We make it a point to have a staycation in Abita Springs (we live an hour away) just to eat at this restaurant and riding bikes to enjoy the beautiful back roads! The food at abita springs brew pub is CONSISTENTLY delicious and on point. The menu itself is extensive, but our go to entree is the Boudin Stuffed Quail with Blueberry Compote - YUMMY!!  You can't beat the cozy and inviting atmosphere at this pub. It's truly a special place and worth visiting.

Today, we happened in on Two Fer Tuesday - 2 for 1 margaritas, 2 for one draft beer & 2 for $20 classic burgers. Two for 1 margaritas for me! We decided to eat in today and started with their seared Ahi Tuna on a wonton with Pico and a sauce. Wow - delicious. For lunch I had the Birria style tacos. Filling a great flavors! My friend ordered the Swiss burger, it came with mushrooms and a steak sauce of some kind with couce of french fries or tator tots. Both our meals were delicious, cooked just right and filled us up. We decided to get a slice of Boston Cream Pie to go so we can give it a try when our stomachs aren't so full. We'll definitely be back.
