Not all cookies are it for me. With that being said I do love that I can check weekly what the menu looks like. I go when there is a cookie that catches my eye so I don't go weekly. Sometimes I go every other week and there's times when I go every other month. Needless to say the ones I love the most are the ones that have cream cheese on top. Those never fail to amaze me. So yes I'm a little biased and only go when there is a cheesecake one. When they have these I go 2-3 times a week. The cookies are soft, chewy and always warm when they are handed to you. The place is kept tidy and clean. As far as the customer service I have yet to experience a problem. The reason for my 3 star review is solely on the time they open. They use to open at 8 am now they changed it to 9am. I used to pick up at 8am before heading to work now I can't do that. A little frustrating that they changed it. I love to hand these when it's someone's birthday but now I won't be able to do that. So I find myself heading to Porto's because they open super early and well they have sweets too. But I wish Crumbl would just go back to 8am. read more

Do not buy the seasonal pumpkin pie! It's expensive and you are pretty much just paying for a crust (and a spoonful of pumpkin mix)! The worst part of all is that when I tried to exchange for a different type of pie, the staff was not willing to fulfill my request. One worker initially said he couldn't as the pies had already been thrown away (as they had just closed) yet asked a second worker if he could assist me yet he refused. This will be our last visit. It is always CHAOS at this location. Do you not have managers? How hard is it to put cookies in boxes?!? By so far this place has been my favorite location but this last time I walked in they didn't even greet me or asked for my name the guy just kept packing orders and I had to wait about 10 min before anyone approached me and gave me my order that I had placed online. I went there for the First & Last time on 02/11/23. Ordered 50 mini cookies at Noon to be picked up after 8PM that night. Got there to pick them up, and it took the night manager 20 minutes to tell me they didn't make them because I didn't order them 48 hours in advance! Okay, the day manager, who took my order never said the minis had to be ordered 48hrs in advance! She did say they were open until midnight, and I could pick them up until then! I'll start this out by saying I LOVE CRUMBL!!!!!! However, Downey you don't got your stuff together. I get it's been a week since you been open, but good gosh I won't be back. I came the first day you were open, and the "bugs" needed to be broken. But tonight you threw me for one. It was "free chocolate chip cookie day" gig show app and you get a free cookie. Great, drove to support you and we get kicked in the butt. We show our apps (both hubby and me) plus the 2 kids. And we want to order copies, great. They don't have the one we want. Ugh ok just order reg chocolate chip. So 4 free ones and a paid one no problem. We sat, they gave the kids mini ones and us 2 big ones, we sat for our paid cookies and they never came. They argued with me about it. Hubby had gone to the car with the little one and she argued with me about the free cookie. Really? Such rude customer service. So many red flags. Love the look, setup, design, & the staff was friendly...! All the cookies were good but the salted caramel cheesecake was delicious! My fave! The apple crumb cookie would also be a favorite, but it needs more apples. If there were more apples throughout the cookie, it would definitely be the best one, to me. Best cookies. My favorite is the peach cobbler. I was a bit disappointed when the worker told me he only had enough peach to add to 3 of my 5 cookies.
