They have self-order kiosks and then you can wait while watching all the bakers making the cookies in the open space kitchen! Staff: I barely had any interaction with the staff but they asked me if my order looked correct when it was ready so that was nice lol Food: We got one of each cookie flavor since they switch the flavors out every week. The STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE CAKE was my favorite- it tastes like the convenience store ice cream bar. All the other cookies were pretty good too but the thing I really have to complain about is that the cookies are always way too sweet. They get tiring after awhile and hard to eat too. Price: It was $25 for a box of 6 cookies but the cookies are pretty big I guess. Honestly i think it's an experience to only have once. The hype is real!! I heard several times that these cookies were good, but I still had no real expectations because they are cookies. No, they are the BEST COOKIES lol. They opened a location nearby so I decided to pick some up on a whim since we were having guests over. The cookies themselves are pretty big and good for sharing. I ordered a box of 4 (Blue Monster chips ahoy, Peanut Butter nougat, M&M and the tootsie roll one). I cut them all up so we could sample each one. I was blown away by how good these are. The blue monster was my favorite, but all were delicious. I went back 2 days later for the blue monster and a classic chocolate chip. Their menu changes weekly, just fyi which is why I had to go back lol. Again, so bomb. Some are served warm and some chilled, depends on the cookie. Ordered carry out on the app then went to pick it up. The store wasn't busy at all, probably because it was raining a lot. Customer service was good. Friendly and quick with grabbing my order. The cookies were delicious as usual! Love how clean and big the store looked. Very bright inside. Love the smell of cookies when you walk in. Cookies are more cake like than your usual homemade cookie. Love the flavors they had. This week they had the chocolate chip, brownie, mint chocolate chip, maple bacon, pink sugar cookie, and the donut cookie. I only got the first 4. I was pleasantly surprised with the maple bacon one. Loved the amount of bacon that was on top. Went really well with the maple drizzle on top and it gave a nice crunch. Mint chocolate chip...my favorite flavors, but I wish there was more mint in the frosting. I love this new location because it's closer to my house. I'm glad there's finally a Crumbl in the Milpitas area! Just like the other locations, this place is clean and spotless and has that quick to-go order setup. My wife and I came a few days ago and we enjoyed their dolce de leche, butterfinger and chocolate chip. This time around, their cookies weren't as sugary and super sweet. I'm not a big fan of their squishy doughy texture but it works with their flavors and style. Overall, this place will do great with lots of foodies coming in to try and lots of people ordering for parties, etc. Crumbl is a good choice for dessert after dining in one of the restaurants inside the plaza. read more

You can check the websites for What flavors they have and order ahead. As for price point I think it can be a bit pricey but you get what You pay for. That is my reason for -1 star. When you walk in you can see the the TRAYS of already made cookies so what's the point of closing orders 2 HOURS before you close. Finally a location close enough for me to try. First time...so I'm a newbie to Crumbl. I've seen and heard a lot about it on social media and have been dying to try.... Grand opening today in my neighborhood, so I made it a point to head there today. No line but a decent amount of costumers trickling in. As you enter you get a loud and warm welcome and you have an option to "self-order" on the kiosks to the right or head to the cashier to checkout the flavors of the week and make your order there. I chose to do self-order. I loved that it was quick and easy. I love that the kitchen is wide and open. I love to see how all the goodies are being made. And it smells delightful in there. I was ready for my Crumbl cookies! My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Warm, beautifully decorated and all that deliciousness all in one pink box! I brought it home and unfortunately I just couldn't wait for the rest of the fam to get home from work and school this afternoon... oh well ‍ A nice big cup of coffee in hand, I cut all of them in half and had a wonderful tasting all by my lonesome. And I give my Mom's approval! Cookies are a good size, soft, not overly sweet and deliciously scrumptious! My kids will love these and will definitely devour them. Today's experience reflects poor planning on their part. The wait was way too long. They need to reflect the true wait time, so i don't wait around at the store. Placed online order: 7:45pm; ETA: 8:10PM; Actual ready time:9:00PM. Cookies are very yummy; The triage person had good attitude. The staff making the cookies were hardworking. Thus the 3 stars. My friends and I have an interesting observation about Crumbl... you either love it and are obsessed with their cookies, or you absolutely hate it and will never eat another one even if it was free. Some say it's too sweet, others day it's just sweet enough, and the varying opinions and experiences from eating Crumbl is varying and I have no idea why.... That being said, I love that their menu rotates every week so it's always a fun time coming in and seeing what new cookies are available. $5 for a cookie may seem steep for some, but the cookies here are pretty big and also pretty thick. Three people can share one cookie and feel satisfied so I don't think the price is really off-putting at all. I've tried the Crumbl in other states and here at this location and the more I try their cookies the more and more they leave an impression on me. I love the Aggie Mint cookie, as well as the original chocolate chip is always great as the chocolate chips are bit and sweet which balance the simplicity of the dough. Recently also tried the pink velvet and I love how there is a slight tart to the cream cheese frosting that balances the sweetness of the cookie. I can't wait to come back and see what they have next week! read more
