    Open face RB?

This place is decent for breakfast, but this is what I had for lunch. It was supposed to be an open face roast beef sandwich, but it kinda looks like dog food does it?

Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was wonderful! Bacon was cooked perfect and so were my eggs.

Apparently this is our 2nd time here. According to my woman. I was going to 2 star this visit, due to the slow start of our visit. We picked our own table. Took awhile for the server to get around to us, for our drink order and wait some more for our food order. Combine both times waiting and multiply by 8 and thats how long we waited for our food. But on a high note, the food was actually very good. My wife claims, it was the best omelet she's had in a long time. My order was just as good, I added 2 pancakes as a side. Im glad they weren't oversized, because I never finish those. Food tasted very fresh and you can tell, they hadn't sat very long, before coming to our table. Yes, we would dine here again.

This red beans and rice with cornbread and corn from Country Kitchen in Mandeville,La. Would you eat this?

Look what happened to me when I ordered food from Country Kitchen in Mandeville,La. I called to ask them was this a mistake they told me no, that this what you get since their prices are so cheap. We paid $10 plus tax for this and this how it was served to us. Buyer beware check your food before leaving this place. This is awful and the food tasted as though they sprayed Raid spray on it.

This place is a gem! Everything is really good. Service, food, ambience, 10/10. We've visited multiple times cause their food is amazing but this time we tried seafood omelet and that it's out of this world the flavors on this dish are insane %1000 recommended

If you are looking for a fancy place, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for great food, great service and a laid back atmosphere, this is your place. The restaurant looks as if it hasn't been updated in some time, but that is part of the charm. The servers are great and the food is some of the best traditional breakfast food on the Northshore. In my opinion they have the best western omelet of all the breakfast places in the area. Other breakfast standards, like pancakes, biscuits, etc. are all very good. Their coffee is also particularly good, and if you want, you can get a large carafe for the table. They can get crowded, but you usually do not have to wait for a table. I would avoid the booths, especially on the ones on he right side as you walk in. They are not designed for tall people. There is a bar of torture that will destroy your kneecaps and/or shins. For a casual traditional breakfast meal, you cant beat the Country Kitchen.

Lots of good breakfast food and very reasonably priced. We had ham and cheese omlet, delicious grits, and blueberry pancakes.

Four Seasons Buffett - Best chicken wings around!

It's been over five years since we last tried an Asian buffet, but we had heard really great things…read moreabout the Four Seasons Chinese Buffet in Covington, so we gave it a whirl for a Thursday lunch. Four Seasons has a stylish, contemporary persona that hints at a more upscale experience than you might have expected. Service was extremely efficient, with a sincere, welcoming spirit that was noteworthy. The food was really excellent and clearly a cut above the average buffet fare. They feature great salad and desert bars and a vast array of all the standard Asian dishes, with a special focus on seafood, shrimp, and gulf favorites. American staples are available also, as is a really fine sushi selection that was head and shoulders better than any I have ever seen at a buffet venue. The price of a full buffet lunch was extremely competitive. Four Seasons Buffet in Covington is highly recommended!

Y'all know I'm always raving over these guys, but it just gets better every time…read more One of the owners (Ken today) always gets me some fresh-out-da-oil chicken wings when I come for a visit...and let me tell you, as a chicken wing aficionado, these are some of the best I've ever had. You get that delicious hit of the 5-spice, the crispy and crunchy coating is perfectly done, and the wings are fire-hot when they hit the table. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, pun intended, but fried chicken is my jam and this is fantastic stuff. Everything else on the bar is good, with lots of jalapenos to be had with whatever dish you select...try the onion shrimp, the thai chicken, (OF COURSE THE WINGS), or anything on the bar - I haven't been disappointed in a single item over the years we've been coming here to say hi to friends and enjoy some good eating.

This is great place to go! It is kinda off the beaten path and easy to get to depending on traffic…read more More toward the west end near the airport. This restaurant is located in a great location. In a large shopping center. So parking is not an issue. They have plenty of parking that surrounds them. They have bunch of handicapped parking spots in the front with ramp on the right side. They do have a few steps in front for easy access. As you walk in, you are greeted by the staff. They mention that someone will be with us shortly. We went on a Sunday before it got crowded. They said we lucked out. They usually get busy when local churches get out. We quickly paid for our table and advised us we welcome to sit anywhere we like. They said they offer many discounts available. Please ask before paying. We sat at a table near the front of the restaurant and easy access to the buffet. They mainly have large tables with hard wood seats and no padding. The waitress quickly took our drink order. Started out with an Arnold Palmer. Rare that they offer that. I don't know so far that another restaurant that offers this. And an ice water. She mentioned that they offer a small selection of beer? We declined. (Drink responsibly) The first plate was sample plate to get my lay of the land. Unfortunately my first plate was full. I noticed that they offer gumbo. So I had to come back for another plate. No offense, the cup was not enough. I was surprised that they served fried swai not catfish. The cornbread was delicious! Usually they are dry at most places. Maybe they been sitting out so long they dry out. This is not the case with them. The gumbo was seasoned just right. It is only chicken and sausage gumbo. Not seafood. Usually you can tell when it is freshly made. To me, it not only look good but taste great! Unfortunately they did not have ice box cake available. Few of the reviews mentioned to definitely grab a piece. However, they did have freshly made bread pudding and chocolate delight. Both were delicious! I could go on about the food. I digress. They offer free Wi-Fi but is password protected. If you are in the area and want some good food. This place does not disappoint. In my opinion.
