FRANCISCO "looked" for the transaction and he was quick to say that it wasn't there. I didn't even want the money back. I needed to get something else from the store. He claimed that I would have to wait until tomorrow because his manager wasn't there. It was obvious that he simply didn't want to do it. I have lost my receipts in other occasions and I've never had to go through this with anyone else. I don't waste time or energy, especially on a guy like him. I drove to another nearby O'reillys and they quickly found my receipt and took care of me. MANAGEMENT should have this guy working in the back because it's clear that he can't handle customer service properly. I can say my store, a loyal customer for so many years, thousands of dollars, close to home, and I had to go through this inconvenience.

When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor.
