Kitchen is a 6 weeks old and we are gonna need to replace 2 sets of hardware on two drawers because they don't shut all the way. We have the drawers that will shut gently once they are pushed. These two drawers stay open and will not fully close softly like they should. We need to fully close those two drawers by hand. $10k spent on cabinets, quartz and hardware . Two stars is for the nice slabs of quartz and the color of the cabinets . Will not be returning or recommending this business.

One day was a Saturday and I went and bought some Simpson metal brackets. They were right in front of a sticker that said 1.67 each so I grabbed like 30. When I checked out I looked at my receipt and it showed they charged me 3.67 each. I went back and they said the sku doesn't match what the placard priced had it as. I got my money back and went to Lowes. This sunday we went to get some paving stones for a project. They told us to go to the warehouse and someone would write up a ticket. There was no one in the warehouse. We went back to the front desk and asked for assistance and they said they will call the employee. The radio he should have answered was just sitting on a desk. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I had parked my truck inside a gated area. When we went to leave there was no one at the guard booth and we couldn't get out. I went inside the booth looking for a switch to let us out. A guard came out and asked for our ticket, I said no one helped us so we are leaving. They still made us wait until the warehouse person could write our vehicle down. I told them we didn't have anything and they could look because once again we were going to Lowes. The whole weekend staff is a joke and they just sit around the desks in the front and gossip. No one is trying to help customers. I suggest closed your. building on weekends.

Since we came with a diagram and measurements of the slabs ready, we received a quote on the spot, and we were shocked that the quote was about half the price of a nearby competitor and a fraction of the price of estimates for stone and installation online. They were very accommodating and super helpful generally. Once we paid for the stone in person a few weeks later, we went to the back to choose the 3 slabs. They were helpful in telling us which slabs might not be as nice considering we wanted smaller patterns. Then on the day of our kitchen renovation, the men who came to cut and sand the stone in our kitchen and took the whole day. They were really careful and made sure it fit perfectly. It was messy but that's all part of the renovation project. Grateful we found them!

I came in at 3PM after trying a couple other shops and being turned away and I picked up the pieces the following afternoon! The pieces were true to the dimensions, polished appropriately, the payment was super easy online, pick up was easy, and the pieces were small enough they just gave me the material and only charged for labor. This place is great! They saved my bacon.

Was very frustrating for my main contractor, who also had to do stuff for them, at a moments notice, that he had never had to do for any other fabricator/installer. Bottom line--but your stone there and hire a separate fabricator to cut and install.

This showed a serious lack of organization and gave me false hope during an already stressful renovation. The owner, Al Ong, told me he would compensate me for the inconvenience, but I never received anything or any meaningful follow-up. The communication throughout the process was poor, and I was left feeling that customer service was not a priority. Based on my experience, I found the team to be disorganized and lacking the professionalism and attention to detail I expected. I would not recommend Tez Marble and would encourage others to look elsewhere if they want a company that communicates well, honors its commitments, and values its customers.

Fast forward to 2025 and I reached out for a quote and Benjamin responded via email within 24 hours. He was so responsive so we decided to pop by to take a look at their inventory. They have a great selection of slabs and prefab stones and Benjamin was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and had an eye for detail. Our project is very simple and straightforward, but the prices were reasonable and I am so excited for the stone we chose!
