    Paying my aunty's bill... for television and landline telephone... It just so happened that I looked at the opened envelope on the table next to my aunty's chair. I asked her why there's a returned check? Doesn't that mean you have to pay again? Did you call? Where? I don't know. I don't remember. I knew that there was a new Spectrum location in Kaneohe's Windward Mall. It's located next to Target on the upper level. If you enter from the parking lot, the door is between the upper level of Target and the entrance to the mall next to Kikuya Restaurant. I didn't want to go to the Ala Moana location... that's a zoo... LOL! This Kaneohe location is really spacious. However, there was only one worker and six stations. Yeah. The nice male worker - Sean - was helping a couple. He gave them a waterproof bag! He was very thorough and thoughtful! There was another customer waiting on a sofa. I signed in and waited my turn. At least the chairs are comfortable; there's air-conditioning; and pleasant pop music playing. The computer system crashed, and the transaction ahead of me was paused. Haha! The customer left. The store was supposed to close at 7pm. Sean locked the doors. There was another gal behind me in line, but I was next, and Sean did his best with a crashed system. He was patient and respectful. He showed me how to pay the bill on the kiosk since Spectrum will no longer accept aunty's checks. Once a check bounces, they won't accept another check from that customer. Lesson learned. Thank you!

    -0 stars the customer service is terrible. we have been waiting in line for 2 hours. there was 2 workers but one worker left. lobby is full of waiting customers

    Oh my... Hawaiian Tel…read more.. We moved to a new place, and a technician came yesterday to install the internet. Right after he left, the connection started acting up. After spending about 40 minutes troubleshooting with support, they told us the installation was done incorrectly and that the technician needs to come back. Basically, now we get internet for 10-40 minutes if we're lucky, followed by 5-20 minutes with no connection at all--and there's no way to predict when it will come or go Extra star from my previous review: I also made sure to ask them not to charge me for the transfer/ service since it hasn't actually been provided and they agreed to that, and wait time on the line was only 15 min

Always! It is impossible! We called once to fix our internet. Tele-operators in the Philippines were so useless. Can we speak to someone in Hawaii? No Do you know why they are so late? No Will you be able to send someone today? No What comes after Filipi? No. We asked accounting because sometimes they can forward you to someone who can act if you threaten loss of money... still no. They only go worried about or situation when we threatened to give them a shitty survey review. Installs are quick to act. Repairs can take months... After months of waiting on internet repair. We had enough! So to work around their useless tele-operators. We called to Install... just so we would have a worker come in to the office. We spoke with them. Stated our problem and they fixed it on the spot with a phone call! Hawaiian Telcom should change their name to Filipi NO Telcom.

However, when I requested my satellite dishes be relocated (from rooftop to ground) due to significant rust on the supports this was the beginning of the end of our customer loyalty. The two new in-ground posts were not secured properly (at the top) and the poles/dishes moved significantly with slight wind. Random cable placement along the side of the house looked ridiculous. Excess cable (approx 3-5') was loose and stuffed behind the pole-top dish mount and the satellite reception was never obtained - no TV for 5 days. The old, rusted satellite dishes were left on the rooftop - technician stated that I needed to call-in a separate work order to have them removed to which I replied "that was my original work request". I pleaded with the technician to remove the old dishes due to safety concerns - he relented and removed the dishes but left the rusted mounts and bolts on top of the roof. The first call to customer Svc / CS that same day ended with "we'll have a technician back there tomorrow". After a no-show the following day the second call to CS was further frustrating w the CS agent stating "we have no record of your previous call". The technician actions along w the CS drama led to a 'no choice' decision - cancellation of DISH service. As of this writing we're still awaiting our $200+ reimbursement- all receivers and equipment were mailed back in June and received (tracked). Unprofessional and unacceptable customer support and service. I gotta say it (DISH) was fun while it lasted.

    Dear AT&T Kaneohe Team,…read more I visited your store about a week ago to get assistance with my iPad's cellular service. During that visit, I also inquired about upgrading my mother's phone from her older iPhone to the new iPhone 17. We were informed that we could call on Monday or Wednesday to check if a new shipment had arrived, and that if the phone was available, we could request to have it placed on hold until the end of the day for pickup. Today, my mother called to check on the shipment, it was picked up by a female. However the call was disconnected shortly after being answered. I then tried calling myself and spoke with a representative (female) and tilde her everything that happened when I came in and then she informed me that the store does not place phones on hold. This was confusing, as it contradicted the information we were given during our initial visit. As long-time AT&T customers, we value the service and support we've received over the years. However, we would greatly appreciate clearer communication and consistency between staff members to avoid misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback.     What is happening with AT&T service???? It's now going on 2 weeks with issues with this carrier…read more Unable to call out to mainland area codes nor unable to even complete #611, AT&T's direct line for service. Very inconvenient! I go to their store and they say some people are affected and keep promising that it'll be fixed that day. They claim it's a nationwide issue and nothing to do with AT&T. Well, it's going on 2 weeks and NOW I can't even call a local number or send text messages! I need to change carriers but I have a contract on one of my phones and I need to get out of being connected with them. I see a lot of negative reviews from people. I need to sever my ties with this carrier.
