    this review is only for the specific location of Kaneohe shopping center ... a team member named Shannon helped me today for a warranty he checked my phone obviously and said it was good to go for warranty he then proceeded to charge me for the warranty of my phone and have me pay . channon Anderson then procced to warranty the phone and get the phone that I came to pick up he had my old phone with warranty stickers on it's when it was time to give me my new phone he then went into the back after everything was done already and he had my new phone ready he then said that he couldn't do the exchange which baffle me why would he inspect it then charge me then not give me the phone I feel as if he damaged it him self how do I know he didn't take it apart and wet it him self he didn't need to warranty it because he did say he worked on phones before hand and he also said it was good then went into the back and damaged it

    Home internet at a great price. I'm not a T mobile customer however I still got my home internet at a good monthly price.

    Don't bother calling, they will never answer their phones. Call em in the morning or afternoon, don't matter cause they won't answer

    Dear AT&T Kaneohe Team,…read more I visited your store about a week ago to get assistance with my iPad's cellular service. During that visit, I also inquired about upgrading my mother's phone from her older iPhone to the new iPhone 17. We were informed that we could call on Monday or Wednesday to check if a new shipment had arrived, and that if the phone was available, we could request to have it placed on hold until the end of the day for pickup. Today, my mother called to check on the shipment, it was picked up by a female. However the call was disconnected shortly after being answered. I then tried calling myself and spoke with a representative (female) and tilde her everything that happened when I came in and then she informed me that the store does not place phones on hold. This was confusing, as it contradicted the information we were given during our initial visit. As long-time AT&T customers, we value the service and support we've received over the years. However, we would greatly appreciate clearer communication and consistency between staff members to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.     What is happening with AT&T service???? It's now going on 2 weeks with issues with this carrier…read more Unable to call out to mainland area codes nor unable to even complete #611, AT&T's direct line for service. Very inconvenient! I go to their store and they say some people are affected and keep promising that it'll be fixed that day. They claim it's a nationwide issue and nothing to do with AT&T. Well, it's going on 2 weeks and NOW I can't even call a local number or send text messages! I need to change carriers but I have a contract on one of my phones and I need to get out of being connected with them. I see a lot of negative reviews from people. I need to sever my ties with this carrier.

I had to return an extra Xumo box, which they had sent me in error, and then she helped me to review my account and set me up with extended discounts on my internet service. I also switched my mobile service from Verizon over to Spectrum, saving $75/month for the first year. Since Spectrum uses the Verizon network, I should get the same service for less. Emily was really helpful the entire time and, with help from a supervisor, was able to correct a group messaging glitch that popped up. It took about 30 minutes overall to finish everything, and I'm saving a good chunk of change. It was definitely worth the time, and much easier and quicker than doing it over the phone or via the app.

When it's time for commercials. the volume level automatically goes up, most time having to turn the volume on the remote down.And the cost for basic cable is outrageous! Not a complainer. Just stating facts. Frustrated customer!

    I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I…read morespoke to Joy which was helpful in letting me know the estimated price as well as what locations are available for same day repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.
