I recently bought an open box item out of state and unfortunately it had issues so I went to Best Buy Vallejo to exchange it and purchase the new one. I explained to them my situation and showed the manager the video, he straight up said he will not accept it and sounded as if he was accusing me of breaking the computer. Why would I go out of my way to do that? I even told him it's within the 15 day return policy and it's an open box. I was willing to pay more for an exchange of a new computer. I called customer service and they suggested I mail back the computer back to Kansas where I originally bought it. I cannot wait for weeks to do that considering I'm in school. I went to another Best Buy and since I was within the 15 day policy I showed my receipt and they exchanged my computer. I paid the difference which is what I wanted to do in the first place for a NEW LAPTOP. do not waste your time here.
