It's a Friday, there is a cover band and it got pretty crowded. My problem is, there were 2 people serving and one of the servers, our server, is now bartending! While we didn't dive deep into the food menu this visit, we did try the truffle fries--and they were a standout. For our first visit, we chose seats on their spacious patio, where turtle and bird watching abound. The lunch was fantastic. We tried the Brazilian steak bites, which were fantastic. For our entrees I did the poke bowl and my date tried the brisket Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! We also tried their cocktails: the pink pony club and the gin cocktail. Both were great! We had such a great time we decided to return less than a week later to try the brunch. The passionfruit jalapeño mimosa is what's up. I also tried the steak bowl which was fantastic and my date did the breakfast tacos that were also great. The portions are generous and appropriately priced. Final thing: the staff are spectacular.
