We were in Eagle and I've heard Crave is good. So we stopped by for a "I'm starving, but don't have a lot to spend snack. The $$ was misleading. A little more expensive than I thought. I ordered the wedge salad not realizing that the wedge was out of romaine lettuce. I thought wedge was iceberg lettuce with creamy blue cheese and some extras. I should have studied the menu description more intently. I asked for a side of steak , just 4 ounces. My server did not tell me my steak was the price of the salad. The steak was amazing! But I would not have gotten it if I knew it was going to be $14 by itself. This was just an add on. The salad was not impressive and the salad dressing was thin. There was sooo much lettuce. Skimped on bacon and tomatoes and wimpy flavored dressing. My son got the Thai Noodles. He said it was okay, not great. My daughter in law the wedge salad, which I already covered. My husband got the salmon salad. The salmon was very flavorful with a blackened crust and so nicely done and very tender. His salad had something called pepper drops on it. Those were a fun surprise! They tasted like a pepper flavored cherry tomato. There was not much salad dressing and he had to ask for an extra serving of dressing on the side. Since I was so hungry, the salad didn't cut it for me. And I was irritated I spent $30 on a salad. I was glad we tried it, but I probably won't be back. read more

This has been the best restaurant in the area we have been to. We came here for dinner twice before deciding to have our wedding dinner here. The food and service is always amazing. We recently had our wedding dinner and Chef Micah and Pastry Chef Rich made an unforgettable dinner. To start everyone along the way from the owners to the coordinator were helpful in getting everything set up. They were able to accommodate our party size in the wine room. On the day we were able to set up our own decorations with their help and the room came together perfectly. Once the room was ready Rich brought in the cake and it was beautiful! Exactly what we wanted! The filling was strawberries and cream. The cake was so moist and so delicious. Perfect balance of sweet and creamy with a good texture. Our dinner had a spread of appetizers from the spongy delicious focaccia to ahi tuna! The entrees included their Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass and Honey Tennessee fried chicken. The Chilean Sea Bass is probably the best prepared we had ever had. Every dish was a hit and was delicious. This place lived up to the hype for sure. We had a really great experience. We came here for lunch. My wife got the salmon salad and I got the Wagyu bolognese. We also got the Rosemary focaccia bread. Everything we got tasted very, very good. It was very impressed with this place. The service was great. The atmosphere was very nice. Probably one of my favorite places to eat in the whole treasure valley. The service is always impeccable, the ambience inviting yet not overcrowded and the food always on point. You have to get a reservation for any weekend. I've been back a few times. I've had the whiskey short ribs, pork shank and all the sandwiches. The sandwiches are priced very fairly and you won't walk away hungry, a lot of times you may have extra. The Entrees are always a true treat for a special occasion and I've had the pickiest eaters with me who still find it tasty. The short ribs or pork shank are fall off the bone melt in your mouth goodness. All the sides are insanely tasty and the mushroom couscous is the best I've ever had. The desserts here are where the real magic happens as the chef is a chocolate master. Get anything with chocolate and you will go home happy. I have been here twice for lunch and 2x on a Sunday for the prime rib meal. The servers are always attentive and helpful. The beautiful interior is very modern and comfortable. For my lunches I have had the Crave spicy tuna sushi roll which was incredibly fresh with the right amount of spice. I had the Texas wedge salad and the Thai Steak & Noodle salad. Both included fresh crisp greens & vegetables and were beautifully presented. I love the variety of salads that take you from Texas to Thailand. We visited on 2 occasions for their weekend prime rib dinner. The prime rib is a large serving served with mashed potatoes, I am not a masher girl so opted for fries which they gladly made the change for me. The prime rib was perfectly medium rare served with a side of horseradish and beef au just. I just love that I can count on Crave for my prime rib craving. My husband had the burger cooked medium rare and it never disappoints. I like the variety of food that Crave has to offer without sacrificing quality. The menu never feels stale. I arrived early for lunch with a girlfriend. I was seated promptly and Brock, our server, welcomed me. I'd heard so many great things about Crave and so far so good! My friend arrived and we looked over the menu. Brock appeared and explained their housemade concept and as a cook myself , I have to say that really appealed to me. The menu is extensive and I asked Brock what some of his favorites are. I chose the fish tacos and honestly, I think they were the best I've EVER HAD! The Crispy Chickpea Salmon Salad was delish with the salmon cooked perfectly (with a tinge of broil on the edges) and these tasty little non- spicy peppers. I must say this has to be one of the greatest dining experiences you will encounter. From the ambiance to the exquisite menu, this is the complete package. First time into Crave, was seated on the patio and even though I was hoping for an inside table, it was pleasantly heated and cozy. We had Brandi as our server and asked her for her recommendations and she didn't skip a beat, she not only told us her favorites, but described them to us in detail. We got what she suggested and everything was amazing. I got the Pork Shank, my husband got the Burger (he said one of the best he's ever had) and our friend got the Wagu Bolognese, then we got the Chocolate cake for dessert.
