We came here and ordered 4 drinks with no line in front of us. Maybe online orders delayed the entire process but it took forever to get our drinks. The place is small and smelled like cleaning chemicals mixed with tea smells. No real seating and no bathroom to use. The storefront is small and inside even smaller and narrow. The quality of the Matcha is super low quality and very bitter. While most places premix their matcha, the matcha here tasted gross and very bitter. Tasted old. The ones who ordered the matcha drinks didn't even finish half the drink before they tossed it. Such a waste for an expensive drink. Compared to boba guys, this place isn't even in the same universe. Everything seems low quality and the prices are just as or more expensive in comparison. We went here because it was closer to the event we were attending but live and learn, the drive to bishop would have been worth it. And lastly they don't modify any of their drink orders such as less or more ice... or even sweeter less sweet. Crumbl Cookies in Dublin may be a small store, but it packs a big punch when it comes to flavor. We recently tried their mint, pretzel, and original chocolate chip cookies, and each one was a delightful treat. The mint cookie was perfectly balanced with a refreshing minty taste and a smooth texture. The pretzel cookie offered a fantastic sweet-and-salty combination, with crunchy pretzel pieces adding a nice contrast. The original chocolate chip cookie was classic and comforting, with gooey chocolate chips and a soft, chewy bite. The quality and taste of these cookies make Crumbl a must-visit spot for any cookie lover. read more

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and was told it would take some time. I was fine with waiting, but the staff insisted I choose something else instead. Reluctantly, I agreed, only to be given the wrong order. When I called to sort it out, I was asked to return to the store. Upon arriving, they wouldn't give me the correct item without the original box--something they should have told me over the phone. It was such an unnecessary hassle. In the end, I had to buy a cookie for my daughter elsewhere. Poor communication and service--I won't be coming back. read more

There are 2 drink specials and also ones for larger donut orders too. They also have seasonal donuts with cute designs and innovative flavors. I don't usually order those though. Sesame and matcha are my favorites. One of my kids love the Oreo one. And another kid likes the strawberry one. Honestly, they're all great! Cleanliness is okay. Correction from my first review: Apparently mochi donuts are made of rice, but I was informed there is still some gluten in it. I thought they were gluten-free, but that is incorrect. Also an update since my first review: They improved their ambience with a themed seating area, lots of pink paint, and posters. Note to management: - Since the food and drinks aren't cheap, you don't want to have cheap-looking decor (e.g., the very large jars of plastic fruit and dust-collecting plastic flowers). Those seemed so out of place. - Also, your chairs are incredibly stained and dirty. I couldn't find a clean one to sit in. You should have them deep-cleaned; and when they're clean (or new), spray them with a stain guard, so the spills don't set. That will make the sitting area appear much nicer for the patrons.
