Super fast response! Very Efficient, kind, and reasonable rates! We had a leak in front of our house and Manny took the call around 8:30 am. I described the issue and he said they had a job in Hayward they needed to do first so the ETA to check out the problem to give a quote would be between 12-2 pm. No problem. When he learned my address, he must have been nearby b/c he said he could be over in 7 min to check the problem! Manny and Sayed came and provided a couple quotes depending on how we wanted them to approach the job. They provided the pros and cons about each method so my spouse and I could make an informed decision. They said to call them back once we decided which fix we preferred and they'd be back to do the job around 2pm. They were back before 1 pm and just started fixing the leak right away. They needed to go through the stucco to access the pipe, but would patch it all back up again good as new; we'd just have to paint the area to match the rest of the wall. I had an emergency on a Wednesday night around 7pm. My husband accidentally dropped the water meter cover onto the pipes, and it broke and started leaking. Thankfully, I found this company, and they were able to come out within 30 minutes to check the leak. They were able to turn off the water and came the next day to fix it. I've used them twice now, once for the drain lines from my house and we just brought them back to do the supply lines. Majid replaced and installed my water heater to a tankless model last year (2023). He was timely and communicated well. We had a good experience with his services. What we did not know going from tank to tankless was that your flow needs to be 2.0 GPM to turn on the tankless heater, vs you can get hot water with even the slowest flow.
