I am leaving here to go order elsewhere. Sophia and another individual just sat on their phones and paid little to no attention to the customer. Sophia said it was because she was off today but was just helping out. If you are not going to help out, then do not be in the forefront. Oysters are horrible; catfish bad. But their Combos are decent which is as decent as the others. I was going to order a $100 combo, but when advised of the issues (having to walk over and get one of the two of their phones) Sophia acted as if it was no big deal and could care less about customer service. Sophia never apologized but her excuse (she seated me) was that she was off today, that's why I did not apologize. LOL... SMH... really! With as many 1 star reviews, you would think they would put forth more effort. As I'm writing this as I was looking forward to sitting and eating (only 2 other people in the restaurant) Sophia called the manager and they did offer 50% off of my catfish/oyster basket -- about what that was worth, but the gesture is appreciated. read more

We were a little skeptical going in, but it was totally worth it. It's extremely easy to mess up a boil or for them to be flavorless. This was everything but flavorless. We kept going back and forth on the menu on which combo to get and decided to go all out and order their family platter that feeds 6-8. WORTH IT. We asked for it to be extra spicy, but it wasn't very hot. No big deal, because the flavor made it! The waitress said with this platter you don't get to choose your flavor, it comes in their house sauce....no complaints there. The only thing that we weren't a big fan of was the oysters that came in it. It didn't have a Cajun flavor at all with what you'd expect from a typical boil. It tasted like Thai sauce/food, but don't let that turn you away. Definitely worth trying. They even had little burners underneath the pot to keep your food warm. Nice touch!! Absolutely delicious! Great service and great food! No complaints! Highly recommend. We got the build your own combo in super hot and it was the right amount of spicy ness. We had Miles as a server, he was patient with questions and had great recommendations for us. Miles was the best and we loved the food!!

We had the combo "g", which consisted of shrimp, mussels, clam, crawfish and vegetables. The presentation was very nice and the food was even better. This was more than enough food for me and my wife. Wish we had this closer to my hometown. Great price for the amount of food you get, plus it was a good experience. I ordered 1 pound of snow crab and 1/2 pound of king crab and was kinda disappointed at the size of them both. I love seafood boils and frequently get them and i didn't even get a complete bundle of crab legs. There were maybe 2 legs on each bundle and the legs were tiny. The sauce was alright but tasted sweet which i didn't like. The crabs tasted like they had been overcooked. Overall it wasn't terrible but definitely not worth the 40+ dollars i spent there. 6/10 review. read more

Tried this tonight and thought it was pretty good.. Food was fried shrimp baskets with fries on one side and the other broccoli... the shrimp was good and we did get the cocktail sauce but they didn't include the tartare sauce that we ordered in our takeout. I have this place two tries. There was a crowd of people waiting so it had to be worth it right? Menu looked amazing! Got on the list and started planning what to order. Very busy, phone rang constantly and grubhub and uberEats drivers coming in under minute or so. Finally got a table. Found out the size/portion options on menu are no longer available. Ordered drinks while reassessed our choices. Long long wait for drinks, ordered king crab, crawfish, fried shrimp basket with calamari and egg rolls to start. Margarita was watery. Calamari chewy, egg roll mushy in the middle. Then another really long wait, then finally the crab. Seasoning was superb. King crab unfortunately was way overcooked. No utensils were brought, had to wave a waiter from another table down to request them. We ate what we could with fingers, bibs and gloves were well used and appreciated. Shrimp was crisp,crunchy batter. The crawfish was watery and mushy. Another very long wait to request bill. Finally went to hostess stand to pay. I blamed the crowd for causing the long waits, sympathized with what had to be a swamped kitchen. We went back a second time. Got seated almost right away to a very odd booth/table on one and a Wall against the table on the other side and a huge TV high on the wall. Went for spring rolls this time and king crab and boiled shrimp in spicy Cajun and garlic butter. Again wonderful spiced flavor on rubbery shrimp and watery crab. Horrible. I screwed up on my own by ordering blue crab thinking it would be crab legs. I get the blue crab brought to the table and watch a YouTube tutorial of how to even open the thing. I get it open, and there is no meat in the first one. The server comes over and asks how everything is and I told her I ordered the wrong thing. She brought over the manager. He picked up one of the crabs and opened it and told me what part to eat. The little meat he was telling me to eat had a crunch consistency to it. I asked him if I could switch it out for crab legs. He said "no. I would waste that if I did it. I'd have to charge you for both if I do that" and walked off. I told him he could just take it away then because I wasn't going to eat it. Untouched, he took my plate. And still charged me full price. I'm more upset about the lack of customer service, than the quality of food. I won't be back. read more

Well i had the catfish and shrimp. It said catfish but idk about that. I didn't like what I ordered. I definitely will not return and I was visiting this city. I ordered over the phone, once I got there order wasn't ready they asked for me to have a seat, which I complied. Kept setting there, wasn't acknowledged again about my order. I had to get up and ask for my order, order was just setting on a table which actually I saw the guy put the order on the table, so it had just set there, so I'm guessing if I hadn't ask I would have still been waiting and my order would have still been sitting. I hound have just left and went somewhere else. Lesson learn when this happens I will leave the order there and if I prepaid ask for a refund. I didn't like the fact that I gave her my card in her hand and upon returning my card to me she placed it on the counter. If a person gives it to you in your hand then you should return it to them the same way part of good customers service. read more

My sister and I drove nearly an hour because she wanted to take me to her favorite crab place, not this place just to clarify, however they were closed for lunch on Tuesdays. We googled and chose this place and it was fairly close to where we needed to be anyways. I ordered the catfish platter she ordered her crab legs and shrimp. 1st thing I noticed was the catfish breading was just barely browned. VERY LIGHT IN COLOR!!! One bite in and it was very apparent it was also VERY VERY undercooked. Slimy very very moist is the best way I can describe it. The onion rings were great however! Her meal came out and they sent out the whole blue crabs instead of the snow crab LEGS she requested. When we called it to the attention of the waiter and then the manager she was happy to fix the mistake, he however stormed off hollering something in I think Korean. The service was minimal, food disgusting and after it was all said and done $62.00 for food we neither one liked and I didn't even eat.
