Came in to buy a new iphone (trade in). The person that helped us with the process was syncing my…read moreold iphone and new iphone to transfer over all the data, which on the screen said would take 24 minutes. I decided to eat my lunch right outside the store to pass the time, while the man helping us brought the phones in the back to transfer. I saw the employee walk out of the store, and didnt come back. I returned to the store about 15 min later, still no return of the employee. Asked another employee there where he was, and got ignored and didnt address after. After waiting about 25 min, the man helping us still hasnt returned to the store, so had to approach another employee about the transfer of info to my phone, since that was the only thing i was waiting for and it was in the back. This employee brought out my phone, got it squared away, and as we thanked him he said "ok youre all set", while not looking at us at just walking away to the back. At this point we were at the store about 1.5 for this process. That employee that originally helped still didnt return by the time he left, dont know where he went.

During that visit, I also inquired about upgrading my mother's phone from her older iPhone to the new iPhone 17. We were informed that we could call on Monday or Wednesday to check if a new shipment had arrived, and that if the phone was available, we could request to have it placed on hold until the end of the day for pickup. Today, my mother called to check on the shipment, it was picked up by a female. However the call was disconnected shortly after being answered. I then tried calling myself and spoke with a representative (female) and tilde her everything that happened when I came in and then she informed me that the store does not place phones on hold. This was confusing, as it contradicted the information we were given during our initial visit. As long-time AT&T customers, we value the service and support we've received over the years. However, we would greatly appreciate clearer communication and consistency between staff members to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. It's now going on 2 weeks with issues with this carrier…read more Unable to call out to mainland area codes nor unable to even complete #611, AT&T's direct line for service. Very inconvenient! I go to their store and they say some people are affected and keep promising that it'll be fixed that day. They claim it's a nationwide issue and nothing to do with AT&T. Well, it's going on 2 weeks and NOW I can't even call a local number or send text messages! I need to change carriers but I have a contract on one of my phones and I need to get out of being connected with them. I see a lot of negative reviews from people. I need to sever my ties with this carrier.

I had to return an extra Xumo box, which they had sent me in error, and then she helped me to review my account and set me up with extended discounts on my internet service. I also switched my mobile service from Verizon over to Spectrum, saving $75/month for the first year. Since Spectrum uses the Verizon network, I should get the same service for less. Emily was really helpful the entire time and, with help from a supervisor, was able to correct a group messaging glitch that popped up. It took about 30 minutes overall to finish everything, and I'm saving a good chunk of change. It was definitely worth the time, and much easier and quicker than doing it over the phone or via the app.

When it's time for commercials. the volume level automatically goes up, most time having to turn the volume on the remote down.And the cost for basic cable is outrageous! Not a complainer. Just stating facts. Frustrated customer!

I came in to just repair the back glass of my iPhone 13 Pro Max and nothing else was broken and had an appointment on 4/17 at 1. The employee on the phone told me it was gonna cost $250 before tax and then once I came back to get my phone they winded up charging me extra for the Display repair as well when the only thing that was wrong was the broken glass at the back of my phone so they charged me for both prices having to pay $345 with tax all together when on the website for back glass repair for iPhones is $220 on the website before tax and for frame repair all together. If you are looking to repair your glass on the back of the phone DO NOT REPAIR IPHONE HERE! OVER CHARGE! This is literally the quarter of a cost of the latest iPhone.

I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there. This lack of clear policies and poor customer service made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.
