I am really not sure about the one and two star reviews. I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie with pumpkin ice cream and it was amazing! I love a crisp cinnamony snickerdoodle and this was perfect! The pumpkin ice cream was good put together it was amazing! We also ordered a oatmeal raisin cookie with salted caramel ice cream. It too was delicious! Definitely will be returning. read more

Not too many ice places in Vallejo anymore, nice to have a place with so many options. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are awesome, as are most of their other cookies. Nice to see variations on popular flavors. Between Cream and Cold Stones down the block, it's a coin toss. Depends on what you're craving. Either fits the bill. read more

I walked in and there were no other customers and TWO employees. sorry they get two stars for the ice cream or product. I politely asked for two pints of ice cream and paid. I then asked for a bag and bagged my own pints? Normally they ask if I want it bagged and they'll do it. Then since she gave me an extra bag, I politely returned it to her, and she seriously asked me to throw it away for her? She must be new and doesn't have much experience in customer service. Milkshake is okay (not great, but 2 star worthy), the employee was rude, and the music is much too loud (so much so that the employee couldn't hear my order, got it wrong, and then blamed me.) Poor service, staff has no clue to anything. Overcharged me for a simple 2 scoop cone. After ringing it up and paying I told them they overcharged me. They said sorry and offered mo adjustment. They said they are still in training. I asked where the trainer was and finally a smile telling me they left many hours ago. Also anyome else notice cleanliness was poor for a week old store. I went to the new location grand opening and I loved it! My fiancé and I got there just in time to be counted as part of the free ice cream offer. While waiting in the the owner came and talked to us. He was very nice and funny too. He decided to get us a serving of his favorite creation which was a small blueberry torte topped with blueberry cheesecake ice cream, whip cream, and chocolate drizzle. It was sooooo good. The crust was perfect and the blueberry filling and ice cream were great! I then got the ice cream sandwich cookie with a double chocolate chip cookie and a regular chocolate chip cookie. I've been to other CREAM shops before, and this one is no different in terms of what they serve. A rainy Sunday afternoon rendered this place empty when I walked in, however a line slowly formed behind us. They have shakes, ice cream sammiches ($4.99) with an assortment of ingredients to try, and cookies ($1.00 per cookie unless you get a bunch). The service was good, ice cream sammich was delicious, the music was decent (albeit a bit too loud), however the one thing I had qualms about was that there was no place to sit. All the CREAM shops I've been to have places to sit (with the exception of busy Berkeley). These just had little tables tacked to the walls that held napkins. No room to sit and enjoy your ice cream. The Pleasant Hill CREAM is much more welcoming in that sense. read more

We had to come to Vallejo for our COVID-19 vaccination. It was a long drive back to we stopped here for dessert. We got 2 pints and a cookie. My peppermint bark was very good. The double chocolate cookie was good. My husband liked his peanut butter twist, but thought it would have been better with chocolate ice cream. I was really excited to see that they have gluten and dairy free options (I have allergies to both) but was pretty disappointed by the product. First, they only have soy-based ice creams, which many people who have gluten sensitivities also react to. Fine, worth it for an ice cream sandwich, right? But flavor choices are very limited. The gluten free cookies I got were also over baked. Maybe they need more time to train employees to appropriately make their product? They also take NO care in keeping gluten or dairy free items away from the rest of the product (same ice cream scoop used, same gloves, etc) so definitely not for those with severe allergies. Overall not worth it in my opinion. My husband was disappointed in his (not gluten or dairy free) ice cream sandwich also. read more

Came here yesterday to have a nice outing with my boyfriend and was helped by an extremely nice male person of color employee. in the middle of him helping a larger white coworker comes out and basically yells at him and corrects him in front of customers repeating herself and bullying him. it made my boyfriend and i EXTREMELY uncomfortable to the point that i told we weren't comfortable with that and that she had just ruined the experience for us. I let her know i am a manager myself and that she should not be speaking to coworkers that way AT ALL let alone in front of customers. if she had a correction she should have been professional and addressed him in the back instead of embarrassing the poor kid and making us feel uncomfortable. i proceeded to tell her i didn't want to hear what she had to say to defend herself as she's talking over me and that i did not want her help that we were already being helped by someone and yet another white employee comes from the back and takes tip money that we are trying to leave for the one who actually tried to make us feel comfortable and help us, as both are trying to be involved now when we had already been there and we're being helped just fine with the one male. i asked for the corporate number or any number really to make a complaint and was not provided with one. i asked for their names supposedly Lynne is the "Lead" when i asked for the manager and "Jeffrey" is the one who gave the names. All i did was let her know it was not okay to bully a coworker or correct a coworker is front of customers and she took it upon herself to call herself back up not only with her coworker from the back but also had a friend and their boyfriend come to the store before we even finished our order or received it and had them waiting inside and outside of the store for us revving their engine to what, INTIMIDATE US? Not sure where she was going with that but i will NOT be coming back here and i will be sure to let it be known how the poor service is and how employees think it's okay to bully and gang up on coworkers and customers.
