I'm really happy with the customer service at this store and the knowledge each rep has about the devices. I came in at 6 pm (one hour before close) to possibly upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 pro. No appointment. They had everything I needed and asked me all the right questions. Sergio was really helpful. He gave me price differences if I were to buy the phone outright vs upgrading. As far as accessoires goes, he didn't upsell me but gave me what I needed. Such as just the block for the usb c cable. He asked what car I had to know if I needed anything else, but I told him it's already equipped with a wireless pad and usb c ports. Got the phone and he provided me with easy instructions in what to do when I go home and how to start transferring my data and activate it. Came back next morning to give them my old iPhone 12 Pro since I decided to do the upgrade program for 3 years. Daniel was with a customer but he excused himself to get me checked in. I waited less than 5 minutes or so. Again, I was a walk- in. He easily helped me complete the transfer as I gave him my old phone. He went above and beyond and also helped me pair my Apple Watch since I was having issues. And again went above and beyond to adhere my screen protector on my phone. Juan and Millard helped me yesterday with a pretty big billing issue that I've been stressing out about (that was honestly my fault to begin with). I walked into the store, it was quiet, clean, and all of the reps were happily helping customers with their devices. I was greeted within 3 minutes and was asked if I wanted to take a seat, I didn't even get to their seating area before I was greeted by Juan to assist me with my issue. Juan knew exactly what to do, and how to do it! Millard, the manager came by and checked in, as always it was a pleasant experience as whenever I'm in the store, he's on the sales floor interacting with his employees, helping customers, or just making sure the (spotless) appearance of the store is upheld! Their level of professionalism, dedication to their customers, and overall commitment to excellence was tangible yesterday as they heard me out, recognized there was an issue and without question got right to work, resolving the issue with little to no effort on my end. I was out of the store in 10 minutes with my issue resolved, bill paid and stress relieved! Jenn sold me my phone and watch when I switched over to AT&T last year, the transition from my last carrier to this one has been night and day! Jenn's professionalism and product knowledge was absolutely evident and her professional and friendly tone made the interaction quick and smooth! A few months later, Emma assisted me in adding my father's line to my account- assisting in finding the perfect iPhone for him, transferring his data and transferring his line from his old carrier to my account was seamless! That day, Emma was assisting myself and another customer simultaneously and neither one of us felt slighted on the level of service we were receiving. I live an hour away and there are 8 AT&T stores I pass to get to this one. Based on the level of professionalism, commitment to excellence, dedication to customer service, knowledge and experience at this branch- I will GLADLY pass any and every other AT&T store to get to this one. She was attentive, and incredibly patient and actively sought to give discounts at every turn any way she could. She offered great value for my budget and lifestyle, no pressure or obligation, with full transparency. She was especially kind to my mother who was with me who suffers from a bit of dementia. She was pleasant, allowed my mother to use the facilities, and the phone. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I purchased an IPhone 14 additional line on 3/15/2024. I literally waited in the store for 2 hours to complete the purchase. I was told the manager waived a $300 deposit fee. A month and a half later my phone is disconnected due the mom payment of the $300deposit. I went to the store, the manager is the only person who can waive the fee. Well, the manager is always on a "meeting" and 24 hours later I still have no service. Avoid this store at all cost!! read more

I walked into this location to pay my bill after a long day of work- none of the employees greeted me or even looked at me. I intended to use the kiosk because I had cash. I had never been to the store so I was looking around and when I finally found them tucked away towards the back, one of them was out of order- no problem. I began putting my info into the operable one and when I get to the part where I was supposed to put in my cash, I noticed that it did not accept cash. I then started looking around for someone to help me and/ or put my name on the walk- in list. No one looked up at me as there were 3 employees talking amongst themselves. I sat down waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes and nobody ever said anything to me so I eventually just left. After a death in the family, we needed to cancel a phone line. Went to the store and were told it isn't possible to cancel in store and we have to call the customer service line. After a 2 second google search, I was able to confirm they flat out lied and we should in fact be able to do so in person. I calmly and politely asked for clarification and their bed bug of a manager, Jen or Jennifer, simply stated that Google and the att website and their corporate policy is just "wrong." Indirectly of course, as she had to speak to me through another employee and couldn't speak to me face to face like a coward. No apology, no empathy, no explanation, not even the courtesy of speaking to me directly. I'm not stupid. I know this is a ploy to maintain "good" numbers and limit store cancellations. I'm only one person but if you read this review, I implore you to escalate any problems to corporate, inform them of poor business practice, and potentially strong arm the company into change. read more

It was awhile ago. Went to purchase a new Apple SE. My bf had the clerk help him transfer his data which took only 20 minutes and the SIM card. He didn't need to reinstall a single app. When I went to this store the clerk didn't transfer the data so as a result I had to transfer ALL my apps and boy was it a pain in the butt. My Hotmail was sooo difficult to reinstall. Asked soooo many security questions like I was applying for the FBI. This isn't good service. Lazy? That's the perception I have of the salesman. What a complete waste of my time I applied for job position they were attempting to fill. All they did was waste my time they asked me to jump through all of these hoops from taking an online assessment, having an online video interview, all in the efforts of getting an in-person interview. Stick with the mobile service. Do auto pay. Monitor your account. Never go with uverse DIRECT TV, DO NOT BUNDLE YOUR SERVICES AND BEWARE OF THE FOLLOWING: You will pay 3x in one month when you sign up for services for uverse. You will pay upwards of $500. There's ALWAYS HIDDEN CANCELATION CHARGES UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING. As far as mobile services go, this is a better company than Verizon and Sprint. At&T will help unlock your iPhone where as Verizon will NOT and Sprint wants to charge. At&T will port your number but it takes longer than most people want to wait. But it can happen. There's all kinds of hoops to jump if you want to do it with the other companies. Avoid T-mobile if you can. I mean, what can you say about a subsidiary of metro. The only thing you have to do with At&T is just keep an eye on your account. Sign up for auto pay and keep an eye on your account with the myAT&T app and you should be good. Don't do anything stupid like buy a bunch of crazy things like hotspots and overseas calling and 18 lines for your friends and all the crazy ass things you know you don't need and you'll have a decent bill with them. And don't fall into the trap of upgrading every 6 months and you'll be fine. Just don't fool around with the uverse side because they're completely stupid. Both direct tv and there cable side. This town has no options for cable. Just get a firestick and call it a day. read more

So very disappointed with my last visit there. I came in one night and left because the wait was too long, instead I purchase an Apple Watch online for pick up at the store, came the next day to pick it up and had to do an extra step verification, which the worker didn't know why, they said sometimes it just asks for it to be done, so ok we go do it and they have to call in a number and stay on hold, finally gets someone on the phone and then they tell me they need to call my husband to verify my account, I was confused since I am an authorized user, but tried nonetheless but unfortunately my husband didn't have his phone on him, so they tell me I have to come back, meanwhile the manager is going above and beyond to help my friend I came with who is a new AT&T customer, so while she was working with him I asked if there's anything that could be done as this was ridiculous and he said no, he talked to the worker and there's nothing they can do, so I leave. I come back the next day to pick up and had to go through the whole process again, except this time the wait for the verification people to pick up was almost 30 minutes l, right before they picked up the worker tried to convince me to leave as the wait can be over 1 hour according to him, luckily they picked up right before I decided to cancel my order, after the worker got through and went through all the steps, they sent me a verification pin and all was done. THEY NEVER HAD TO CALL MY HUSBAND TO BEGIN WITH! I'm upset they wasted my time, and didn't really care to try and help me when there was obviously another way to verify my account other than speaking to my husband the first night I went to pick up. Due to the fact that this place can get quite busy, you are placed on a customer queue. Scheduling an appointment is highly recommended to avoid the wait. Scheduling an appointment can be done over the phone or via Yelp. After getting my Mom's phone, they pitched a product called AT&T Digital Life. This product service secures your home with complete control via smart phone. You can customize your security package with cameras, light controls, and many more. It really got me interested and so I scheduled a sales specialist to evaluate my home. A few days later, my home is secured with AT&T Digital Life and completely satisfied. The sales consultant by the name of William was cool and gave no sales pressure. Also, the AT&T Digital Life team done an excellent job of consulting, support, and install. As an att customer of twenty years I decided to see if I could get an upgrade for my old iPhone that has many problems now. They offered me a new phone for free that I thought was great until I found out they added an extra line that I specifically told them I didn't want. After the store told me they couldn't help me I literally spent four and a half hours on the phone, mostly on hold and being cut off and being bounced from department to department before getting a message to call back in normal business hours even though it was only seven thirty having started at three. Clearly ATT hates my guts and now I hate them back. Loyal customer for twenty years and they treat me this way. If I could give ZERO stars I would! The renovation and external beauty of this place hides the lack of customer service and even software know-how which should be ESSENTIAL to a store like this. First a software glitch on a Samsung 5 "active" less than 6 months old should be a quick turnaround. The service person Ali and his manager both claimed that the issue on this phone was physical. Told us to go to Best Buy at the Samsung booth and have them verify it was a software glitch. All of this because the screen had some scratches and cracks. Who does not have this nowadays?! The phone was working with those scratches for months! At Samsung the software was so full of glitches that the phone could not even be read by the computer there. Obviously a warranty issue was what the rep told us. The worst part was that while filing the insurance claim(yes we even had the insurance AT&T pushes on you for another monthly payment) the insurance site told us to contact AT&T since this seems like a warranty issue! Any damage to the surface apparently voids the warranty no matter how minor and you basically have to lie and state the date of malfunction included physical damage when that happened much earlier from the date the software screwed up. Yeah the warranty policy and recent changes are company wide but the lack of follow through and counter side manor by these folks was unacceptable. At Fairfield they had a much better manor in handling customers and they explained the details of what options were. Go to Fairfield--worth the trip for the better customer service. read more

Came in here on Black Friday to purchase an iPhone 4S as a gift and do a phone swap to an iPhone 4 from a Samsung. As expected, there was a line but we were happy they had them in stock and didn't have to go all the way to Pleasanton to the Apple Store (which we would have had to reserve). The TV on the wall tells you how far down the list your name is (We were customer #16 and the wait took half an hour). It's alright. It was Black Friday so we packed our patience with us. We spent our wait time testing out all the phones, taking funny face pictures with all of them (yeah, that's my fat grill you see in those stored pictures at the store! Heeeeeyyyyyyy!), and playing on the iPad games. Ron was our sales guy. We told him what we wanted, he offered us some features, which we declined. No pushy sales here. He was super nice in offering bundled features and telling us what was different between the 4 and 4S in case we had covers we wanted to share (the volume/vibration button is a smidgen lower - only important if you have 'perfectly fit' covers -which we did). Our experience was quick, seamless, and Ron was a great sales guy who took care of us. Left two very happy customers with new iPhones. read more

We were in and out in less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to upgrade to the newest device. We decided to go with the 13 instead of the 14 and he supported our decision without trying to talk us into the more expensive one, which would have been more than we needed.
