Wally and his son Khalid were great and super helpful and responded quickly to our need - clogging drain, slow flow out. I called in the morning and they were able to come over fairly quickly. Wally gave me a clear explanation of what the issues were and what they could do. The work was done and they were good to work with. I would call them again but hopefully not for awhile! read more

I broke the metal supply line to the toilet in my half bathroom while trying to install a device. This caused a leak and brought on a great deal of panic. It was a Saturday afternoon. I called a few different plumbers that were highly rated on Yelp but they were all closed or not available when I needed them. I called Save Plumbing and Wally answered. I described the problem and he told me he could be there in 1-2 hours. I can't describe the relief I felt knowing he could help me out. I sent him a couple pictures of the damage and I asked him to give me a heads up when he was 30 minutes away so that I could plan my time accordingly. He wrote me back with a quote for the repair and texted me when he was 30 minutes away (it's a small thing to do but I've had so many contractors say they would do this but then they just show up or call when they're 15 minutes away). True to his word he came in about 2 hours. Wally arrived with his son. He was warm and friendly. I showed him to the bathroom and I asked him if I could watch him make the repair. I wanted to confirm for myself that this wasn't a repair I could've done. After seeing the process I was very happy I called Wally and didn't take the DIY route. Wally and his son were great. He did a thorough job. He replaced the angle valve and the supply line. He also replaced some other parts like the compression ring so that everything was new, which some plumbers wouldn't do because it's not critical to the issue I was having but it is a good thing to do for the long term. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had with skilled laborers. I found his price to be very reasonable. I will definitely call Save Plumbing again when I have any plumbing needs. read more

Wally came on short notice for a bathroom faucet replacement and installation. I had bought a very standard new faucet from Home Depot but it turned out to be a bear to install due to my custom sink and vanity. Wally and his assistant worked a long time on it and had to improvise and find extra parts that fit in his van. I'm so glad that I hired Save Plumbing instead of trying to do-it-myself. Professional, responsive, and flexible. Highly recommend. read more

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing team. They came out very quickly, were professional and efficient, and truly went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did they fix our plumbing issue, but they also took the time to clean up the entire side of our house, removing cans and bottles that were in the way -- something they absolutely didn't have to do, but did anyway. Their work ethic and attention to detail really stood out, and it made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We genuinely wish we had tipped them on the spot because they deserved it. One of my toilets resumed running water into the toilet after a flush and after the water seemed to have already filled the tank and stopped. Based on Save Plumbing's great Yelp rating, I called Wally to help resolve the issue. He picked up my call and was able to quickly assess and provide a reasonable estimate for the work on the phone, and was able to come the next day to complete the work. Wally and Sal came to my house next day as scheduled. Wally explained what it would take to get it done and made sure their final work quality. Sal was the one actually did the bulk of the work. Like every home owner, you worry about mysterious water leaking after a plumbing work. Wally double checked and made sure the work quality and no water leaking, and also assured me their warranty will take care of these issues. I was impressed with Wally's honesty, responsiveness, patience, and most importantly plumbing skills and experiences. So after the toilet job was done, I asked him about a mysterious rattle sound when my kitchen faucet was running and shutting off that I have started hearing after my water heater was replaced 2 years ago. Wally demonstrated his strong sense of curiosity in problem solving and deep experiences in plumbing, he quickly suggested that it was the hot water pipe from water heater that was making the sound. The way he fixed the issue was also out of my expectation and showed how skilled and experienced he is in plumbing. Wally did not charge me for this extra work. It has been 2 weeks, as of now there is no water leak from the toilet repair nor the hot water pipe adjustment he made. And the mysterious rattle sound is gone too! Very good job Wally! read more
