We had dinner here and we really enjoyed the food but I took off a star for the service and the flies that kept hanging around our food. Our waiter didn't come around often and I had to find him a couple of times to ask for things. We got the calamari to start. I wasn't crazy about the aioli sauce but the sriracha sauce was better. The calamari was fried well and it wasn't too tough which can happen often. For the entrees we got the tuna and I subbed the asparagus for Mac and cheese. It was delicious!!! The tuna was cooked very well (rare) but I didn't need the black sesame seeds. The salmon was also ordered with the garlic mashed potatoes and that dish was excellent as well. Both of Rich's parents got the prime rib sandwich with the au jus sauce and they said it was really good. It was served with steak fries. Overall the food was good but the service could have used some help. They need a fly trap as well to catch all the flies in the restaurant. read more

This place is pretty good. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. The food was ok. We started with spinach dip, which was great (but you can get great spinach dip almost anywhere). I ordered the fish sandwich, and it was fine but a little bland. The Paloma cocktail was surprisingly good because I thought I didn't like grapefruit! Our server was really nice when I was trying to decide on a cocktail and brought me a couple samples. For the quality of food, I'd pay about 50% less if I'm being honest. There are plenty of other restaurants in this area with better prices and food that's as good or better. read more

So went for a couple of classic martinis and a snack. Bartender did NOT know how to make a basic martini. She added sweet vermouth in stead of dry vermouth. And not only once but twice!!!! WHAT?!!! Waitstaff caught mistake the first time and told her the proportions but she still used sweet vermouth. It's always fun to find a new place for lunch especially when the place is as great as this one!! They're operating at about 60% capacity, but it feels like they are fully open since they are so busy. Obviously, the food is the reason but the servers and the owner are also amazing! I had the chicken club and am trying to decide if going back tomorrow to have it again would be excessive. I'm leaning towards no!! Food presentation was good, Caesar salad was good. Fig and chicken sandwich was good, but messed up my stomach and the burger was cooked well, but had no flavor. Now I'm a bit more picky than the average person because I cook myself, but burger patty's should never be plain, otherwise I think it's coming out frozen. And when it comes to food paring, if the goat cheese is heavy then the fig should be enough to help counter the strength of the cheese. People were super nice, and the ambiance was relaxing. I would go back, but just wish it didn't mess up my stomach and my wife's. Dessert was good and price was on par. Recommendation - create some dipping sauces for your fries. We started with delicious cocktails and a wonderful glass of "Prisoner" red wine that was a smooth operator & a perfect compliment to our meal..starting with overthetop delicious housemade blue cheese potato chips, delicately light fried asparagus to fresh crab stuffed mushrooms...Main Course: To die for with every bite...melt in your mouth Pastrami Reuben with creamy good macncheezz..Yes, I've had Reubens from NYC to LA....This is the Best Reuben we've ever tasted. Had a great experience here during happy hour! Our waitress was so sweet. We also split the French Onion soup and the chicken and fig sandwich, which you should get if you like goat cheese. Also took advantage of the candied bacon deal from Yelp. They brought each item out on separate plates when they found out we were sharing, and each bowl of soup had its own puff pastry. Very cute. My husband and I love this place. CraftWay has a nice patio seating for those who are hesitant to dine out amid COVID. Everything we've had on the menu has been fresh. Food is made to order. A plus is that the restaurant offers seasonal menus, which is always nice when you want to try something different. Mike, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure his patrons are 100% satisfied with their experience. For example, if they're able to, they will even prepare foods that are not even in the menu. This is my hubby's favorite brunch spot. Great cocktails and food. It can get busy so we try and go at off times.

Excellent service and some of the best food in the DFW area. Definitely one of the top restaurants in Frisco. My favorites are the pastrami Reuben sandwich, candied bacon, calamari, and the blue cheese and bacon chips. I'm drooling just writing this review. I'm not a huge fan of chicken but their chicken club is absolutely amazing. The place is almost always packed. I have friends that visit from Mansfield that I introduced to Craftway Kitchen several months back. Not only do they still talk about the food, that's what they often want to go for a meal. I finally made it to Craftway Kitchen!! I have been dying to try it, and they did not disappoint!! The vibe is very energetic, and the staff was super friendly. We were dining with some friends and agreed the food was amazing. Brayden was our server and was very friendly and attentive. We started with the charcuterie board and candied bacon. The choice of meats and cheeses were all delicious, and I loved the pickled green beans. The candied bacon was excellent. It was perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the brown sugar and the spicy ancho chili. We all four decided on the ahi tuna. It was amazing!! It was honestly the best tuna I've ever had. I actually had a chance to try their brunch and lunch menus on two different occasions. First brunch! They didn't have a very extensive menu. It was simple and had a few savory and sweet brunch options. I opted to get their french toast with bacon and I would highly recommend it. They use thick brioche bread (I assume but I could be totally wrong). The bread had a great texture. It was soft with the right amount of sweetness that went so well with the sweetened bacon bits. The portion was very generous and I could not finish it because I was so full. We were there for a good amount of time and even though it started to get busier we never felt that they were rushing us to pay our bill but just continuously checked on us if we need any refills on our drinks or anything else. The other time I came here for lunch. The place was already packed (outdoor and indoor) but luckily we were able to get a table without having to wait. This time I got to explore their lunch and menu and opted to try the salmon spinach salad. It was presented so beautifully. The balance between protein and greens was just perfect! (Some restaurants would you give a big bed of greens with a small piece of meat, but not here!). It was a perfect balance. The salad was tasty and I enjoyed it very much but maybe I would have liked to have maybe a toast/bread on the side maybe. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles for brunch. They have the creamiest butter and the most savory waffles. We had the most amazing lunch here! I asked out server what she would recommend between a few items on the menu. I'm the worst at deciding! I ordered the French dip. When my plate came out it had half french dip, half reuben, and a bowl of French onion soup! All the things I had been trying to choose from! She made my food dreams come true! I can't stop raving about the amazing service we had. All my food was delicious. My hubby had the grilled cheese and tomato soup. He loved the soup and didn't love the smokey flavor in the grilled cheese. I did. We also had the mushroom appetizer (wish we had bread to soak up the sauce) and bread pudding. I couldnt handle the honey bourbon that went with the bread pudding. We also felt very safe during these covid times. Went to Craftway Kitchen for the first time. I was very impressed. Sorry, I didn't take pictures but will tell you the food and service was fantastic. We ordered the calamari! It came out fast and it was fresh, hot, and tasty! So yummy. Ordered the pistachio crusted whitefish with mashed potatoes and my friend had the salmon and grilled asparagus. Both delicious. The whitefish had a sweet sauce with an Asian flavor and it was nice and refreshing. We thought we were done until our server asked about dessert. Opted for the warm butter cake. OMG. It was so good. It came with candied bacon, so we asked for it on the side. This cake really doesn't need the add-on of the bacon, it can hold its own without it. Loved everything about Craftway Kitchen. We requested outside seating but the wind picked up and they graciously allowed us to move inside. Glad we did because we had the awesome Mr. Chris as our waiter! He didn't miss a beat!
