Delicious birria tacos! Never had them before today and the gentleman working their suggested them to us. They call them "the rock tacos" and you get 3 tasty hot and loaded tacos. I didn't find their salsas very or queso very good, but I was really there for the tacos! A+ on the condiment bar too. Be forewarned this is not your usual taco place. Thank God. We already have enough bad Mexicans food on the North Shore. Pacos is a family owned business started in Metairie expanded to the West Bank and now in Mandeville on Highway 59. The food is very similar to Mexican street food. It's hard to explain. This is not my first time at pacos but my first time at this location In Mandeville. I absolutely love it here. They have the best birria out on the northshore. They are consistent at every location and the service is grand! I love this location in Mandeville a bit better than the others because they have plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seating. Pacos have something for everyone. They have a fun environment and great for families, dates, or if you want to come alone. This time was my first time trying the birria ramen and it was the best out of all the birria ramen I've had. I also had the rock tacos and I love love love them from the tender birria to the gooey cheese and the crunchy taco. I will be back for sure and you won't be disappointed! read more

Pointed to quesadilla on the menu and said quesadilla out loud. Because he was not paying attention to me he put down tacos as my order.
