I've had about five or six 5 star plumbers come by my house over the past two decades and Emerson blows them out the water. He's knowledgeable, fair priced, and understands urgency! He even came by after hours and didn't charge us a premium since he was just here on a separate issue two days ago. Emerson is the man! read more

Our toilet wasn't able to drain and later our bathtub. I called on a Sunday at 11 am, and they setup an appointment for me for an 1130 am to 1 pm window. Juan came at 1210. Juan was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in assessing the issue and very patient in explaining the problem. It appears we had a clog or blockage in the pipe draining to the main sewer line. He gave us a free estimate. Pricing was reasonable, and fixed it within 20-30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome. I'm relieved to find a plumber I can rely on and go to who's professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in what he does. Highly recommended! read more

They also did a free repair check for me a month ago and repaired the bulb for free but advised me that I will need to have the toilet replaced soon since there are other problems. I've been using NG Rooter for the past five years. Starting with free estimates without obligation, onto full discussions of strategies. My budget is always taken into consideration where I'm provided full explanation with details and options. They've replaced a water heater, toilet, provided new piping and cleared the lateral drain. First of all, I can't say enough good about NG Rooter & Plumbing and Juan especially. (The man that did my job) I had stopped up sewer pipes that he found with their cameras and equipment which I have to say was remarkable. He dug in the backyard about 3' down, cut part of the pipe out, hydro jetted about 140 ft. fixed the problem then installed a cleanout. He did a superb job and was kind enough to explain things as he went along. Very professional, works extremely clean, and is a VERY hard worker that knows his stuff. I'd hire him again and again. He is extremely honest and his workmanship exceeds most. They are extremely fair with prices. Look no further, hire them. You won't be disappointed. read more
