The food was great & service was fast and they kept our coffee and water flowing. Small businesses are the heart of our community and this is family run. Everyone takes a lot of pride in the cute cafe.

Great family owned little dinner. Delicious delicious burgers. We've been waiting till the construction made it easier to access, well the wait is over!! We had cheeseburgers, one with a generous side salad and one with home cut French fries. Everything was flavorful and the prices are great. Be sure to stop in and tell everyone the construction is over!!

Went in there tonight when we saw they were now open for dinner. Had a great conversation with the owner of the café. My husband's burger was awesome.. and I had "corn ribs" which were also super tasty! As far as the critiques saying that it's slow.. yeah, that's what happens when food is actually cooked from scratch. It's not a fast food restaurant. If you don't have time to sit and enjoy your company, and the food that is being made for you, go somewhere else. Yes, it's an old building and definitely a dive.. but the food really is good. Go in with an open mind and you'll be just fine. My one critique, the fries are super salty. If you don't like that, make sure to ask them to go easy on the salt.. or no salt and salt them yourself.

The food is really good. Every time I go I order fresh squeezed orange juice. My family and I enjoy eating here.

Cattlemen's is it. How so? I took my wife there a couple of weeks ago and, when we returned this week, the waitress told us we could sit anywhere and when she came over with coffee, she remembered that we sat at the same table the last time. Not only that but when she asked what we were doing that day and we told her she remembered what we had told her a week and a half earlier. : 0 And the food. Their biscuits are the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only are they massive but they are flaky and moist (not the dry hockey pucks you get at other places). And their gravy is flavorful and a perfect pairing. Unlike the pasty mess at other places that will remain nameless. the eggs are perfectly cooked, the sign of a great cook, and the variety is sure to please anyone in your group. If you want a breakfast place that is like being in mom's kitchen but better, you need to get to Cattlemen's. You won't regret it.

From the no-frills motif, hilarious signs that blanket each wall and friendly service...there's so much to love. We were immediately seated on a busy Saturday morning for breakfast in a 1970s throwback booth with laminated wood. It was comfortable and comforting, such a nice way to start our visit. We had plenty of time to scour the menu, chock full of everything a breakfast yearning heart desires from homemade waffles, omelets, pancakes, biscuits with gravy...you name it. I ordered the Denver omelet, substituted the ham for sausage, with home fries and an English muffin. Hubby got two pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Food came a lot quicker than expected; it was a nice surprise considering how busy it was. The omelet had the most sausage I've ever seen in an omelet...no skimping here! It was loaded with onions, cheese, and green peppers as well. Everything was cooked well, though a tad under seasoned. A quick fix was adding extra pepper, ketchup and an occasional dab of Cholula. The English muffin was toasted to perfection with the right amount of butter. Delicious. My husband loved his pancakes...huge, with crispy edges and soft, fluffy middles. Honestly, some of the best pancakes I've had in the valley since I've been here. Served with warm syrup too...yes please!!!! Service was extremely friendly and prompt. Excellent visit!

My wife is a fan of plain bagels and absolutely loved hers. It was soft in the middle. Go on the outside and cooked up crunchy just about perfect. I had the poppyseed bagel which tasted very good, but the poppy seeds had a funny taste to them. It was just an off taste and they were much smaller than most poppyseeds I've seen. Hard to describe the flavor. The jalapeño bagel was great. It could've used more cheddar and jalapeño like Albertsons down the street, but the bagel was excellent. Just little chopped up pieces of jalapeño resident slices. I toasted it with just butter and was very happy with it. Sarah's bagels are a bit less money than Panera Bread and a little more than a grocery stores but if you want to splurge on a bagel, I recommend them Not a fancy place, but there are some tables and it looks like groups get together and have bagels and coffee there in the morning I was in and out quickly and got my bagels to go. There were also bags of day old bagels, five dollars for six. Roughly half price. If you're not gonna use them for a day or two might as well get the older ones.

Another thing, the waitresses, the buses, the cooks the manager everyone that is in that place even the people have respect, loyalty and love for one another. I went there every single day for seven years straight. I was irregular. I no longer live in that area. I miss it every single day.
