Our toilet wasn't able to drain and later our bathtub. I called on a Sunday at 11 am, and they setup an appointment for me for an 1130 am to 1 pm window. Juan came at 1210. Juan was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient in assessing the issue and very patient in explaining the problem. It appears we had a clog or blockage in the pipe draining to the main sewer line. Juan did a FANTASTIC job for my master bathroom toilet replacement. I have a small toilet not the standard size and he was able to find a replacement and finish the job in 1-hr.
