Driven past this place so many times and finally took the time to stop. Super clean place on the inside and great customer service. Chicken was super moist and flavorful, including the chicken nuggets. The bbq sauce that is there is excellent and has a little spice to it. I ordered using Door Dash. First, a gyro sandwich. Instead of the usual tomato and onion, it was littered with feta and lettuce. This is not a gyro, this is a salad. I wish it would have been easier to see on the Door Dash site. Second I ordered what I thought was a two-filet dinner with biscuits on the side. What I received was a SANDWICH of all things. If I had wanted a sandwich, don't you think I would have ordered one? Not to mention it had a glob of mayo or tarter sauce or some other evil stuff I hate with a passion. So I will never order from them again using Door Dash, because their menu is screwed up. If I do have to order from them, I will contact them directly... or just not bother. There's nothing they have that I can't get elsewhere. I wanted to give them feedback directly, but I couldn't find any way to do that on either Door Dash or on their site, so sorry to be so blunt, but this is how you disappointed me. read more

Horrible! Fist time ordered chicken .. Smelled and tasted like Fish! Second time ordered a gyro ..Horrible! Meat was not cut from a rotisserie. It tasted like a nasty Arbys fake gyro. Wow! So impressed! Wife and I took a trip over to order some chicken for dinner. First learned about this place on the Door Dash app and had never heard about it. Checked out Yelp, as always, to get the lowdown. Lots of really good reviews so we decided we'd try it. It was kind of confusing between their online menu, the photos on here, and Door Dash (yeah for their sake needs to be improved), so we thought we'd take a trip there to talk to a human. Really nice guy working this Saturday (sorry I don't remember your name) and it turns out you can order the way you want to. I really wanted 2 breasts and 2 thighs and 4 potato wedges. Yep, no problem. My wife wanted to try their chicken strips and wings along with wedges for herself. I even purchased a desert cake in their fridge case that turns out is made in Alsip, IL. It was really good. Now, we take food seriously as my wife's occupation is in food and has been for a long time. So this is a legit review and doesn't come easily. Fact is, I think this is the best fried chicken in Milwaukee (which unfortunately is not saying much)! Breading is both crisp and flavorful. The chicken inside is flavorful and moist (both white and dark meat). Chicken strips were the bomb and obviously no bones. The potato wedges were also crisp outside and soft and flavorful inside. I didn't try wings but she liked both the plain and honey bbq. We've only been here once and I usually don't write reviews that are after 1st time trying unless I'm sure. I also only write reviews that are glowing or awful. This place is glowing, especially for a small room next to a generic gas station. Who would figure? Food was just okay but very bad customer service. Was not informed of the specials and not even 30 seconds after I placed my order and saw the tv flash just about my exact order on special I asked could I get the special instead, which would've been cheaper and added a couple pieces of chicken. I was told no. I didnt understand no change in items just 3 extra pieces of chicken. Then when my food came it was cooked in old grease. Will never eat here again read more

Came in as a walk in and placed simple order of large fry and 12 PC leg and thigh. Was told wait would be 15 minutes. I watched people who were on front of us get their food in 10 minutes which was fine. Then watched people who had a very large order placed which was 4 bags of food get served. They came in 10 minutes after me. Needless to say of I wouldn't have went up to the counter to complain I would still be sitting and waiting as my order was forgotten. First and last time there. The food smelled heavy like grease and tasted horrible. Kentucky Fried Chicken is soooooo much tastier and half the grease. Never will go back or recommend them unless you want a stomach ache. From the outside it looks like a little deli attached to a gas station but upon walking inside we were inundated with the aroma of fresh grilled and fried food. My Philly cheesesteak was cooked to order and delicious. The chicken took a little longer to cook (as fresh chicken does); my husband enjoyed the meat but isn't a fan of extra crispy which is no fault of the restaurant. Placed order, they said 45-60 minutes, after 80 I called. It was only 2 burgers, 2 poppers and a hot dog. When I called for a new ETA they weren't really listening, then when I got her to listen she quickly said the order left and hung up on me. Food was warm at best after that long. A couple of occasions I got Crispy and Grill. The fried chicken is superb, but the sides, like the potato wedges and corn are even better if anything, which are also fried and friendly. Make sure that when you order, you get warm sauce and BBQ! read more
