My to-go order I had a wonderful experience with the service and the food. It was amazing. Definitely plan on going back and definitely going to recommend.

I happened by chance to stop in here yesterday after early voting, and Taylor was a welcome breeze of fresh air. I stopped in right after opening, and truly appreciated the banter back and forth. I had the street tacos and two different beers. One was the Indian creek IPA and the other wa the West Coast IPA. Both were excellent along with the Tacos. We all must appreciate those who work in any establishment and serve or prepare our food for those mements we don't wish to do it ourselves. Today I give Kudos for the kitchen staff and for Taylor for making my early lunch quite enjoyable.

Stopped in for a drink with one of my friends, and Shelby was spectacular. She gave great suggestions and excellent service. I had the Indian Creek IPA, which is their most popular and my friend had the Marzen. We shared a pretzel which came with cheese and mustard. My only complaint was the cheese and mustard were a little watery, but they were OK. They had a nice bar and it was spacious with several tables throughout with several TV's. I liked this place and would definitely recommend as I intend to visit again.

Enjoyed the Blood Orange Hefeweizen from White Dog Brewing!

I have been to the other White Dog location in Boise and really liked that location and their beer. I went to the location in Caldwell and got their Blood Orange Hefeweizen which I really liked a lot! It was a very tasty beer and I knew it would be since I felt my visit at the other location was such a positive visit. The flavor features with this Hefeweizen are orange, a touch of banana and is fairly sweet. It wasn't too heavy handed in the sweet department however and was well balanced so that was pleasant to experience.

    Beer bar and good food!

Found this when driving through and starving. Cool little find with lots of food options. There is a plaza courtyard close if you are in the area for music or things (can't take your drinks out there but they do have a patio area opposite the plaza that's nice). Service was quick and friendly. Beer wasn't extraordinary but I come from beertopia so admit I'm a bit bias. Still worth a stop.

This place shows as open on Yelp, but it is CLOSED. No bueno. I can't ever come back since I can't trust the hours. Oh well...

Good food. Amanda chitchats way too much to the extent regulars get frustrated, waiting for their drinks and orders.

The wait for food was too long but the waiter was very nice. Food was amazing and they brew their own beer. We'd go again.

Ask the Community - White Dog Brewing Co.

Are dogs allowed in the patio?

Yes! Dogs are always welcome on the patio at both locations. We just can't have them inside since we are a restaurant (it's a Health Department thing...). Thanks!

Is White Dog Brewery dog friendly?

Unfortunately, since we have a kitchen our friends aren’t allowed per health code unless they are service animals.

Bittercreek provided me with just what I needed today. Warm and inviting service and a terrific selection of food and beverages for me to enjoy. Dined alone at the bar and everyone that I came into contact with did what I expect. Timely greet and informative service personnel. Hats off to the whole team. Was talked into a Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley and it was spectacular. I usually stick to Willamette Valley reds but went for it after a tiny taste. It's what I needed but didn't know it until it was offered. Too many times I stick to my wheelhouse and don't stray but was coerced by someone who I assumed was the inhouse shotcaller. I had two glasses and it went well with the Bowl of Corn Chowder I was told about. Served hot and with some semi crusty sourdough that hit the spot. Finished every spoonful and it brought me back to my time in New England. The soup was done right for sure. Noone trying too hard which is an issue when trying to recreate a coastal favorite while land locked in the mountain state of Idaho. Right before I had.my second glass of Chardonnay, I asked "the front of the house shot caller" about the selection of Rums and was offered a taste of one that could have been a contender for my follow up beverage. No mixer needed. Would have made a great sipper, as most good rums can be but I elected for the second glass of Chardonnay. Glad that I did. Was feeling a bit buzzed and full from my meal and had to exit stage left before trying a dessert. I'm sure it would have been epic but I'm thin for a reason and don't overindulge. Thank you Bittercreek! My visit with you all made me wonder why I hadn't been in since 2006 or 2007. I'll, certainly, be visitong more often and will bring others with. You've got a fan in me!

My co workers and I headed to Bittercreek for my birthday and happy hour! We were killing two birds…read morewith one stone today and we were all here for it! A couple of my friends showed up first, got a great table outside and ordered a couple apps to get the party started. I showed up after goodies and drinks were ordered. We started off with some chips and salsa and pountine. The chips and salsa looked good but the pountine was definitely calling my name! I love me some potatoes and these potatoes looked like they were going to be right up my alley! I dished up a good portion before my friends got some. They were kind to let me plate first cause of my new kidney. I didn't want to be too greedy so the portion I got was a few bites. Those few bites got me hooked so it was a must to get another order started. While my order of pountine was being worked on, I tried the pretzel with cheese and the hummus plate. The pretzel was perfectly salted. The cheese sauce was the perfect addition to the soft pretzel. I took a good amount of the hummus and Greek salad. The pita that came with it was a great vessel for the hummus. It was crispy with a slight chew to it. The hummus was clean tasting and rich. The Greek salad was so fresh. All the components of the salad tasted like they were just picked from the garden. You literally can't get anymore farm to table than that! It was so fresh! The second order of pountine came out. Everything about this appetizer was delicious! I love soggy, softer fries and these fries were the business! The gravy and cheese were the highlight of the dish for me. You can never go wrong with potatoes, cheese and gravy! There was a good amount of meat on the pountine. It was so tender! You can tell it was cooked with a lot of love and time! I took the rest home and I plan on hiding my box in the back of my fridge so my daughter can't get to it! We ended our happy hour with the beignets. Each one of these goodies were covered in powered sugar. The caramel sauce that was paired with it was devine! In all honesty, as full as I was, I could have polished off an order myself! They were the perfect dessert to end this fabulous meal. Bittercreek has been on my to go list for a hot minute. I'm so happy we got to come here and celebrate my birthday. The food was marvelous. Our server did a fantastic job taking care of us! Our waters were always filled. Our cocktails were never dry. And our plates were always filled cause food was always ordered on time for us. Homie was on point tonight! The venue can't be any more stunning. The weather was lovely. We were meant to be here today! In so happy we started my birthday week off at Bittercreek!

I will say the staff here are extremely nice and their drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are great but food was a bit disappointing for me. I know I am going to sound like a complete weirdo listing what I ordered (which yeah, I am.. what can I say, I have unique taste buds) .. I ordered a lavender lemonade, a maple pecan cream soda and for food the "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" burger with a side of "VooDill" fries. The burger is like a smash burger topped with a blackberry jam and creamy peanut butter and the fries had dill seasoning. The fries were actually pretty good and worth the uncharged for the dill seasoning, the drinks I got were very tasty - if you like lavender like I do, definitely get their lavender lemonade! I like that it doesn't taste watered down or super perfume like, it was a perfect balance of lavender flavor!! The canned maple pecan cream soda was good as well, it reminds me of the Butter Beer you can get in Universal Studio's Harry Potter Wizarding World but it also tasted like it had such an insane amount of sugar that my heart might explode so probably better to just not get that. Now when it comes to the burger, I've had a few peanut butter burgers and while I know it's strange I typically enjoy them and this one could have been very good but it tasted like they put half a container of creamy peanut butter on a burger and gave me only the tiniest bit of blackberry jam. All I could really taste eating this was the peanut butter and I like peanut butter but it wasn't pleasant and definitely not worth $15. The little hint of blackberry jam was delicious but gone after the first bite.. they need to balance out the portions of the PB and Jam. If you're a fan of PB burgers, I recommend going to Sid's Garage at the Village in Meridian instead.. they have a PBJ burger that'll knock your socks off- and in theirs you can taste all the flavors, not just a pile of peanut butter!
