After a while, it got annoying and sometimes, the line spread out into a green patch that covered more than half of my screen. I called one company, but they only repair iPhone. I called Tricked Out Accessories. Colton gave me a price quote and estimated time (2 hours) - after we agreed that the problem was a cracked screen. He said that the Crack would just get worse and he won't charge me a diagnostic fee. I drove over right away and parked for free at the mall. Colton inspected my phone and had me sign a few documents. I walked around the mall for a while and returned after about an hour and a half. My phone was fixed! Yay! Thank you so much!

Dear AT&T Kaneohe Team,…read more I visited your store about a week ago to get assistance with my iPad's cellular service. During that visit, I also inquired about upgrading my mother's phone from her older iPhone to the new iPhone 17. We were informed that we could call on Monday or Wednesday to check if a new shipment had arrived, and that if the phone was available, we could request to have it placed on hold until the end of the day for pickup. Today, my mother called to check on the shipment, it was picked up by a female. However the call was disconnected shortly after being answered. I then tried calling myself and spoke with a representative (female) and tilde her everything that happened when I came in and then she informed me that the store does not place phones on hold. This was confusing, as it contradicted the information we were given during our initial visit. As long-time AT&T customers, we value the service and support we've received over the years. However, we would greatly appreciate clearer communication and consistency between staff members to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I didn't have to wait to get service; as soon as I entered the store, Rhegi approached me to ask what I needed. He not only quickly got the "Universal Dash Clip" for me to see, but took time to explain to me (a Senior Citizen for sure!) how to mount the Clip in my car! He is well priced and will make sure your devices are working properly. My son broke his phone twice in one week and nowadays it's vital to have cellphones to communicate and ensure our children's safety. We have had one busy month. My husband just got back surgery and I had a baby!!! All happening two weeks apart. Our budget has been limited since my husband is out of work for a few minths and I have to care for our baby. We were able to fix the first issue without hesitation, but the second time our son broke his phone it became a huge unforeseen expense. I had to return an extra Xumo box, which they had sent me in error, and then she helped me to review my account and set me up with extended discounts on my internet service. I also switched my mobile service from Verizon over to Spectrum, saving $75/month for the first year. Since Spectrum uses the Verizon network, I should get the same service for less. Emily was really helpful the entire time and, with help from a supervisor, was able to correct a group messaging glitch that popped up. It took about 30 minutes overall to finish everything, and I'm saving a good chunk of change. It was definitely worth the time, and much easier and quicker than doing it over the phone or via the app.

Extremely disappointing experience -- and even more disappointing response from management…read more We went to the Kahala location to have a cell phone screen replaced. Before beginning the repair, the staff looked up our account and then proceeded to remove the damaged screen and install a brand-new one. Only after the repair was completed were we told that they could not locate this particular phone on our account and that, as a result, we would have to pay to set up an entirely new account rather than pay the low-cost screen replacement fee we had expected. This should have been verified before anyone touched the phone. What happened next was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging their mistake and finding a reasonable way to make the situation right, we were told that the best they could do was remove the brand-new screen they had just installed and put our damaged screen back on. They did exactly that -- except the old screen could not be reapplied properly. It was returned to us full of air bubbles and in worse condition than when we walked into the store. So we came in with a damaged but usable screen and left minutes later with a phone in significantly worse condition, all because the store failed to verify our eligibility before beginning the repair. Mistakes happen. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how it responds when it makes one. An apology, acknowledgment of the error, and a reasonable effort by management to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, there was no meaningful attempt to rectify a problem the store itself created. Had management handled this differently, they could have retained us as customers. Instead, this experience ensured the opposite.
