Horrible horrible service funny thing is I even ordered ahead of time on the app for pickup even clicked I'm here and went inside and ended up waiting THIRTY MINUTES for them to put cookies in a box. It was frustrating because they kept ignoring and avoiding eye contact with me knowing I was waiting and lied they were working on my order while I counted 6 other people carry out their orders most of which just came in to order. So much for ordering ahead. I think they need to retrain the workers to learn how to communicate if they had just communicated or even apologized instead of trying to ignore/avoid me. They didn't even bother checking on my order when I told them I had ordered ahead on the app for pickup just lied said yep they're working on it then lied again next time and said someone else must've taken my order.lol read more

Great cookies so far. We have been since they open and we can't complain. Sometimes the lines are really long but I started going earlier and it's been great. read more

Awesome I can believe they have a great taste! The lines to buy are crazy sometimes but I recommend order online just to pick up lol

Love Crumbl cookies so good it's the changing the flavors is exciting and the app is amazing

very good. need better options sometiems. But that is just the risk you take when you get a crumbl cookie

The process to order online is inaccurate. Placed an order online @6am for p/u @8-8:30 PM (14 hours later) and the cookies were not ready until nearly 9pm & half the cookies are wrong!!! The box was labeled w/ our name, but 4 out of the 6 cookies were wrong and there was no sense of wanting to correct. read more

Service was efficient and nice, the area was clean and the employees were friendly with customers

I rate 10/10. It was worth the drive from Union City to Paramus location. Line ran quickly. We were greated with respect and a smile. Cashier was very sweet and patience. We got freshly baked cookies (4 pack and got 3 pack mini in different flavors). They didnt arrive home, we ate them on the way back (after stopping for milk). read more

My new addiction, I can't get enough. I only hate that my location is not 24 hours and its closed on Sundays

Very tasty and great place We will be back Such amazing choices Place is a great addition to this town read more

Wait times is the only thing I had a problem with. I had to wait an extra 20 mins for a Pick up order. Overall the cookies were delicious. read more

Anemic, bland and expensive chocolate chip cookie. Waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes to be served a cold, boring box of cookies. I expected to get at least a dozen, but it was $16.99 for 6 mini cookies. For that price it should have been the best cookie I ever had but sadly it was far from it. Just go to the grocery store and make from scratch at home for a better cookie experience. Would be cheaper too. read more

Honestly, I went early in the day and as I walked through the door my name was being called. This was my first timer ever going to crumbl and it felt like fate. However my one cookie was under baked, the pumpkin, but all the others were delicious! The place its self feels very factorial, but it's cool we can see the cookies being made behind the front counter. I wonder how sanitary that is? read more

Friendly, customer service oriented, many cookies are underwhelming. The store is also lacking in creativity.

These are some pretty unique cookies! The staff and ambiance are in need of a facelift, but if you like really indulgent treats, come have a cookie. read more

Pretty good, the cookies are sometimes too sweet but a nice shop and nice people. Some cookies don't taste like their names which is a bit disappointing but the brookie was definitely amazing read more

Delicious every time! My family and I are always excited to try the new flavors every week. A must try if you are in the area.

The cookies are so amazing, they took 5 minutes MAX to make the cookies, they are really kind and I see that they work hard for us to make these cookies. read more

This location is horrible. Not only is the staff very rude but they're unprofessional with the loud and vulgar language they use around families and young kids. I preordered from here and was yelled at from this location running out of three of my preselections. The young man doing the curbside pickups for food delivery services was awful and racist. If the carrier did not speak English he would just say "better learn English if you need my help" and was the employee using the worst language. The lines are a mess as well. Never again setting foot at this particular location. read more

Obsessed with their desserts. But, they are very heavy and sweet. Great with a cup of tea. I like to freeze or refrigerate for later.

The cookies are amazing but only thing I would change is the sweetness. Most of the cookies are WAY TOO SWEET. Service is whatever, but the store is decorated nicely. read more

We were outside shivering and freezing and this idiot that works there told us to wait outside because they were at capacity so we did. Then 2 people walked out with their order so me and one other person walked in. We started to order on the machine and he came over and yelled at us that he didn't "allow" us in and kicked us out back into the cold. Lester from Paramus NJ location, absolutely horrible customer service we left without purchase. read more

cookies and desserts freshly made and delicloud, made in a timely manner and store is very nice and clean .

Always friendly and helpful. Cookies are absolutely delicious. Regardless of how busy it gets the staff is always welcoming.

The cookie dough was amazing but what struck me was the smell it smelled amazing and tasted the way it smelled

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed a mobile order and waited over an hour. We were waiting outside in the freezing cold and One of the employees (the one running out the orders) told us we cannot stand inside and we were so freezing. He was so nasty to us and made us so uncomfortable. I will never come back here. read more

the staff is okay but the cookies are always banging so who cares if the staff is slow or rude bc those cookies hit everytime !

Really poorly managed. Ordered the cookies to be picked up over 24 hours in advance. Didn't have the cookies I ordered when I got there. Waited for 30 minutes just to pick up. read more

More than 30 mins delay in delivering my order. Called the store and the only thing they said is "we are busy"

Just had their new Cherry Cheesecake today, so good! Pickup was quick, easy and ready within minutes.

A good place to go for cookies and the workers are nice and there is not that big of line

Best cookies ever and definitely a fan of the bites! The service was amazing and the line didn't take more than 10 minutes! The place itself was so calming and my kids and I are definitely coming back soon. read more

This crumbl is very nice. Although it is under entrance maintenance , it is still pretty nice. Solid interior, easy parking. Every one is friendly as well. read more

TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY FOOD. I was waiting in line for an hour and I got my cookies and one of them was messed up.
