Etc - Beef broth I got for my hotpot was decent but worse than most pork bone broths I default to For the same price as Seapot, I'd still personally prefer Seapot. But I think this place does best a lot of competition like Nan and Hai Di Lao. Give it a try for sure.

I think it's a bit more concentrated than the regular broth they use for pho. The pho itself was good, it's not your traditional Viet pho you get outside, it's more of a fusion pho where the broth isn't clear at all. If you're coming here for the first time, I would recommend trying out the platters so that you could try out more food all at once!
