BENJAMIN IS AMAZING! Great price. On time. Helped the whole community in Rancho mission viejo. I can not say enough of how many ppl we hired trying to get this ant issue under control and Benjamin did it. So so so responsive. Two visits so much more affordable than the other comps I got. read more

Ben is amazing!! I can't stress how great and professional he is. We called about a rodent problem and he provided excellent customer service when he arrived at the property. He was very transparent about pricing and gave us an overview of our issues on where the rodent was coming in. He then went ahead and laid traps, and fixed the hole where the rodents were likely coming in and we haven't heard rodents in the attic since. To sum it up, Ben is very professional, easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anybody needing pest control assistance! read more

I was referred to Maxus by a friend and they came out same day to get me set up. Easily the most professional pest control service I have worked with! Finally... I received a transparent team that explained what I was going to receive, simple pricing, and they answer my calls. So easy to work with. I'll honestly never use any of the larger commercial pest control groups ever again.. Maxus has a team that I can actually trust. My wife and I can finally relax and have the peace of mind within our home after they took care of our pest problem. read more

Not much to say. Ben came over, laid his ant traps, the next day all the ants were gone. Nice dude and great service.

I had a horrible ant problem that was going on for about a month and finally decided to do something about it. They were able to come out the same day thank goodness! Benjamin was so kind, extremely knowledgeable and fast. With one treatment I haven't had any ants back! If I have any future pest issues I will not hesitate to reach out to Maxus Pest Control, I highly recommend! read more

I had booked an appointment with another service and the scheduled service was 2 weeks out. In the meantime, I got a call from my elderly bed-ridden mother that she was being bitten by ants I called the booked service and they could do nothing for me. Not acceptable! I started calling other services and explained the situation and nobody could help. Then I called Maxus Pest Control, explained the situation and they said they would work us in, they were out a couple of hours later they did the service beautifully and respectfully to my mother, and the ants are gone. My mother has since passed, Thank you Maxus Pest Control you made my mother comfortable and her children happy. read more

I've had an excellent experience with Ben from Maxus! He is informative, responsive, reliable, helpful, and now our go-to guy for pest control. I highly recommend him! read more

Ben was very responsive, friendly, and punctual. He was extremely good with communication and assisted us with a spider treatment and we've got him on a quarterly plan. Very happy with his service so far. My daughter also has allergies and he was more than happy to wear booties around my house and take them off when doing the garage and backyard. Thanks again Ben! read more

Like the other reviews say, Ben was responsive and prompt and showed enthusiasm for the job. He came out the day after I spoke with him by phone and did a thorough and conscientious job spraying inside and out. He was also very pleasant to work with. I signed up with Ben for regular services so hopefully the bug issues will be under total control long term. read more

Amazing. Never disappointed. Just give a try and you'll see after few hours there is nothing to bother you!

I just started a pest maintenance service with Maxus at the beginning of this month. Today (two weeks later), I noticed some ants around my planter bed that borders with my neighbor's fruit trees. I reached out to Ben and he came on the same day to spray them. He also asked me what other problems I was having and gave me a fruit fly trap to address my fruit fly issues. I highly recommend Maxus! Ben is reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service! A+++ read more

Ben was great. Explained the plan and was here on time. Communicated well through entire process beginning to end. Definitely recommend Maxus read more

Ben is the honest and hard working guy. The prices are not crazy as with other companies. Totally recommend him.

So prompt came the same day we called and just super incredible! Got the job done with a smile! Amazing service.

Benjamin was very professional and patient. He answered all of our numerous questions. We had a rat in the house!!! My families efforts of trapping it didn't work. The first night after he set his traps we caught the darn thing!!! His trap instantly killed it and I felt that was the most humane way to go. We're so relieved. He also sprayed the outside for bugs. Our ant problem is fixed as well. He also closed some outside vents. We're very happy with his service! read more

100% Professional service: treatment, communication, pricing, efficacy, scheduling flexibility

We had a pretty big wasp nest forming near our garage, and when we sent a quote request to Maxus we got a reply super quick, price was as good as anything you could find, and they had great flexibility with when they could come out to service. They completely got rid of it, and cleaned everything up. I definitely recommend! read more

This morning we discovered a ton of ants going into our garage from the communal area of our condo. I reached out to several companies on Yelp, and Maxus was the first one to respond. Ben was super helpful in his messages, and was able to come out and treat out property that same morning. After the visit, I got a detailed report of what was done, which I really like for record keeping. Maxus offers fair pricing, and the customer service is top notch. We have hired them to come out every quarter now to maintain the pest control and keep our home clear of critters. Thank you, Ben! read more

Very nice and thorough guy. Great communication, responsive. Clearly cares about his work. Used him for what I hope is a one time problem but will eventually hopefully use on an ongoing basis to keep pests free. read more

I knew from the very start that I'd chosen the right company for my insect issues. The initial response time, communication and consultation, and through the entire process was a great experience. Transparency and great customer service is so important to me, and Maxus exceeded my expectations. Ben really shows that he cares about your problem and goes above and beyond to make sure it's taken care of. I highly recommend Maxus, and I'm so glad I went with them! read more

Probably the most satisfied I've ever been with a service. Ben was the fastest to respond and also the most clear. He initially said he could come by the next morning for an ant nightmare I was living, which I was totally fine with. He then told me he could come by that very same day, in a couple of hours! When he arrived he knew exactly what was up, placed bait in the correct areas, and began working on the outside of my building. By the time he left I can honestly say I already saw a difference as crazy as that might sound. I went ahead and enrolled in the quarterly service just for peace of mind since I know he'll get the job done right and promptly! read more

We just moved to a rental property. The house was infested with ants. I found Maxus on Yelp. He came out the next day. Everything seemed ok. But then a few days later there was another infestation of ants. These were different ants. Benjamin came out the SAME day I called him. Within hours to say the least!!! He found the source of ants and baited them. It's hard to find a reliable exterminator! Maxus is the answer!!! Thank you again!! read more

We called maxus for a onetime service for spiders. Although I didn't think we needed more than that maxus was able to explain to us the reasons for a year round service and we decided to try them out. We used to walk out our back porch into webs around our terraces and our trash cans. The most noticeable thing was that after a few treatments we never walk out of our porch into webs that shoot across the beams like they used to! We plan to keep using their service knowing they provide a reliable thorough service! Thanks Maxus read more

Been having a problem with ants and spiders lately, so I finally took some time to do a search on YELP. I requested a quote from multiple pest control companies and within minutes Benjamin from Maxus Pest Control messaged me back with a detailed and transparent quote. Although, his company is new to YELP and doesn't have many reviews, they were all excellent. I appreciated the promptness to my quote and many questions. He was here the following day and was very down to earth and kind. He was very thorough and took his time with our first visit. As a consumer, I appreciate a business that takes pride in the quality of service and product they offer and I truly feel that's what I've received from Maxus. I look forward to continuing my business with Maxus and referring them to family and friends! read more

Ben is highly recommended and reasonably priced. I called him due to flea problems in my Mom's house and he answered my many questions and walked me through what I need to do before and after the treatment. When you call, you speak directly to Ben and not some 3rd party salesperson who has no idea what goes on in the field, which is a big plus. He's very professional, reliable, honest and I will call Ben if ever needed for future pest issues of all sorts. You will get excellent service and be satisfied using Maxus! read more

I found Benjamin on Yelp who responded within 2 minutes with a detailed overview of his pest control services and pricing. The next day he was at my business in Santa Ana discussing all my options and breaking down the cost. We walked the entire 2000 square foot warehouse reviewing any ants, spiders, and cockroaches as well as any openings where they could penetrate my business. He even sealed my garage door to prevent future insects! I would HIGHLY recommend Maxus Pest Control to friends and family for your next pest control needs... read more

Ben came out to our place and graciously listened to me when I told him I wanted all natural solutions to our spider issues. He was honest with me and told me that it will probably take more visits to get rid of the pests when you use natural products but that's ok with me! He was very honest, informative and nice. I highly recommend Maxus to anyone who is looking for a solid company! read more

Ben is the ultimate professional. He went above and beyond to solve a serious rat problem at my parents home. He sealed up many different entry points (some of which required going in the crawl space and attic), used a combination of poison and traps, and checked back in regularly to clear the traps. His customer service was top notch. I am very grateful that he solved this problem for my parents. read more
