We have a hydronic systems for our condo and he is supposed to be the expert. He installed a purge valve, but the result was cold water in the shower. He's blaming the water pressure and the check valves, and his fix was to turn on the heater. I did this for a week, but once the heater automatically turns off (90s in my small unit) I get cold water again. So glad I found "East Bay Hydronics" in Emeryville, Matthew is the best with hydronic heating systems. He knew the solution right away, fixed it and also fix the pressure on my sinks. I used to complain about the water pressure and extra time to get hot water, but now it's like magic.

Ray with Red Tulip Plumbing was great! I needed some help changing out an old water valve splitter…read moreunder the kitchen sink as I was having some issues with my dishwasher. The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so. He was so through that he wanted to know the reason why I was requesting the work and then was also able to give me a ton of information on possibilities of why the dishwasher wasn't working. He swapped out the valve and test ed everything for leaks and just made sure I understood everything and checked everything before completing the work. The dishwasher is still broken so I still have to reach out the the warranty technician who previously came out. But Ray did let me know what I might suggest to the technician and if they weren't ab;e to get it fixed, he would be glad to come back out to see what he could do to get it solved. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Fair Price, Quality Work, and White Glove Service.. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Red Tulip Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs. It's absolutely the best in town!

Every single one said I had to get my house repiped, which made sense, but I still felt like something was wrong and it didn't explain why my bathroom in particular was taking the brunt of the damage. Junior came by, did a super thorough inspection, and explained the root issue was the water heater (which we were able to confirm with a secondary prescheduled mobile home specialist). From the very beginning, his expertise and detail oriented plan stood out - he let us know exactly how he planned to approach the issue, what needed to be done, options based on our goals/budget, etc. He was able to arrange for contractors to come in and do all of the work at once, which made the entire process seamless. The quote was extremely reasonable considering the scope of work. I was constantly in awe of his coordination while on-site; he and his team left the area clean at the end of every day, told us each step of the way what his plans were, and even gave suggestions on (and acted on) how I can make the place safer for my parents. To say he and his team went above and beyond is an understatement. If an issue popped up, he would quickly step in to personally make sure it was resolved. They proactively removed some mold in a room without being asked to. His team was also very quick to respond via text. I was literally speechless at the end of the job at how beautiful (and safe!) my bathroom was. The team really prioritized making sure my family and I were happy with the end result. They turned a stressful situation into an opportunity to improve my house (I now joke that the bathroom is by far the prettiest room in the house). I feel lucky that we chose Lalo's for the job and recommend them with 100% confidence. We will definitely reach out to them again in the future when needed!

When he learned my address, he must have been nearby b/c he said he could be over in 7 min to check the problem! Manny and Sayed came and provided a couple quotes depending on how we wanted them to approach the job. They provided the pros and cons about each method so my spouse and I could make an informed decision. They said to call them back once we decided which fix we preferred and they'd be back to do the job around 2pm. They were back before 1 pm and just started fixing the leak right away. They needed to go through the stucco to access the pipe, but would patch it all back up again good as new; we'd just have to paint the area to match the rest of the wall. The job was completed in less than 1/2 hour! All the work is guaranteed for a year.
