Cool little milkshake place in downtown San Jose, perfect to take kids to. It has a wide selection of milkshake combinations so you don't need to decide - OR you can make your own milkshake combinations. One of the things I really appreciate about them is that they use real brand candy no generic stuff. We've been here a couple times and every time it just feels really warm and stuffy inside the store, not that comfortable to stick around in. It's very clean in the store - clean blenders, clean table tops, no sticky floors. The kids love the shakes but it always makes me wonder why it's so muggy. read more

The best milkshakes in SJ. Service is always quick too. They have a large selection of milkshakes named after superheroes. The only con is that they are very expensive, even for the smaller sizes. read more

If you're even thinking about getting a milkshake, go to My Milkshake. Hands down the best milkshake I've ever had. The texture was perfect, thick and creamy without being over the top, and the flavor was unreal. You can tell they use quality ingredients because every sip actually tastes rich and fresh, not artificial or watered down. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the whole experience just hit. I'll 100% be back. If you love milkshakes, this spot is a must. read more

I do not recommend visiting this place. I went on a Sunday night around 7 PM and ordered four milkshakes and a small order of curly fries. The fries took an unbelievable 45 minutes to be done. I also noticed I was charged twice for my order, and when I mentioned it, the staff said they'd talk to the manager about refunding the extra charge. It shouldn't have happened in the first place, I only scanned once. To top it off, while scooping my ice cream, the employee's hair fell into the container as she leaned in. I was really excited to try this place, but after this experience, I definitely do not recommend. read more

Picked up a desert from here on the way back to the parking garage. A store just focused on milkshakes is a cool concept. I got the Dark Knight, which was good, but I'm not gonna be in a rush to head back. read more

Had no customers and still took 30+min on my two shake order Update they filled 5 orders that came after mine and forgot about my fries until I asked, then had to wait 10+ minutes. Wouldn't recommend to anyone not for the price service or quality. When I asked why it took so long I was told because they had a lot of shakes, that were ordered after my two preset shakes. read more

It shouldn't take an hour to get a milkshake... unfortunately it did tonight and we decided to just walk out. Also-- please train your staff in food handling. Touching your hair WITH THE SERVING GLOVE and then touching food after, gross. (Yes we ended up telling the staff and also asking her to remake the drinks with a new glove). To the management, train your staff on everything-- including how to do refunds and reprint receipts. We took a $26 loss today on 2 milkshakes. Never going there again. read more

This place is within walking distance from SJSU and serves really good milkshakes, though they can be a bit pricey. My personal favorites are the Hulk and Dark Knight! read more

This place is really good! The menus are along the wall, then you go up to the register to order. I got the Joker and I think my boyfriend got Batman? They ran out of bananas and the jars :( Small inside with a couple tables. Sorta wish they had of sign or notice saying what they were out of, instead of finding out at the register. Definitely will be back! read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in to order a simple milkshake and ended up waiting 45 minutes and still walked out without my drink. I'm pregnant, and standing around for nearly an hour for something that should take minutes is beyond frustrating. The girl working clearly did not want to be there. She was on the phone for quite some time, and even worse, she touched her hair with the same gloves she was using to handle food. I had to ask her to change her gloves, which she did, but it didn't make things much better. She was disorganized, not making drinks in the order they were received, and generally moving at a snail's pace. We finally gave up, asked for a refund and didn't even get that. I walked out empty-handed, angry, and completely disappointed. I will never come back here, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. There are way too many great spots in San Jose to waste time and money here. read more

We were staying in SJ for a Saturday night event. I looked online for a yummy dessert place for Sunday, and My Milkshake looked soooo good. We noticed they opened at noon on Sundays (according to the website), but really didn't have anything to do Sunday morning after breakfast. Arrived near My Milkshake at 11am, and killed an hour walking around the area. We walked over to My Milkshake a few mins after 12pm, but they were still closed. Waited another 15 mins and still nobody opened the place! (We had already waited over an hour for them to open and needed to get going!) So disappointing after waiting around all morning to try this place. Thanks for wasting our time MY MILKSHAKE ! read more

We walked in and no one was at the front. The workers took quite long to come out, so we just waited. We got to order and another customer ended up taking our drink instead of theirs. So, we ended up getting to keep it and had to get ours remade. It wasn't anyone's fault, it was just unfortunate. But, free shake so can't be mad. It was a decent shake, very yummy. We ended up getting the Spider-man and the Venom. read more

I saw this cute spot as I was walking in the beautiful San Jose and downtown area and decided to stop in. The name reminded me of that catchy Kellis song. When I came in it was colorful and beautifully decorated, it was also clean in the establishment which was appreciated. They had menu tv screens on the wall letting you know how the ordering process went. You could either make your own shake or select one of their pre-selected menu items. I chose to make my own shake. I went with the chocolate Oreo shake with extra Oreos. I am a bit annoyed because you could barely tell the shake had Oreos in it to begin with, and they definitely did not have extra Oreos. If you're going to charge a customer an additional fee for extra, Oreos make sure that you actually deliver on that. My shake barely tasted like it had the regular quantity in there. The decor, in my opinion, was all over the place. It was alike superhero themed which was odd to me when they had so many other directions they could've gone but I figured maybe the owner liked superhero's. All in all this is a place I don't need to be back for. read more

When I first saw this place, it reminded me of "milkshake" by Kelis. The flavors and sweets are terrible for your body, but since I needed a quick fix from all the food I haven't eaten and also unhealthy food in general, I wanted to try this place out. The desserts are mouth watering and have unfortunately had high prices, but again, this is the bay area. And inflation hit pretty hard up here. I got a tiny 12 oz. Milkshake with peanut butter, almond milk, vanilla ice cream and bananas called storm. It was pretty good despite it having alot of added sugar. My friend ended up getting a chocolate shake in a 12 oz. For 8$ as well. He also said it was sweet, but gave him a sugar high. The line was fairly long on a Saturday night. The ambiance was similar to Johnny rockets for lack of a better word. It had an early 50s diner vibe to it. The service was super slow and iit took about 20 minutes to receive our order. There was a big family in front of us with like 5 children who all got milkshakes. That was very annoying, but they were holding up the line as well. The outside has a train station and little to no parking spots. However, nearby is a grocery store parking lot where you can park for free, about 4 minutes walking distance away. The price and quality of the drink was delicious though. It was refreshing with the cold breeze outside. They also have a glass drink that was 11$ but you keep the glass. It is decorated with whipcream, sprinkles and other candies but I didn't order it. It was too much sugar. It did have a good texture for a milkshake and it was easily drinkable with the straw. read more

Drove from out of town just to get milkshakes here. First impression it smells very strongly of cleaner and the windows looked like they were wiped down with a towel dipped in ice cream. Like there was a layer of grime on them. Had to go to the bathroom first, but 10 minutes away because there's no bathroom for customers. Upon returning, the store was supposed to be open still. It was 12 minutes before closing. Mind you, the door was still open. The young girl in a crop top was helping herself to a milkshake, loading the blender, and just stared at her colleague as for him to tell us they're closed. He was already mopping. Super disappointed I couldn't try it here and probably won't. Drove all that way for a milkshake because I'm 9 months pregnant and that's all I wanted. We went to the boba place down the road instead because that's all that was open. read more

Cool little milkshake spot. They have a big selection of candy to blend into the smoothies, not huge selection of fruit smoothies.

We were grabbing lunch around the corner, so I had to stop by My Milkshake to get a tasty chocolatey treat. I came at opening time on Sunday, the place was clean and simple with a bit of seating available, and the worker provided instant and sufficient service. Got a shake with chocolate ice cream and hershey's dark chocolate candy, and it was just the right level of sweetness for my liking. Wish they offered reduced fat, lowfat, or nonfat milk options, but it was good regardless. They also have a few snacks on the menu, like nuggets and seasoned fries, but from what I saw, I'd only come here for their main attraction, those cold and creamy shakes (the candy blended in so it's not chunky). It wasn't the best shake I've ever had, but at $6 for 12oz of sweet chocolatey goodness, it was a pretty good deal. read more

When I walked in, no one was out front so I wasn't sure if it was open so I waited for a couple minutes for someone to notice me. As for the drink itself, it's good but way overpriced for what it is. What a cute place! I loved that it was superhero themed! You can totally customize your milkshakes and they had so many candies to choose from. It definitely satisfied my sweets craving. I also liked that they stay open late and had club music playing. It made it fun for a night out on the weekend. The milkshake was a bit more on the thin side than thicker shakes but it made it easier to drink and you got a lot of the candy bits when you drank it. A small went a long way! read more

I was craving a milkshake and "My Milkshake" came up in my search for "best milkshake near me." This was our first time trying it and we really enjoyed our milkshakes! The place is a short walk from the 2nd street garage. The shop is on 2nd Street in between E. San Fernando & E. San Carlos. It is apparently dog-friendly. At least, when I brought Zoey inside, no one objected. In addition to milkshakes they carry a few snack-like foods. You customize you milkshake by choosing between almond milk, whole milk, & coffee. Your ice cream choices are vanilla, chocolate, & soy ice cream. You get to choose mix-ins. I chose one of their standards, "The Joker," which is Nutella & strawberries without whipped cream. My husband opted for a plain vanilla with whipped cream. We agreed they were above-average milkshakes, and we would definitely return! read more

My favorite part was when they gave me the wrong drink and didn't make me another one

Service was very slow and they forgot one of our items which turned a 20 min wait into 40 mins.

My favorite place to get milkshakes in the South Bay! I love how there's so many candy choices that you can mix with your base ice cream (vanilla or chocolate). My favorite, go-to order is Forrero Rocher with vanilla ice cream! You get one candy choice with your order, additional candy mix-ins are about $1-2 extra. Parking is hard to find, but sometimes you can get lucky with street parking if you don't wana pay for the garage/lot. Would recommend this place if you're craving a milkshake! 12oz with one candy is about $6.25. read more

If you are in a craving for some good milkshakes, this is the place! I would normally go to the one in meridian, however that location is closed. So decided to hir up downtown SJ. As i arrived I noticed they had the menu outside, but no menu inside. So make sure you remmeber the names of the shakes you will be getting. I went there with a group of 5 and only two people at a time are allowed to come inside. They have several size of shakes small, regular, large, and for a few more dollars they have small mason jars with a handle that you can take home. Once you order the shake you have to go outside and wait for it to be ready. It took a few good minutes foe the shake to be done. Especially since there was only one person working. Taking orders and making the drinks. Once the shakes were done , we picked them up and they were each labeled with the name of the drink. Which was nice to have them label that way no one gets a shake they didnt order. The shakes were great! The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars is because i waited a long time. read more

Incredible! Everything from the decor to the service!!!NEVER in my life have I had a milkshake taste this good 10/10 !!!

The milkshake itself was tasty! I got the Black widow w/ chocolate ice cream and husband got the Deadpool w/ vanilla ice cream. They didn't have a ton of different ice cream flavors (only vanilla, chocolate and soy). I did appreciate them having vegan milk for the milkshake, however. Really good milkshake, just terrible customer service. I came in today 01/19/23 1:52pm with two friends. The cashier/barista informed us she had a large order and would have to wait which we were understanding about especially me considering I'm a barista. There were already 2 customers there and we assumed they were waiting as well so once the cashier was ready she signaled to come, but didn't specify who she was talking to leading to some confusion until she signaled me and my friends specifically. Once we got to order she was unmotivated which I understand, again I'm a barista, but a smile couldn't hurt even if it was fake. Once I received my drink I thanked her and told her it was really good as it was my first time trying this place. Instead of saying you're welcome or thank you she just motioned something with her hand and went to do my friends drinks. Again, I understand that you could've had a long day, but in my receipt it clearly says order #4 meaning I was only the 4th order of the day in. Wish I could go back but not feeling it. The two stars are only for the milkshakes. read more

I have just visited twice. Once during the weekday and a Saturday night. First, it shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to get a mediocre milkshake. Second, staffing. I get it it.
