Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were able to schedule a free termite inspection and Gabriel came out within a few days. I showed him the pictures of the dead termites and where I had found them. He did an interior inspection and luckily found no signs of infestation, while explaining what he was looking for. He then went outside to check the fascia on the house and said it was also good. He also explained that it's termite season and that the ones I found got in from the outside. What a relief! The techs also email a Summary Report at the end of each visit. Before scheduling, we specifically asked multiple times whether we needed to be home, and we were assured that we did not. We provided clear instructions on how to access the back half of our house. Unfortunately, they never showed up--not once, but twice. We had to reach out three separate times, and despite that, no one came or communicated with us. We even kept our dogs locked up all day waiting because we expected the treatment to be done. We're disappointed because the technician made such a great first impression, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating. Reliability is just as important as good customer service, and unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.

After doing some research, I reached out to this company for help. Skyler quickly responded to my request, providing some re-assuring advice. Robert came out the next day. He went up in the attic to perform a thorough inspection. After agreeing to a completely reasonable quote, the team came out to rat proof the attic, closing up all possible entry points and resetting the traps. A few weeks later, the team came back to remove all the old insulation (which was in pretty poor shape.) Due to a big electrical project, (and some ethernet cabling that I wanted to run), I there was a two month delay before we were ready to install the new insulation. A Team Services was totally cool about this... they didn't nag or harass me to schedule the final work. When we were ready, they came out and performed the final cleanup and insulation install. They were even able to do some minor repair on old ductwork that probably saved me a lot of money. So thank you to Skyler, Robert, and the entire crew for helping us with our first home. Because it is a rental, my tenant did not notify me about the recurring issue until today--which happens to be just three days after their two-month guarantee expired.I contacted the company to explain that the initial treatment failed to solve the problem within the guarantee window, but they refused to honor it or offer any flexibility because of the three-day delay. While I understand they have policies, I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service and flexibility, especially since their original service did not successfully eliminate the pests to begin with. I will be looking for another company that stands behind the quality of their work. To be clear, the $238 rate offered to me is your standard non-contract price, not a reduced rate. Additionally, my call on September 1st places me just one or two days outside of your 2-month guarantee window from the June 30th service. Given that the initial treatment was completely unsuccessful, refusing to honor the work over a matter of 24 to 48 hours is terrible customer service.
