I've used Plumbing Connection multiple times over the years and have always had a great experience. The owner, Israr Khan, is extremely honest, professional, and responsive. He always replies promptly to my messages and even follows up after the service to make sure everything is working properly. What I appreciate most is that their owner, Israr, clearly explains the issue and provides different repair options instead of immediately suggesting expensive repairs, allowing me to decide what works best for my home and budget. I have found Israr Khan to be trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend him. read more

Great service and quick to respond. Comes with warranty so the work is done well with a peace of mind. Only thing I would suggest for improvement is to have the techs/Khan be more careful when moving inside the home with long pipes as I heard the walls were scratched a few times while they passed by the halls. Otherwise, they were very respectful with wearing shoe covers and protecting our floor with covers while they did their work. read more

Earlier this month, ACWD notified me of a continuous leak at my home at an alarming rate of 40 gallons per hour. Plumbing Connection arrived by noon that day, and Israr quickly identified the issue: broken PVC pipes due to roots from a nearby bush. Israr explained that repairing the PVC line would risk future recurrence, so I opted for copper pipes with a longer lifespan. Despite the labor-intensive job, Israr completed it in record time. I appreciate the company's response time, the cost was competitive and they were professional. read more

I've been ignoring several plumbing issues for years because I didn't know who I could trust to do the job well at a reasonable price. Thankfully I experienced a bathtub drain failure that forced me to find a plumber fast and thanks to others' reviews, I called Plumbing Connection. Nery came out the same day to take a look and after thoughtful assessment of the situation, gave me a reasonable quote and a helpful explanation so I understood my options. I decided on having two smaller plumbing issues taken care of first which he did a great job on at a good price so I went ahead and moved forward on the bathtub drain project and I'm so glad I did. The pre-existing situation that caused the drain to dislodge is now properly fixed and Nery also suggested getting a water leak detector just in case so I don't end up unknowingly flooding my first floor again. Thank you Nery for your friendly, fast and dependable service! read more

I had a leak in the garage that took a day to track down. Once I know what it was, I called Pluming Connection about 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I was expecting to spend the weekend with towels and bowls to keep the water dripping out of the hot water system in check. Instead, they arranged an appointment between 11:00 and 1:00 on Saturday. The knock on the door was 11:05. After a few minutes showing where the water was coming from and having a discussion of what needed to be replaced, I was told that the fix would take about 45 minutes and that the parts were on the truck. Not only did he fix the pipe that was leaking, but he explained that a second pipe the same age and type was likely to go out too. 30 minutes later, everything was fixed. The price was very reasonable and I no longer have a leak. It has been a good day. read more

I reached out to them as I am going through a bathroom remodel and my tile person told me I need a new valve for the shower. I contacted Plumbing Connect and texted pics and he was so honest! He told me that it is expensive and instead to buy a new shower head (he told me brand name to buy) and that would be more affordable. I was thrilled when my contractor said that worked. I appreciate their honesty. Very rare to find that nowadays. I will definitely contact them if I ever need a plumber in the future read more

I called the Plumbing Connection for a backed up/slow draining kitchen sink. I made the appointment for the following day and they gave me a one hour window. They arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. Good news for me is that when we were trying to recreate the problem that I had been experiencing the past three days, we could not ‍. The sink had cleared itself, I was concerned because I'm having a large party in a couple days and did not want to have any problems. They offered to run the snake but said it was operating properly and didn't think it was necessary. We decided to wait, they didn't charge me. I would recommend them and will use them for future plumbing problems. Prompt, professional, honest, value, I expect that quality is a trait as well. Thank you Plumbing Connection!! read more
