impressed with the look and the taste of the cookies. The service at the Provo store was great too. My faith in crumble has been restored and I'm excited to try more of the weekly cookie flavors. If they ever have these two flavors in the future I will definitely be back! read more

This company does a fantastic job with presentation. We've ordered cookies as gifts from many different locations and the recipients are always wowed when they open their boxes. That said, the cookies can sometimes be a bit inconsistent (we often get pictures of the open box with a thank you, and there have been a couple of times we've been surprised by a gooey melted frosted cookie seeping everywhere or similar messes). There have been a few flavors that didn't really taste great, but the majority of the time these are yummy. The price seems reasonable, and the app is incredibly user-friendly. I think the basic chocolate chip cookies at Chip taste better than these, but Crumbl knows how to serve up an impressive box and the weekly menu of different cookies is awesome. These are a really fun treat or gift. read more

If you're craving a good cookie, this is the place to go! They have different flavors every week and I constantly find myself finding new favorite flavors! There are several local cookie business in Provo and, while I haven't experienced all of them yet, I have tried most of the heavy hitters and Crumbl is the clear winner so far. Süss is ridiculously overrated (I could go into detail here, but honestly if you want to know why, just read my review for them) and Chip is decent... but only decent and is limited to a single variety (and I bet you can tell what that is by the name). Both of those companies seem to rely more on marketing and building hype through the local media than the actual quality of their product (if you're a decent baker, you can make cookies at home that are comparable or get cookies that are patantly better from any local bakery in SLC). I've only had Insomnia Cookie once and wasn't impressed, though I want to give them another shot before writing a review. Crumbl on the otherhand crafts cookies that actually do justice to the idea of what a local artisan company should be. Imagine the sort of treats you'd find a really good local farmers market or holiday market, that's the level we're talking about here. For what they are, the cookies are reasonably priced (which is to say, they're similarly priced to their competitors but in this case, you actually get your money's worth), they're delicious fresh, but -- crucially -- also reheat extremely well, and while customer service does not equal a quality product it really feels like their staff goes the extra mile to be personable and friendly (which is hopefully indictive of a positive work environment). I'm sure their cookies are just as unhealthy as the other local options, but with Crumbl you can at least enjoy a moment of locally baked bliss while packing on the calories. This is all to say, that forget the local newspaper articles and blog posts riding on the coattails of the hype train, despite their amateurish logo (that looks like it was straight up made by a college freshman an in intro to marketing class) Crumbl, not Süss, probably not Insomnia, and definitely not Chip, is the clear cookie champion of the Provo area. read more

I really love Crumble especially how fun that each week we receive new flavors. On Saturday I ran to Crumble to try a few of the new flavors and after bitting into two of my cookies I pulled out a total of 3 long blond hairs from either the inside of the cookie, or worst, my mouth. 2 pieces of hair came from the chocolate cookies and cream, so I immediately threw it away, and after I tried to play it safe with my chocolate chip cookie to pull out yet another long blond hair from my mouth. I ended up throwing my 4 pack box away with how grossed out I was from the first two cookies. I love crumble but I was really upset and disappointed with how many pieces of hair I pulled out. while I was waiting for my order I did notice most of the girls baking had their hair either falling completely out of their buns, or wasn't secured at all, that worried me from the beginning, and I ended up eating the exact thing I was worried about. I am really understanding, but i will be visiting the other locations from now on. read more

I like Crumbl because their quality is really good. There are also big cookies. They are really flavorful and good. I personally like the original Chocolate Chip Cookie because It is cooked perfect and it is gooey In the middle. My only complaint is that their price is pretty high for cookies.
