Once again, James to the rescue. Our hot water pressure was about the same as a 90-year-old man with prostate issues. I don't mean to be gross, but it was bad. James and his wonderful crew came in and changed out all the old piping to copper. On top of that, they ran some new copper lines to a secondary sink. Don't get me wrong, the initial pricing wasn't cheap, but in the end they ended up doing so much more work. That included making sure the washing machine lines were viable and the toilet. While they were down there, they also figured out one of our bathrooms drains was completely rotted. When I say completely, I literally mean 90% of it was rotted. When they came back and replaced the rotted bathtub drain, a secondary problem they also changed out 2 other faulty sinks and went through all the previously installed copper plumbing, and found a small leak. They're so good when they find something like that, they take the time to drive back to the shop which is literally five minutes away and get more copper piping to replace it instead of trying to seal up their first go around. I gotta tell you nobody else does that, most companies just tried to reseal their first mistake. If you wanna hire professionals, hire James and his crew. We had a plumbing issue at our home where water was rising from both showers. We had James from APlus come out to inspect the issue. There was a clear clogging issue but we didn't have a clear out drain since it was an older home. James and his crew (Juan and Miguel) came out and digged a trench to add the clear out drain. They were able to clean it out and removed a clogged tree branch/root. They finished it all within a few short hours. Called in a service request for a plugged bathroom sink drain. They were able to come the same day, but said it would be complicated because I have a pedestal type sink making pipe access difficult. He quoted me for "trying" a fix but said they would likely have to come back another day & it would cost more for a more complicated job due to moving the pedestal. I declined their service because I've had that line snaked before with no issues and when I tried moving the pedestal (after they left) it was so easy it was clear that they didn't even try. Someone else came out and moved it with ease, snaked the line & was out the door in 15 minutes. Either they don't want to work with pedestal type sinks or they were trying to justify an unnecessary and more costly service. If the former they should clarify the sink type when people call requesting service so as not to waste their time. read more

I received high quality, professional service from James and his crew and highly recommend calling them for your plumbing issues! Our problem was main sewer line blockage as we were experiencing slow drainage and backflow of sewage waste into our shower and toilets. James came out the first time after I called for their free estimate. He graciously ran a camera down the main sewer line to identify the problem: roots - lots of roots! No fees were needed for this camera inspection, which I appreciated. Due to the root blockage, the camera could not get past 50ft down the line, as there was blockage and buildup of water. I requested root cutting and hydrojetting service and made an appointment with the very nice person that answered the phone. James and his team were always on time, sending text updates for arrival times. They completed the root cutting and hydrojetting efficiently, in an hour, and the best part was they ran the camera back down the line to make sure the job was done well. I was shocked how much roots they were able to remove and we shared equal cheers of joy when the camera was able to make it all the way down to the city line 66ft later! Which means they were able to cut out over 15ft of roots that we could not even see on the initial inspection! I can finally flush my toilets in peace thanks to James and APLUS Plumbing. Juan and Miguel removed my old toilets and installed new toilets. They arrived on time and finished the project in about an hour. Juan communicated with me throughout the process. He arrived 2 days before for a free consultation. During the consultation, Juan mentioned that my toilets were older models and the part could be replaced; however, the part may only last for about 3-6 months before the issue of a running toilet returned. I asked how much it would be to replace the toilet, and the replacement cost was not much more than replacing the part. I decided to purchase new toilets from Home Depot, and have Juan install both of the new toilets.
