Came here for the first time this week and really enjoyed our experience. This is a sports bar with tons of seating and TV's everywhere which a great sports bar should be. Very clean and modern feel as well. Service was pretty good and while our waitress could've been a little faster with drinks and refills she was super friendly and nice. Food for what it is was pretty tasty. The pretzel sticks were really good and loved both the beer cheese and spicy ground mustard that came with them. The wings which we always get bone in were cooked perfectly. They had great flavor and spice. Plus the size of these were great and actually had tons of meat which you don't always get. Wanted some a little less heavy so I got the Southwest salad with grilled chicken. I got the full portion and was definitely a big salad but it was delicious. A lot of yummy veggies and the tortilla bowl was delicious. I had the dressing on the side and found it was plenty with half of the dressing. I'm not always a salad girl but I really enjoyed this. We had a large group tonight and rather than splitting the checks as requested at the beginning, the waitress chose to split at the end and proceeded to take nearly an hour to get it all settled. My wife and I came here with some friends before going to the Hawks game. It was our first time. It is located in a small mall on State St. on the left just before Glenwood as you're heading east. We came on a Friday night around 5:30. We were able to be seated in a booth near the door. The place has a sports bar vibe, which I believe is what it is. We had a nice young blonde female server. The restaurant was busy and it took a while for her to get to us. This particular visit no one ordered alcohol. I would want to check out their beer selection next time. The others ordered burgers and I ordered the Ranchera Wrap with grilled chicken. Everyone enjoyed their selection. The fries were sufficiently crispy and my friend liked his tots. Though our server was very nice, the service was average. It took her a while to get back to our table to check on us and everyone else received their food while I had to wait 5 minutes for mine. Not a crisis, but awkward for everyone else to be eating while I sat. Our server could have said something to me about having to wait. Instead, she just brought everyone else's food and said nothing about mine. All in all, a good experience, and I would return. read more

This was the first restaurant I tried when I moved to Garden City and it did not disappoint. We've come back multiple times for the Honey Hot pizza and excellent customer service. Eating outside on the patio is best if it's nice out as it can get noisy inside. The Honey Hot pizza is a must-try if you like sweet and spicy combos. The pickles add a nice crunch and freshness to eat bite. We also get the chicken sando with fried chicken and pub chips. The pub chips are always crispy and come with a unique creamy sauce. It's their take on home made potato chips and you can't go wrong. Lastly the pretzel sticks are a classic, they are soft and have the best texture. Definitely recommend coming at least once! read more

Service was excellent! It had a relaxing and chill vibe. As you can probably imagine, they had several TV's in side with the Thursday Night football game on. I signed up on the app and got $10 my first meal. They sent me a text about their prime rib dinner on Thursday's , so naturally I came down. A girlfriend met me down here. We started with a beer because the server mentioned that they didn't start their Prime Rib dinner until 6pm, we arrived a little after 5pm so, the timing was perfect. This restaurant opened in my neighborhood a few years ago. I've lived in the neighborhood almost 8 years and this was my first time there. The roommate wanted to take me out for my birthday. So I was like..let's just try that Brixx place. I was kinda surprised tbh. It was really good. It's not like THEEE best place for a low key birthday dinner, but it still delivered. I can see someone going here for like a big gathering for their birthday. However, it was just the roommate and myself. Totally would have brought my little man, Alfred tho if they allowed dogs lol. I wish I remembered the greeters name. Dude was suuuuuper nice and the type of person you love to see when you walk into a restaurant. Really nice guy. The entire staff actually, the ones we dealt with were all very nice, very helpful. Our waitress was super sweet, however, she rarely checked on the table to see if we needed refills and that sorta thing. She has potential tho. She really was a nice person. The food, imho, was really good. I ordered a steak. I'm guessing that's not something most order when they go here. It's kind of like a perfect spot to watch sports and get drunk lol. But it's a nice place to that haha, if that makes sense. The steak was surprisingly tasty. Wasn't overdone, perfectly cooked, kinda melts in your mouth. I really wanted a steak. But because of our weird schedules, of course we couldn't get there and tbh, I wanted to stay close to the house at this point. Ruth's Chris is downtown and Brixx, even tho we drove, it's like a 5 min walk from my house. I would absolutely go again. Even their fries were good. Seems lately like too many restaurants are doing "in house fries" and their soggy AF and are basically covered in potato skin. I HAAAAATE those fries! Hate them. I gladly call out any and all restaurants who only serve those and don't have options. Was happy Brixx hasn't jumped on that bandwagon.. yet. Those potato skin fries are like the never ending gray and white "trend" EVERYONE is using in their homes. Restaurants think these are the fries everyone wants... they. are. not. Just like gray and white. Not everyone wants that boring shit lol. Can you tell I'm passionate about those "colors" and passionate about French fries? I rarely ever eat fries. I really do watch what I eat. I work out every day. So when I have fries, it's a treat. Y'all stop ruining that treat with them soggy ass fries lol. If you've never been here, I 100% recommend it. We love Brixx! We probably end up here 3x a month. Whenever we plan to go out we end up back at Brixx because everyone loves it, even tho it's busy we can always get a table and everything is so good! To be fair the only thing I haven't liked so far is the margarita pizza. But we have essentially eaten our way through the entire menu and everything is so good! I have been scoping out Brixx Craft House since I heard about it through a foodie website that I frequent. Hubby wanted to try something new and Brixx popped into my head. Once seated, it took about 15 minutes for a server to appear, which we understood as most places are understaffed right now. However, once we placed our order the food came out swiftly and hot. I ordered the Boise Blue (fantastic blend of flavors - not too much bleu cheese with the right balance of all the ingredients, including the onion straws and candied bacon, with thick, juicy, perfectly medium burger patty), hubby ordered Finger Steaks which were tender yet crispy (he cleaned his plate) and daughter ordered the Chicken Club, crispy style and almost ate the entire thing (which is unlike her!). Service was very friendly and attentive, regardless of how busy the place got during the duration of our meal. My review is for 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5) - I wish there were more chicken options for non-red meat/fish eaters like my daughter, hubby's fries were slightly undercooked (yet mine and daughter's fries were perfect!) and it took some time to have someone visit the table, but overall, we really enjoyed our meals and plan on visiting again soon. read more

Pros- I was greeted right away for my take-out order and noticed that the interior was clean and they were doing a good amount of business. The hostess staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was quoted 20 minutes from my order, which was totally fine as I was not in a rush, and I could see they were busy. I was quite surprised when my food was ready just 13 minutes later! Getting the food home, it was quite delicious and a good-sized portion. I had the French dip sandwich with au jus and a side Caesar salad. The meat was tender and ample. I appreciate that the salad dressing was in a separate cup, so as not the salad before I got home. . Cons- When signing for my bill, the manager gave me a pen that did not have the center part with the ink. It was just a hollow plastic tube, but it did have a security chain attached to the counter. Apparently, that was the only pen available at the front counter, and while they were scrambling trying to find a pen, I decided to use my own. There was an employee who was not a hostess, who was just standing up at the front counter the entire time of my visit. I'm not sure if she was supposed to be working, but if she was not clocked in yet, maybe she could be out of the public way. I looked inside of the paper bag, and notice that the Caesar box was open, so I closed it, and there was a larger box with my sandwich and a small cup with the au jus dip. Unfortunately, the lid on the cup was not secured or taped down and came open during my drive, soaking the au jus through the bottom of the paper bag and into my cloth passenger seat. I suppose I will be smelling that for months to come. No napkins nor utensils were provided. What an unexpected delight! Was in the area and came for a quick lunch. Brixx has your usual sports bar fare so I honestly wasn't expecting to be as impressed as we were. I ordered the half sized berry chicken salad. It was one of the best salads of my life. Definitely in the top 5--and, I've eaten some salads, folks! The Berry chicken salad comes with your choice of grilled or crispy chicken. I opted for the grilled and it was beautifully herbaceous and delicious. The salad is a bed of greens topped with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries as well as blue cheese crumbles, pancetta, and candied hazelnuts. The entire thing is then drizzled with a beautifully raspberry forward dressing. The half sized was plenty for me for lunch or dinner. It was an absolute delight from beginning to end. The second time I came was for dinner and couldn't resist the berry chicken salad again--but did also get a cocktail and happy to report that their smoked old fashioned is also delightful. My dining companion ordered and enjoyed their fish fry and another ordered and enjoyed their ahi. The service was swift and friendly! Get to it! read more

Our group stopped here after rafting up in Banks. The service is excellent!! Molly, was our server and was very friendly and quick! We all had a hard time deciding on food because the whole menu looked great. We had the finger steaks, shrimp, chicken wrap, wings, club and Cubano and we ALL loved our food!! The red pepper and asparagus soup was so yummy!! I wish I had taken pictures but I didn't. All of our drinks were great also! We had the smoked old fashioned, maple old fashioned, martini, and ranch water. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would LOVE if they would open one in Nampa!! read more

I love eating at Brixx. Excellent, polite and competent servers. Good food, excellent variety. Skillfully prepared to order. Unfortunately, my husband and I have ambulatory issues. We have a handicapped placard for our car, but the designated handicapped parking spots are on the backside of the restaurant. There is a door near these parking spots but it is locked; you can exit but not enter. This means the mobility challenged potential customer must walk around the building to gain entry. I know we can order takeout, but it is never hot when we get it home and there is there remains an issue of finding parking near the door. read more
