If you are craving ice cream and you are near this location this is your spot :) is located on Salvio right around the corner from Todos Los Santos Park , parking can be a bit challenging. The ice cream is yummy , fresh and you can get a cone , a sundae or their famous ice cream sandwiches, they have a good selection of cookies to make your favorite sandwich! Customer service was average, they take your order , and charge you , nothing special. When you come in you need to figured out where is the line. They have tables and chairs if you decide to eat there. The prices are a bit high but if you compare to other shops I guess is average. Overall is a nice ice cream shop !

Always love cream for a late night sweet treat! We ordered the oatmeal ice cream sandwich it was $5.99 and we got the vanilla ice cream with it! Yum! Cookie was good they warmed it up, but not the best oatmeal cookie I've had. There was only one worker working that night he did an amazing job handling the crowd! Great customer service too! there are soy ice cream options as well A+!!

Haven't been to a CREAM in years! I used to be obsessed with them, reminds me of the 2010s! I got one of my favorite combos the peanut butter cookies with peanut butter swirl ice cream on the inside of the 2 cookies. Make sure you get your cookies warmed up to add to the flavor! Would definitely check it out again if I'm in concord and craving ice cream! The workers here were nice and were able to get through the crowd quickly as it was a lil bit busy!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU OR ANYONE HAS AN ALLERGY ESPECIALLY A NUT ALLERGY. We came to grab ice cream after dinner and my nephew who's 4 years old ordered vanilla ice cream with m&m pieces. He has a peanut allergy and is very aware when he has that off feeling. He ordered his ice cream first so he's sitting down enjoying it not knowing he's about to get that "tingly allergy" feeling. While we're checking out, he rushes to his mom telling her he needs water which we was also purchased. Melanie is the worker who assisted us with the transaction and we even left her a tip. This is where you can roll the tapes Mark....not even a minute later my nephew projectile vomited and we knew instantly uh oh something must've been exposed. There was a nut in his vanilla ice cream. He keeps throwing up so we make sure to bring him outside. The line kept getting longer and longer and they were busy and we kept apologizing profusely. We understand where these things happen and it's completely okay that's why we carry Benadryl and an epi pen for these incidents. We put napkins and tried to wipe up the vomit. We even put chairs over the wet spot so others didn't step or slip on the wet surface. We did what we can with what we had. We were waiting for them to finish helping the customers they were assisting at that moment but we didn't receive any acknowledgement. We are still outside with our little guy ensuring he is okay. This is when the issue occurs...Melanie comes out and states "her kid threw up, she needs to clean it". We asked for a mop and she says "we don't have a mop". So how do you want us to clean this up? With our hands? And why doesn't this establishment have a mop? Should we be concerned on their cleaning routine on top of cross contamination. She is more concerned about vomit instead of the 4 year old who could've possibly went to the hospital tonight. She causes a huge scene yelling at a family with 2 toddlers and 2 newborns. She runs to the back and doesn't come out at all meanwhile I believe Carmen (girl with pinkish hair) is talking for her. We ask for the owners information because this unacceptable and inappropriate. Now on the phone with him which he is lacking in the professionalism department as well. He instantly states "you need to evacuate my building. The police are on their way". No need to be demanding and aggressive, we're already outside. Mark, do yourself a favor for future patrons, ask what occurred first get another point of view before making demands to evacuate. Second, you don't tell a mom who's worried about her son's health you would be embarrassed if this happened to you. Third, get a mop for your place there's vomit residue. The police arrive and even they are just as shocked on what just occurred especially when children are involved and present. We could've easily blamed the workers for having a nut in the ice cream but we know accidents occur. The behavior and responses are clear that it is evident nobody has customer skills. I understand always supporting your employee but please keep in mind what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. The demands, lack of professionalism and responses are beyond anything we have ever experienced.

This is an awesome place to bring back so many memories. I try the malted chocolate shake, and if you're using Yelp, you can actually get a free cookie when I checked in so that's cool. The service was at amazing and fast. When I saw the long line, I was a little intimidating, but it move so quickly the staff did such a great job and they're so kind and patient. I highly suggest this area family friendly.

This restroom never gets fix. Please do something

Great spot for desserts! I got their Brownie sundae with banana almond fudge ice cream and it was so declious. Got the brownie warmed up and it came with two toppings for which I got their hot fudge and marshmallows. Great staff and quick service and good spot for group hangouts!

Oh Cream! How do I love thee? Let me count the waaaays. Mm, mm, mmm! Cream is one of the few ice cream chains that I truly adore. Their consistency is what gets me just about every single time. Not only is their ice cream delicious, but the customer service is just stellar. Speaking of their ice cream, it really IS cream-y! HA! You see what I did there?! But honestly, for an ice cream chain, this place has some amazing ice cream. I love the variety of flavors that are always available, and I also love that I can get a host of different ice cream concoctions from donut ice cream sandwiches to cookie sundaes to those lovable milkshakes. The variety is pretty insane. I will live and die by their milkshakes. Lately I've been stuck on their cookie ice cream sandwiches and cookie sundaes, but their milkshakes are fair game. They're always so thick and creamy. And by the way, their COOKIES are so damn good. Shoutout to that white chocolate chip macadamia nut! Oh yeah... you're the real MVP. Low key addictive. Okay fine... HIGH key addictive. Love those cookies. I've always received excellent service here. The associates always seem so excited to help the customers which is always great to see. Even when there are lines out the door during the summer, they staff is always patient and willing to take their time with whomever they are assisting. I was heart broken when Cream closed their Rockridge location because I used to visit that one faithfully. But, I'm so happy to have this wonderful location nearby. Always lovin' me some Cream!

Hubby and I have tried CREAM in many locations but this is first time we decided to try the vegan products they had to offer. We are not vegans but wow we definitely loved the cookies and surprisingly the ice cream was so good too. We both agreed that the vegan cookies were softer than the regular cookies we have had in the past from CREAM. My order was the vegan banana bliss cookie with soy strawberry and hubby got the vegan oat maple spiced cookie with soy mint chocolate chip. We each liked our orders and tried each other's and we like them too! Wow is all I can say we were very impressed and totally made up for what we had for lunch which I will not go into details here. The gal helping us was very sweet and made sure to let us know of all the vegan choices including toppings which we both declined. I would not mind coming back for more of the vegan stuff in the future.

On a hot day, like a 90 degree + day in the Bay Area, CREAM is the ice cream shop to go! Located in Plaza de Todos los Santos, it stays packed. I got the craving for ice cream, and decided to get some for the working team and I. I ordered through YELP, and the ice cream came on time. Since we stay busy here, I went for ice cream sandwiches. Presentation was A+, with the CREAM box and everything well packed. Delivery driver was also friendly and followed instructions well :) One of my co-workers, Angela, went for a Mint once cream sandwich, with mini M&M's. Marcus and I went for ice cream sandwich, with Banana bliss ice cream and gummy bears The most important one was for Matt, our cook, who is VEGAN. I wrote this under notes when I placed my order, and when I got my delivery, they adjusted the order and even wrote a lovely note! Just based on the note and this order, the shop CREAM is awesome and care about their customers and what they rep. Top 3 ice cream shop in my list! I'll leave below what each one of my co-workers thought about their ice cream sandwich: Marcus, Senior Lead: "It was cool as hell, and the note was nice. It was cool they cared enough for people's dietary restrictions, and made sure they were followed" Matt, Cook: "The cookie was awesome, how was it vegan? My dude and I came to CREAM in Concord, Ca as I was craving a snickerdoodle cookie with Vanilla ice cream. We arrived around 9:30pm as they close at 10pm. I am not a big fan of CREAM and I have only been to this chain twice in my life as I am very picky with my ice cream. The dude and I were instantly greeted my a staff member. I took a few minutes to look at the menu and order what I wanted. I got the Snickerdoodle cookie with French Vanilla ice cream add fudge and almonds. 6/10 is my rating as it didn't quench my sweet tooth. I prefer Vanilla Bean ice cream as it taste so much better which is my taste buds were slightly disappointed. The cookie was good and they had other flavors I would love to try! Overall, this a cool chain but it's not really my type of ice cream shop. However, overall it was a good experience. It clean inside and spacious. Definitely a place to take littles who love ice cream and cookies!

I like this locations CREAM so much more than a lot of their other locations! The place itself is very roomy and bright. It's super cute! Plenty of seating too! They could clean the tables a bit more often but it's definitely cleaner than other locations. Their staple is the cookie ice cream sandwich, but they also offer cronut ice cream sandwiches too now! I love that they warm up the cookies before serving it to you. I look forward to trying their butterbeer ice cream! Service is great here too, full of fun loving young friendly people. All in all, a wonderful place to grab some delicious ice cream! read more

This location is very hidden, which makes it ideal for a quick stop from date night to a pit stop for a sweet craving. No line on a Saturday night, great staff, and they even have a bathroom. Will definitely be back. read more

Though I love going to CREAM, I think it's ridiculous that they charge $1 more for a vegan sandwich, totaling to $4.99. Why punish people that have egg and milk/lactose allergies? They get 2 stars for that. Flavor wise though - all three flavors of the vegan cookies are fantastic, along with the soy mint chocolate chip ice cream. Just wish it was the same price as a normal ice cream sandwich. read more

Pro tip: Chocolate Chunk Raspberry Vanilla ice cream on Vegan Banana Bliss cookies. Best ice cream sandwich combo I've tried to date, out of a dozen Cream creations. Also, as tempting as it sounds, do not warm the cookies, the cookie as a vehicle for ice cream doesn't hold up as it gets overly soft, and the heat melts the ice cream quickly. Great location at Todos Santos, and plenty of bike parking. read more

Very friendly staff, decent prices, and ice cream that is to DIE for. It's so rich and creamy... Very clean place with seating inside. Plus, they have vegan and gluten free options for ice creams and cookies. I ate my ice cream in the store, and everyone seemed very happy to be there. The staff almost always had smiles on their faces (and not the my-boss-says-I-have-to-smile smiles, but the ones that seem genuine), helped people in a timely manner, and were helpful and friendly without being pushy or overly talkative. They pay attention, so you don't have to struggle to get their attention when you want to order, but they don't keep talking when you're deciding. This place is a must every time I go to Concord. read more

Love love loved this place..... since moving to WA and coming home to my favorite ice cream shop a year later, they discontinued the Turtle cookie, Heath topping AND raised their prices to almost double. Cream isn't what it use to be... I craving some ice cream so I figured I swing by for a quick little scoop I remember paying $2 in cash and $2.50 for card I nearly walked back out when I saw the price of $4.99 for a regular ice cream sandwich there was no line so I just ordered anyway the cookies were okay not really warm and the ice cream was more soft then I would have liked... all in all I just wasn't too happy with my experience read more

Bullshit store. Won't even give you a cup if you asked for it but they'll give you some lame ass Dixie bowl to put your ice cream sandwich in. By the way, don't order dossaint sandwich because you only get a half scoop of ice cream. Also they refused to honor coupon for a free cookie. read more

I had the Waffle sandwich with cookies N'cream and it was seriously the BEST ice cream dessert I've had. The waffle was warm, fluffy, and a perfect complement to the ice cream. The only reason they get one star less is because the service was painstakingly slow. I think they should work on that a little bit, but other than that, fabulous waffle ice cream sandwiches!!!!!! read more

CREAM is a DREAM. This place is aptly named because that ice cream sure is creamy! The ice cream sandwiches are so delicious. They heat up the cookies and it just hits the spot. I love the gluten free chocolate cookies with chocolate ice cream. Cause I'm a chocoholic like that. I don't get gluten free for any reason other than I like that cookie best. But, that being said, I went to CREAM just the other day with my good friend who has Celiac's disease. She explained what she had and the employee didn't hesitate to wash his hands, get new gloves, and make her sandwich as she needed it. Awesome job, CREAM! read more

Absolutely the best way to cool down! I was thrilled to discover Ice Monster in Walnut Creek! Not only can I get an authentic Taiwanese shaved ice, but they have an incredible variety of ice flavors (strawberry, mango, green tea, etc) and toppings. They also have boba tea (which also originated in Taiwan), milk tea, regular ice cream, freshly cooked Chinese finger foods, and more. The place has tables inside and out and is always immaculate. I also really appreciate that they don't add the problem of landfills overflowing with plastics! They use real dishes and real silverware. I don't know of any other place that conscientious. I have been going here for 8 years. It was started by a couple from Taiwan and the owners the last several years are from China. They keep the place open seven days a week, but even with that grueling work schedule, the customer service is always fantastic. They go out of their way to keep their customers happy. Apparently, I'm not the only one who loves the place, because when school gets out, the place is filled with teenagers and families with children. It's a great place to hang out. I've tried other places in the East Bay, but this is my absolute favorite place for Chinese shaved ice, boba tea, and other yummy foods. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We recently visited CREAM and had high hopes based on the variety of flavors. I tried the Butter Pecan with Blueberry Cheesecake and my husband got a Hot Fudge Sundae. The Butter Pecan ice cream was a bit of a letdown. The pecans were soggy and stale, which really took away from the experience. The Blueberry Cheesecake flavor didn't live up to its name either. It just tasted like plain blueberry with no hint of cheesecake at all. On a brighter note, my husband enjoyed his Hot Fudge Sundae. The chocolate was incredibly rich and flavorful, which he loved. Despite all of these things I'm willing to give this place another shot. Next time, I'll try a cookie sandwich or a brownie sandwich, hoping for a better experience. It wasn't the best visit, but I'm optimistic that there are better options on the menu. read more

I had such a wonderful experience today at The Cream in Concord! Tyler went above and beyond to help me pick out the best ice cream for the kids. He was patient, kind, and really made sure everything was just right. It's not always easy finding something that works well for everyone, especially for kids in special education programs like the one at Mt. Diablo High School, but Tyler made it simple and fun. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even sweeter. Thank you, Tyler, for making today special--not just for me, but for the kids who truly deserved a treat. This place has the worst customer service EVER!!! The owner Mark acts really jolly and pleasant but I've heard him speaking very rudely to an employee yesterday afternoon. I've came in multiple times with my kids and have been waited on by a few different people. The one he happened to speaking rude to yesterday has waited on me before and was as sweet as could be and always compliments my nails and designs. This was a go to place on hot days or nights but seeing this guy act this way has made me change my ice cream spot to Loards. read more
