I am assuming it was Ammar because of the name mentioned in the reviews. I asked for quote regarding an install and the system, he asked me about a water softener. I mentioned that my city unfortunately does not allow salt and i would have to go with no salt filtration. Before i can go into further details, he quickly cut me off and said sorry MAN i don't carry that sorry MAN. I wanted to ask about installation if i get my own unit but i felt i was getting brushed off it and he seems to be in the rush to get of the line with me. He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! A temporary fix was installed, but all the pipe was rotted cast iron underneath the bathroom area. There was no p trap so the sewer smell was non-stop. We called Simpson out for a quote and they provided an extremely fair price for two days of work to replace all the cast iron with ABS. They managed to fit a p trap underneath in the tight space. They had to cut a concrete slab, and managed to replace the toilet flange without removing any bathroom flooring. A project that should have probably been a full remodel ended up being only a plumbing fix. The lead, Aaron, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I felt like Simpson did everything possible to make the project smooth and reduce the life disruption. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
