The manager on duty was super helpful and helped me contact Lakewood to cancel that portion so I could just buy everything in store. Another employee jumped in and helped pack my items into a box since I had quite a bit, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was A1.

The staff seem to be friendly & in good spirits, helpful to patrons. Even at the end of the business day, items are organized & the aisles are tidy, uncluttered. I can really appreciate that. Meant to get something to put away the wreath I purchased at another Michaels location. Couldn't decide if I should get the hard plastic container or the sturdy, puncture resistant case (looks like nylon or backpack material). In the end, I opted the latter because the plastic was too bulky & appeared too big for my wreath. Got a few more ribbons, at 80% OFF, it was too good to pass up. Parking is shared with other shops like Sprouts, Old Navy & and few restaurants like Pescador & many other stores. This Downey Landing is HUGE, it may be bigger than the Long Beach Town Center. I took my mom here to get a painting reframed and matted. We met Bob in the custom framing department in the back of the store (towards the right). Super friendly and chatty guy who has an eye and a passion for his work. The process was like nothing I had expected. You put your art on the counter and they take a picture from an overhead camera. Bob then mocks up your art with a Matt and frame that shows your finished piece on a monitor. We tried several different Matt colors, frames, and even adjusted the size of the Matt a couple times. Fast forward a couple weeks-met up with Bob and picked up our beautiful framed art! It was a reasonable price for the hands on help. We will be back to do more framing as this was a test run.

This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.
