We had bought the tickets for a tokyo ramen event. And we drove from Lincoln to Omaha for this event It was a shared parking lot with other businesses around. Hertz rental is on one side of this business. They had erected a little white tent. We showed a nice little lady in front our electronic tickets and entered. They gave us a slip of paper stating the number of tickets we had. The tickets basically paid for a standard bowl of ramen. We chose to upgrade on site. They sit you quite quickly. The little walkway to the cashier has two shelves on each side which holds japanese snacks ranging from potato chips, to candy and even mini figurines from famous japanese anime. Super fun place to be at. Chill vibes beautifully decorated with japanese lanterns. Apparently for this event, they flew in a chef from Japan. We were seated very quickly and we ordered at the table. We got two deluxe dandan ramens, which consisted of spicy creamy broth ground pork, some bokchoy.a piece of charsiew, ramen egg and a piece of fried chicken cutlet. We also ordered gyoza and ebi chilli- which was shrimp with sweet chilli. We also ordered an yuzu soda each. Everything was delicious. Broth was rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice. The ramen was bouncy and we overheard the lady next to us chatting with the owner and that the ramen was handmade and very bouncy just the way i like it. The gyoza was absolutely delicious - the dumpling content had very good texture,and very fresh. The ebi chilli had shrimp that was cooked just right with a bouncy texture Omg everything is delicious. Wow what an amazing experience. They have hit it out of the park for the japanese/asian experience. Everything from the greeting at the door, explanation of the menu to getting seated. The staff all where incredible and the restaurant-shop was wonderful. We pre purchased tickets to an event happening this weekend so we attended during a Saturday lunch. The place was packed out and for good reason We had the spicy creamy ramen, chilli/sweet shrimp and the pork gyoza and if course we ordered the extras for the ramen. (Pork cutlet, eggs) and the yuzu soda (non alcoholic) The food and drinks came, we needed a bigger table. Lol. We dug in, everything was perfect. The soup was hot, spicy and creamy. Each part of the bowl was spot on. Everything had been prepared very nice. Then combined when ordered as it should be. Nothing tasted over cooked or old. It was a lunch like no other. 5 stars is not enough. We can't wait to go back. Now a couple things. This is modeled after and sticks to asian restaurants. So......the food may come before the drinks. All your food will probably come together. Not as an appetizer then the main. Again, truly asian not American. And the tickets we purchased was for an event. This is such a neat concept! Walking in was a little overwhelming at first. There's a lot going on between the busy cash wrap, the vivacious decor, and the fun commotion from the staff. First things first, definitely was a bit confused by the order of operations for seating/ordering food, for anyone considering eating here, do not be turned down by the fact it's a bit different from the norm! I loved the ability to go through their little shop and look at items and also pick out a drink prior to ordering the actual food. I ended up getting a mandarin orange drink that had little chunks of mandarin in it, super super good, like nothing I had ever tried before. You pay right after ordering everything you want, I was caught a bit off guard by it, but will know now for the next time. We ordered two apps: Misola bun: Absolutely amazing fried pork cutlet, will 100% be getting this every time I'm back. So juicy and tender, and the bun was delicious. Pork Gyoza: Delectable, love having gyoza in general, even more with my ramen, some of the best gyoza in Omaha hands down. Another item we'll be getting to share every time we're back. The mains: Misola Ramen: So freaking good, perfect for someone who is trying ramen out, or even for someone who has high ramen standards. The broth was amazing, and the pork fell apart in my mouth. The noodles were thick and rich, the egg cooked to perfection and after just having the leftovers for lunch today, were still amazing after being reheated. Creamy Chicken Ramen: My girlfriend got this and did say mine was better, but all in all still great, had a unique broth but same characteristics with the noodles and egg, chicken also had a unique seasoning, maybe not my taste but I am more of pork ramen guy. Still really good. Our servers, though there were multiple we interacted with, were all amazing and extremely courteous. We left stuffed, satisfied, and happy to know we'll be able to come back. I love looking at all of the little trinkets, snacks and drinks and getting to grab those things before sitting down to eat. I thought that was so fun for drink options! We ordered the pork gyoza, a misola bun to share and then I got the creamy chicken ramen and my boyfriend got the misola ramen. Everything was delicious but I think this was the best gyoza i've ever had. I loved the crispy stuff on top. The bun was pretty good too. Exciting new ramen option in the Omaha area! The operating model is a little confusing the first time you visit, but it's one of the best ramen spots we've had in the area. When you first walk in, there is a queue area lined with many tempting snacks and drinks. If something catches your eye, you just pick it up on your way in and they will add it to your bill at the end. Then you get to the register, where you wait to be seated. Once seated, someone else will swing by the table to take your order and payment upfront. Again, a little unconventional, but it was nice not to have to wait for the check at the end since they were so busy. But the service is still very attentive and they will check in on you throughout the meal. We tried a few items off the menu and the black garlic ramen (Misola Black) was our favorite. The karaage & creamy chicken ramen were good as well but the misola broth is a highlight. They've only been open for a few weeks but it definitely gets busy! Recommend coming early if you can or be prepared to wait. Plenty of parking and great location though! read more

The staff are great! They make the environment come to life! We were a large group and it was busy in there! They checked on us throughout the meal, but I noticed it was hard to keep water bottles (they serve water in a larger glass bottle for the table to share) on the table. No big deal! When we asked for something, they'd bring it! This was my first time trying ramen, so I do not have anything to compare it to, but I personally didn't like them not having a creamy version of a chicken ramen. It was salty, but someone said that was normal! I enjoyed it. I believe the next time I come I will try something else. My only complaint was it was really hot in there. Authentic ramen, delicious! Very clever to make you go through the "shop" to place your order. As our group has little ones, there were lots of little things to grab on your way to place your order. The waitress was so super kind and friendly, she answered all questions that my group had. The bowls are not crazy prices for the portions (see photo of my hand next to my ramen for size comparison). The Vegan Raman was AMAZING, stacked full of awesome, fresh veggies and I added an egg for extra protein! It was only $15 for the portion! The Brussel sprouts had a great sauce on them and were perfectly crispy. The MoMo sake was a great pairing with the food, not too sweet but also not too bitter. A nice creamy sake if you like that! We finished the meal with a cloud cake, it was PERFECTLY moist and fluffy! When you walk in, the first thing you'll see are super cute trinkets for sale. We picked two kitty blind boxes and they are super cute. They were about $6.50 each. You have the chance to select deserts and drinks before you're seated. Once you're seated, a waiter will bring you water and take your order. You will pay right then and there which is super convenient because you can just leave right after you finish eating! I ordered the mini rice bowl with the chicken kaarage and it was delicious! I loved the chicken and sauce. Everything was so flavorful and it was a fairly large portion for its price (about $6). I tried some of the tonkatsu ramen as well. Very interesting and new ramen place! They're quite unique with their menu and ordering process. It's very busy now since it's so new, but they have plenty of signs that explain the process. You wait in line between isles filled with collectables, toys, snacks, candy, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. You can grab whatever you want and pay for it when you request a seat. This time, we were told to grab our drinks and were given a seat. We ordered at the table and paid instantly after ordering. This is a little interesting- especially if you decide later you want more drinks. You'll have to pay again if you want to add anything on. I wasn't thrilled with my chicken curry. I was surprised that there was literally only one small piece of chicken in the entire dish. I'm not sure how or why it was brought to the table that way- but the staff brought me more chicken when we brought it up. I did enjoy the flavor of it and the rice was good. Hubby and I were blown away by this place. We had low expectations especially with it being the grand opening. Service was swift and they were very kind and accommodating. They saw we had our young son and brought out a sling for his car seat . There was a line when we arrived for our time slot but we didn't wait for more than 15 minutes. Great ramen! I ordered the creamy chicken ramen with spicy oil on the side, my brother got the Misola ramen, my dad got the tonkotsu and my mom got the spicy miso ramen. I suck with spicy but I like a little bit of chili oil and I definitely put too much into my ramen, but it was still good. I was absolutely sweating my face off though. The noodles were delicious, thick, and chewy. I'm picky about my noodles for ramen and these were fantastic. The broth was creamy and delicious and the egg was great too. The gyoza was tasty. I would come back again! We talked to the workers and they said that the owner is from Japan. They do have you pay for your check in the beginning, so you have to tip them before receiving your meal unless you're doing a cash tip. Finally made it Misolado after hearing so many good things. My son and I went on a Friday at 12:15 for lunch, they open at noon. We waited in line, which winds through a fun little area of Japanese small gifts and candy, for about 15 minutes before reaching the counter to order. I ordered the Misola Black and he got the Misola Spicy. We also ordered the fried brussel sprouts to share. We were able to be seated at the last available table which was way in the back tucked in a corner. Our waitress and food came incredibly fast considering how busy they were. The brussels were perfectly cooked, crispy and spicy, had to stop myself to save room for the ramen. Our ramen was served shortly after and it was everything I wanted in a perfect bowl of ramen. Perfect amount of spice, noodles, mushrooms and onions. And the huge piece of pork belly was so tender there was no problem eating it with my chopsticks. I love soft boiled eggs and just wished it came with 2 halves instead of one, although I could have paid for more. The serving was huge, took home enough for another meal which was just as good the next day. When you walk in you walk underneath the blossoms and then go to the counter to get seated. I ordered the Spicy Pork Miso and it was incredible. I got extra egg. Nothing was explained about the self service drinks etc. Ordered some apps and then was approached by a different waitress asking for our order. Then another waitress showed up with our apps. Not 5 min later another waitress showed up with our ramen. Our orders were given to the wrong person at our table so had to do a bit of taste testing to find the correct ones. Ended up getting our final app halfway through the meal. Also you pay as soon as you order whether you are ordering more or getting drinks. The whole staff seemed confused and unorganized. Multiple wait staff also caused confusion. Seems as though this happened at multiple tables. All in all the food was ok. Noodles were good broth was a bit thin but flavorful. Perhaps they can get the bugs out but seems like there needs to be more organization. When we left there were about 30 people waiting to get in so there's that. Very nice new ramen spot In Omaha, in my personal opinion the best in the area so far. I believe that the noodles here are the best and the broth they serve is really rich. The ambience in the restaurant is really nice. You walk in and as soon as you do there is what seems to be somewhat of a mini shop area with snacks and cute toys you can purchase! You do have to pay for your food immediately upfront which for me is unusual at a dine-in restaurant but I'm okay with that because the food is really good. One thing to also try here is the sweet pepper chicken it is amazing. Service is very good as well, I do wish that there was more customization in terms of what you can add to the ramen. read more
