Jack and friend came in and did a very great job. He was really respectful and clean. My wife was working from home and had to put our son down for a nap. They were very quiet and didn't leave any signs that they were even there. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Keep up the great job. read more

Great experience with Monarch Plumbing & Rooter! Eli and Rigo performed a sewer lateral camera inspection for one of my properties and were professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained what they found, including root intrusion and areas needing repair, and provided a detailed report and estimate. As a Realtor, I really appreciate contractors who communicate clearly and make the process easy. Excellent service--I'll definitely use Monarch again and recommend them to my clients! read more

Jack came to the house timely and addressed our concern by replacing a toilet instead of uncloging it. I've used Monarch in the past and had a great experience with Eli. However, with Jack, I may NOT use them in the future. Instead of unplugging the toilet, Jack charged me $575 to replace a the toilet. A stopped‑up toilet almost never means you need a new toilet. You almost always fix the clog, not replace the fixture. A clog is a drain problem, not a toilet problem. Replacing the toilet won't solve the underlying blockage and is almost never necessary. What usually fixes a stopped‑up toilet: Plunger clearing -- A good flange plunger solves 80-90% of clogs. In short, I called to clear a plumbing issue, which was never cleared, instead Jack requested that we purchase a new toilet. To me good reliable plumber is one that can clear a clogged pipe. Not one who charges $575 for a new Glasierbay toilet from Home Depot. read more

Whenever I need plumbing services, I always reach out to Monarch. Scheduling an appointment is quick and hassle-free, and since they're local, they're very convenient for me. They've completed several projects around my house over the years, and every job has been done with excellent workmanship. The team is always friendly, professional, and willing to offer honest recommendations instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. Most recently, Eli came out to inspect my water heater. He took the time to show me exactly what the problem was, explained what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions. The repair was completed quickly, and everything went smoothly. It's clear that the Monarch team takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping their customers. My water bill was 4x. They did free diagnosis - Jack looked at water meter and told me immediately that there is no leak. He also inspected the toilets for any issue. It turned out that toilet was leaking for few days prior to this call (and I had fixed it) and that might have caused the high water bill. They didn't charge anything for the inspection. Outstanding diagnosis and prompt service. They are now my goto plumbing company. read more

We had problems with our sewer lateral, from our house to the main line. Monarch was one of 5 companies we called to get an estimate. Tony came out and did a through job of investigating the issues, and gave me a couple of options to move forward. Their quote was detailed and explained everything. Although there was another company that was in the same price range we decided to go with Tony. I'm glad we did, everything was done professionally, on time and the whole crew did it with great pride in their work. Even the CCSD inspector mentioned we made the right choice in companies, as Monarch always does the sewer line jobs right the first time making it easy to pass inspection. I highly recommend them. read more

I hired Monarch Plumbing to investigate a gas leek. Eli and Kelvin were super professional. Because of a prior engagement at my house, we couldn't enter for about 15 minutes and they were very patient and friendly. Once they entered the home they were able to locate the leak, and fix it in 15 minutes once they had the parts. I highly recommend Monarch Plumbing and Eli and Kelvin! read more

Jack came by, gave great advice and comped a minor fix super professionally and punctually . Would 10/10 recommend!

Monarch did an outstanding job determining the root cause of our sewer problem at our Church. Two other plumber companies provided quotes but it turns out they completely missed the root cause of the problem. When I told Eli at Monarch we had toilets overflowing he said he needed to remove the toilet and run his sewer camera down the line and he found a clog in a section of the sewer that the other plumbers didn't inspect. Their bids involved work that wouldn't have fixed the root cause. Monarch did the job in one day. They dug down about 4', found the clog of densly packed roots and some poorly installed sewer plumbing from 20+ yrs ago, replaced it all, and added a bi-directional clean out so we will never have this problem again. Futhermore, the Monarch bid was less expensive than the other two bids which wouldn't have solved the problem; they would have added more cost to the job and probably would have had to return in a week or two because the toilets would have overflowed again. Monarch is very professional. Their 3-man crew led by Rene finished this job in about 6.5 hours and routed the replacement pipe so there were no 90deg bends to trap a clog in the future. Monarch is definitely my go-to plumbing company in the future. read more

Tony responded to my request to repair a water supply line which involved cutting into an existing copper pipe inside a wall, removing a corroded fitting, and soldering in a new section of pipe. He suggested a way of fixing the problem that was different than I had planned, but better and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was meticulous in preparing the items to be soldered and in performing the repair. I highly recommend him. read more

Excellent service from Jack and Jesus. Hydrojetting cleared and cleaned my drain in less than 30 mins.

Eli from Monarch Plumbing was an absolute godsend and the best plumber I have ever had. He went above and beyond in helping us diagnose the issue and figure out the mystery of what was causing a clog in our pipes. He was extremely kind and professional the entire time, and very patient in explaining everything in detail and answering all the many questions we had. We are in a rental, and he even went so far as to take the time to communicate to our management for us what the issue was so that there wasn't any miscommunication. The report he wrote up was very detailed, and the price was more than fair compared to other quotes we received (especially for it being after hours). It was very late in the day when we first called, and he arrived promptly and stayed for hours until the issue was fixed. I can not recommend him enough or say enough good things about Eli! read more

Jack and Jesus were responsive, considerate, and got the job done quickly. We will be using them again.

Met with Jack same day when our main water line broke yesterday (it was already kind of late), he took a quick look and at the visible areas/pipe/connection then, then he and Jesus were able to make it first thing in the morning to start digging and start on the fix. Then we saw the tree nearby had reached far underground and was pressing up against our pipe and the irrigation pipe. Decided to cut the tree part out and they got right to it and it was done efficiently/quickly (wood had an imprint of the pipe even). They helped make sure everything was good to go. Friendly, accommodating and professional. Keeping the reference for future things like this. Thanks. read more

Eli was great from start to finish with my plumbing needs. He used a camera to trace my pipe and found roots growing inside. He and his team put in a new section of pipe and added a clean out. My house is almost 50 years old and did not have clean out. Having that will make any future work so much easier. The work was completed in a timely and professional way. I have a landscaped front yard and everything was put back where it belonged. It is difficult to know who to trust and I would gladly recommend Monarch Plumbing. read more
