Problems mostly arise at the worst possible times. Luckily businesses like Elite plumbing are only a phone call away! Awais was very easy to deal with and very professional. His hours of operation are very flexible which is a big plus. My Father had a bad clog in his shower and it so happened that he was scheduled for surgery the very next day so showering before his appointment was a must! Awais kept communication on point...from the moment he left his current job to arriving to my front gate. The job literally took 10mins using a mechanical snake and whaala...problem solved! Mind you this was no ordinary clog, trust that I've used 2 industrial declogging solutions and up it to a very potent lye burning solution at which point non worked to do the job that Awais was able to do. The price reflected the work so thank you Awais. I know your just a phone call away if the situation arises! read more

Requested repair of drain issue. Fast, good communication, got parts quickly, and repair done well.

Installed a tankless water purifying RO system with Elite. I asked a few plumbers and companies and Elite responded very fast with a competitive price and also he recommends exactly the brand I am interested in. He ordered the parts promptly and did the installation upon receiving them. The installation was smooth and the new faucet and the undersink system looks nice. I believe I have Elite install a toilet a couple years ago, and the toilet works very well until now. Elite really had great work and showed professionalism. Highly recommend! read more

Found you guys through yelp. Had issues with a leaking faucet and Muhammad came out to give me a free estimate. Scheduled an appointment and Awais came to install the new faucet. I had an old style tub faucet and the handles were not working. Water would not stop running so we had to turn the main water off. Awais was able to come out the same day. He had a heck of a time finding the new stems, but when he did he was able to fix the problem. What a relief! Nice to find someone that you will definitely use again if needed! read more

Amazing same day service for an emergency plumbing issue. Will hire again for our next plumbing need!

Fast efficient service. Came to our home to fix a minor gas leak, fixed and tested within about an hour.

These guys were extremely easy to deal with. Got an estimate over the phone after sending them some pics/videos. Their pricing was consistent with other plumbers but I went with Elite as they were referred to me by a friend who also used them. In terms of service: one toilet replacement in a very small master bathroom and a water main shutoff valve and pressure regulator valve replacement. They arrive around 12 and were gone by 2 pm. Their work was excellent and speedy. Will use them again! read more

Awais came out same day for a gas leak at our water heater. He was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing which gave me peace-of-mind because any type of gas leak is scary. He found the problem, fixed it, and went above and beyond by moving the valve and switch to an easier and visible location for us. The cost was very reasonable and he did multiple tests to ensure the problem was fixed! read more

Had three jobs done with excellent quality work. Great communication and very professional. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Awais provides wonderful, friendly and courteous service. He arrived in time and was very knowledgeable about the job. Would definitely hire again! read more

Awais installed a hot and cold water dispenser for us. Professional, outstanding work! Soon after, we noticed a leak in our sink. He came out to troubleshoot. He found that what should have been a rubber hose was a copper pipe connected to rubber hoses that was preventing water to flow. He had the parts needed to repair. Super quick! He also gave us suggestions on the Air Gap piece of the dishwasher that had the wrong cap. We are super impressed with Awais's thoroughness and expertise. Reliable, dependable service! Thank you! read more

Awais sent Muhammad to our home and they both were so helpful. Not only did Muhammad fix our plumbing problem, he also showed me how to prevent future clogging. They were both very respectful and pricing is really good! read more

Great pricing and got the job done quickly. Awais installed our new garbage disposal.

I had an emergency plumbing issue one Friday night. I called a few other plumbers but the earliest appointment they could offer is next day. I thought I would do one more call to a different servicer and that's how I've found Elite Plumbing. I explained the issue over the phone like I did previously with other plumbers. What's different about Elite is he actually offered me solutions first on the phone. He was able to resolve my issue within a min without ever stepping into my home. I truly appreciate his expertise! When I have future plumbing issues, I will call Elite first. Thanks again! read more

Awais is super helpful and honest! My water heater has leaks and I thought it comes from the leaking inlet water pipe. He inspected and told me the water comes from the inside. He also asked me how old the water heater is and recommended me to contact the manufacturer support to ask for warranty coverage. Honestly I have never met a technician like Awais who is so thoughtful for clients. 5-star recommendation! Definitely will use his service in the future. read more

I expected a solder joint for the repair. The plumber installed a crimp connection. I have concerns that connection is not good for 20 years. The original problem was a small nail hole in a 1/2in copper pipe They came back and changed the connection to a solder joint, I am happy now read more

Awais and his associate (didn't catch his name) were awesome, they came to take care of our issue of the water pipe leaking. The problem was that the tree next to the pipe had its roots underground growing and growing which ended up pressuring and breaking the pipe thus causing the leak. They did a fantastic job digging up the site around the pipe, cutting up the invasive roots and replaced the broken pipe connector, and cleaned everything back up to its original state, as was if a repair job never happened. They were friendly and communicative throughout as well. Will definitely recommend and contact Awais should anything else come up in the future. read more

Great customer service. Call was answered, appointment was made same day, service was provided and issue was fixed within 30 mins. Quote was provided at the beginning of the job and ended up being way less. Would definitely recommend this business read more

Awais and his team did an outstanding job installing a water reducing valve. The water pressure was over the recommended PSI ratings. I first called Awais at Elite Plumbing to ask about installing Water hammer arrestors due to the water hammer. He suggested to do a pressure test and start from there to avoid spending money on something that may not be the actual problem. Elite Plumbing is the type of company that has integrity and values. 100% would recommend and use them in the future for any plumbing needs. read more

Awais helped us install a sewer line cleanout and hydrojet our line after we started experiencing blockages in our toilets. Apwais was very honest and ppreslponsive to our issues. He immediately recognized that the leak was from our water heater. Gave his candid opinion and left the decision to us. When we choose him, he gave a window of an hourpp and came within that time frame. He replaced the water heater in no time. Truly a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him. There's a reason Elite Plumbing has all 5 starts. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I asked Awais for quote on a circulating pump. He sent over links to a few options that he recommended and offered me a chance to get it myself if I could find it for cheaper. Two days later he came over, installed the pump and valve expertly in under an hour, refitted the copper plumbing for the gas line, and had some time to look over some plumbing repairs that I was thinking of doing. Rather than the usual upsell most would expect, he made his suggestions, provided some pointers, and left me to it. A couple of days later he texted to check-in to make sure everything was working as expected. Couldn't have asked for a better experience all-around. read more

Did not end up needing their services, but would for sure contact them in the future just because of the way they handled my inquiry. Completely upfront and helpful. Even told me how I could fix the issue myself. Didn't insist that I call to get a quote, didn't dodge my questions. Asked good questions, was highly responsive. read more
