Well, I'm sorry to the person that was trying to help me if the car literally has to say sedan on it because any two or four-door car that's like lower to the ground is a sedan style car. They need to figure out how to describe the car is better in their system. Anyway, I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes and the person that helped me had the audacity to say well I was outside and I didn't see any blue sedan and I'm like I clicked on two Door because that was the closest thing to my car showed her the order on how I did it showed her my car which was plain sight in front of the door. So to her face, I said if you had really been outside, you would've seen it and you would've seen me waiting in my car. You should've come up to me asking me if I was waiting and you didn't bother, which tells me you weren't even outside to begin with These people have become really lazy with Customer Service and they really don't care enough to really help the person who really would love to shop there. When I asked how that could even happen, Braun said their pickup lockers operate on a "trust system" with customers -- meaning anyone can just take an order that isn't theirs. That's completely unacceptable. I paid for my item, received a confirmation that it was ready, and still left empty-handed with instructions to "call 1-800-Michaels." This location clearly has poor order security and customer service. Save yourself the time and frustration -- have your items shipped to your home instead of picking up here.

I quickly became puzzled over the frame color, size, and whether to use a mat or not. Thankfully, Kim came to the rescue. She was patient, thoughtful, and walked through several options with me without ever making me feel rushed. With her wonderful eye and expertise, we found a frame that fit perfectly, and adding the mat made the poem look so dimensional and lovely. It truly brought the piece to life. I also didn't realize they do custom framing, and that really fills a gap left when our local art store was lost during Covid.
