I had a fantastic experience working with Khan and his team to fix a water leak near my front yard…read morewater meter. My nightmare started when I received an email alert from ACWD about 24-hr continuous water usage as recorded by the water meter suggesting a leak. While i am positive the leak is outdoors, there was no wet spots to be seen. And the leak progressively got worse and worse and went from 7+gal /hr (threshold ACWD use for alerts) eventually to 90+gal/hr just over 3 days. My path back to happiness & serenity began first with a kind ACWD staff member who came to check on the meter to rule out problems on their end and helped pointed out the suspected leak location around the meter (which is next to a lovely, yet evil tree..). After a scheduled leak detection company re-confirmed the spot, Khan's team responded quickly to provide an estimate and was able to quickly work on it. They dug up the area and efficiently repaired two issues: a larger leak in the fire sprinkler line (90+gal / hr) and a smaller, long-term leak (3 gallons/hour) in the house main line that had been draining for over a year. Now my usage report is clean with 0 usage when no water use in house. Khan and his team are professional, fair, prompt, and a true pleasure to work with. They cut out the tree roots causing the issue and replaced the cracked PVC pipes with durable copper lines built to last. I highly recommend their services and absolutely loved their positive and friendly attitude. Would definitely love to work with them again, and glad they are located close to where i live!

I've worked with Khan many times over the years, and he's the only plumber I trust…read more Most recently, I called him about a water heater issue and he showed up within 15 minutes, on a Saturday. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it immediately took the stress out of the situation. What really stood out this time was how far above and beyond he went. While replacing the water heater, Khan replaced all of the old piping at no extra cost and also removed rusted wiring he noticed along the way. He didn't have to do that, but he cared enough to make sure everything was safe and done properly. Khan is consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain my options clearly, walked me through the pros and cons, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision. No pressure, just honest advice. Reliable, thorough, and someone you can genuinely trust. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I messaged Khan (BK) at 9pm and he replied almost immediately saying he can come in at 9am the next day. BK arrived on time, and scanned the water heater code and showed me that the warranty had expired few years ago and it was a 10yr old unit (which I knew). He recommended to change it out for a new one, which I was already prepared for. Got in touch with his supplier and got me a great rate on the new unit and parts. He had a busy schedule that day, and yet managed to get it all changed out before noon so that it will be done before my kids come back later in the afternoon. I was very satisfied with the work. BK is a great guy, and communicates clearly and honestly.

Ray with Red Tulip Plumbing was great! I needed some help changing out an old water valve splitter…read moreunder the kitchen sink as I was having some issues with my dishwasher. The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so. He was so through that he wanted to know the reason why I was requesting the work and then was also able to give me a ton of information on possibilities of why the dishwasher wasn't working. He swapped out the valve and test ed everything for leaks and just made sure I understood everything and checked everything before completing the work. The dishwasher is still broken so I still have to reach out the the warranty technician who previously came out. But Ray did let me know what I might suggest to the technician and if they weren't ab;e to get it fixed, he would be glad to come back out to see what he could do to get it solved. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Fair Price, Quality Work, and White Glove Service.. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Red Tulip Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs. It's absolutely the best in town!
