Poor customer support on the phone and I always need to go into a store after speaking to a rep for over an hour. If you are thinking of switching carriers be warned!!! AT&T is horrible. I am locked in for 36 months and I dont want anyone else to have to suffer through what Im going through. If you travel internationally, their roaming plan sucks. If you prefer apple care and want insurance, it is very different from Tmobile. I am only able to do a group insurance that covers only a couple phones at a time. It CRAP. No apple care. I highly discourage the switch to AT&T.

They said it takes a few hours for them to check the schedule and schedule a delivery but it's been a week of waiting for someone to get me a day where they can do a delivery. There was only one day where they really put the effort they said they would email an invoice with a quote which they never did and ended up texting it to me and then they out of nowhere said that they can do the delivery in a few hours. It was such late notice I was at work so obviously couldn't do it at that very moment. So then I kept trying to see what other days are available and literally the AI kept repeating the same thing over and over saying "we will expedite this and get back to you etc. etc." and I was just so tired of it I asked them to speak to a supervisor and they said the supervisor would call in an hour and they never did, it has been more than 24 hours of waiting for a supervisor to contact me. I think this business might be fake. I went to them cause they got really good reviews and ChatGPT recommended them but honestly I think those reviews are fake and this a fake business and I'm going to report them. If it takes only a few hours to schedule me in for a delivery why did it take this long to not even get an answer. And when I did get an answer it was like a few hours notice of when I would need to be available for them to deliver.
