You are greeted when you come in and finding someone to help us was not hard. We were here on a weekday, so I don't know if it gets crowded on the weekends. We had need for a few things and our salesperson was great. He knew where everything was and spent a good amount of time with us. Check out is easy and so are returns. There is plenty of parking and someone will help you load your stuff if you need that. The prices are good, not great, but good. They have a great selection of unlocked phones and everything you need to walk it to your carrier and get it all set up. We found the Geek Squad to be uninformed and not helpful, thus 4 stars instead of 5. We will be back.

I tell him i'm not lifting it and I'm not spending $800 if I can't simply look at the camera. He then states he doesn't want the alarm going off. To the management...if your guards don't like alarms tell them to find another occupation and let customers enjoy their shopping experience.

They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.
