His quote was fair he and his crew were very impressive. I was told the water had to be shut down for 6-8 hours and total work would be 2 days by my old plumber, but Haseeb's crew did all their prep work before he shut down the water for less than 2 hours and completed the job within 5 hours total. Several other contractors sold me the pressure regulator as a package deal and he was the only one that said we only need to install it if needed. Saved me about $300 on that.
