We visit Cream every so often, usually in the evening after dinner. It's a rather cramped location, and last night, it seemed 9 of us all had the same idea at the same time, so we all crammed in for a treat. Luckily, they have kiosks allowing you to place your order digitally rather than waiting for your order to be taken. I've only ever encountered 1 person working at a time, and it can get a little busy, but we've never waited too terribly long. The ice cream is great, you get quite a bit for the price, and while the staff is usually very quiet and head down, they are still nice and try their best to work quickly. I think my only issue was that Yelp and Google hours indicated that the shop was open, they had the open sign light on, and then there was a paper sign stating that they were closed and out on break but gave no indication on when they'd be back. We plan on going to this place right after my daughters graduation, but it got late. We did go and we got there at about 9:30 PM and we had about 12 people celebrating with us.
