Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... I brought it back multiple times and was told over the phone that the keyboard backlight had been FIXED. When I came in to pick it up, I specifically asked if the keyboard backlight was working and was told that it DID. I took it home, only to find out that it was still NOT working. I came back again today, explained my frustration, and was ultimately told that I had wasted their time. After paying for multiple repairs and returning several times for an issue that occurred after their service, as well as being misinformed over the phone about the repairs of my laptop. I found this response extremely disappointing. I initially appreciated their service, but based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this location. Update: Next morning I find out MacBook speaker is no longer available in my system settings and not functioning. Great.

He answered all my questions and was very pleasant and helpful. All the employees that I interacted with were great. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. For the staff and store itself I give 5 stars. I'm only giving 4 stars overall due to their policy of not allowing customers to use the remote to adjust settings on the display tvs. As someone who's owned many hdtv's over the years I've found settings adjustments are critical and personalized. Without the ability to do so in the store you might as well shop online. I had just returned a tv and was ready to buy a replacement then and there. However, without the ability to use the remote and access the tv settings on the tvs I was interested in I didn't make a purchase.

Nick (pictured) went above and beyond, coming back with a solid Motorola phone (a tad above a c-note and unlocked) as well as a great option for the flash drive. According to Nick, the Moto G 2024 is a solid choice for those of us old-school Android phone users, who can't contemplate spending more than a few hundred bucks on a phone-regardless of its specs. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things.
