After what I thought was a leak with my washing machine, it was discovered that the actual problem was a clogged laundry drain and I then faced an urgent need for a plumber. APLUS Plumbing came through when my regular plumber couldn't come until the next day. Not only were they able to come the same day, they were here in less than 30 minutes from when I called. They immediately assessed the problem and were able to clear the drain within 30 minutes. All things considered, I felt the rates were reasonable and they were true to their quote. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend! Thank you Juan and Miguel for saving the day! read more

I had APLUS Plumbing and another company scheduled for estimates on a leak. APLUS came first and sent Juan and his assistant. They arrived right on time as scheduled. They were friendly and professional. The estimate they gave was reasonable. I canceled the other company and Juan was able to work on the leak right away. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely use APLUS in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you APLUS! read more

I received high quality, professional service from James and his crew and highly recommend calling them for your plumbing issues! Our problem was main sewer line blockage as we were experiencing slow drainage and backflow of sewage waste into our shower and toilets. James came out the first time after I called for their free estimate. He graciously ran a camera down the main sewer line to identify the problem: roots - lots of roots! No fees were needed for this camera inspection, which I appreciated. Due to the root blockage, the camera could not get past 50ft down the line, as there was blockage and buildup of water. I requested root cutting and hydrojetting service and made an appointment with the very nice person that answered the phone. James and his team were always on time, sending text updates for arrival times. They completed the root cutting and hydrojetting efficiently, in an hour, and the best part was they ran the camera back down the line to make sure the job was done well. I was shocked how much roots they were able to remove and we shared equal cheers of joy when the camera was able to make it all the way down to the city line 66ft later! Which means they were able to cut out over 15ft of roots that we could not even see on the initial inspection! I can finally flush my toilets in peace thanks to James and APLUS Plumbing. I will absolutely be calling them again for future issues. Their honesty, professionalism and genuine care for their clients makes them the #1 choice for plumbing services. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the entire team at Aplus Plumbing. Starting with Miss Amy, who gave us a warm welcome and showed great flexibility in scheduling--even accommodating our late availability due to my work schedule. Mr. Juan and his partner, Mr. Miguel, came out to inspect several plumbing issues in our home, including a backed-up sewage line. Both Juan and Miguel were incredibly professional and thorough. They spent a considerable amount of time carefully examining the system to understand the root of the problems fully and did not give up until they had a clear diagnosis. Juan then offered us practical and cost-effective solutions, and we truly appreciated his honesty and the company's policy of working in the customer's best interest. Because of this excellent service, we will definitely be contracting with Aplus Plumbing for future projects. Thank you all! best regards marco read more

He arrived on time, he was professional, the service was exceptional, and he quickly cleared the blockage in our sewer line. We will definitely reach out to him again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. read more

Juan and Miguel removed my old toilets and installed new toilets. They arrived on time and finished the project in about an hour. Juan communicated with me throughout the process. He arrived 2 days before for a free consultation. During the consultation, Juan mentioned that my toilets were older models and the part could be replaced; however, the part may only last for about 3-6 months before the issue of a running toilet returned. I asked how much it would be to replace the toilet, and the replacement cost was not much more than replacing the part. I decided to purchase new toilets from Home Depot, and have Juan install both of the new toilets. I'm happy with the service and professionalism from Aplus Plumbing, and will use them for future plumbing projects. read more

My sister's kitchen drain was severely clogged with a professional snake unable to fix it. We called aplus during the holiday break and they scheduled an appointment when we needed it. James and his crew texted before arriving and were very easy to work with. They installed a new clean out and used a pressure jet for 20 minutes to finally fixed our drain. Their price was reasonable, they explained the process clearly and were courteous the whole time. read more

I count myself very fortunate to have found APLUS Plumbing on Yelp. James is super responsive, which alone brings peace of mind when you are stressed out over plumbing issues in your home. He gives a fair estimate and gets to work quickly with his assistant Miguel. They cleared a plugged drain for me a couple of months ago and last week repaired the hot water faucet in the same bathtub. Honest and reliable service can be hard to find, but you can trust that you'll have it with James. He and Miguel are also respectful of your space and wear shoe covers when they enter your home, and are always patient and friendly to work with. Highly recommended. read more

I had a clogged washing machine drain line pipe that would overflow. I contacted APlus Plumbing and they were able have someone come out within the hour. Juan and his assistant arrived exactly when they said they would and were professional, and courteous. He explained the nature of the problem and the possible approaches that would be needed. They worked efficiently to unclog the line, and were careful to keep the area clean while working. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Juan quickly diagnosed the cause of the main drain clog and it's likely location. His price was upfront with no surprises, and the issue was resolved with some non-trivial effort. I was very pleased with his professionalism, expertise and work ethic. read more

Juan and Miguel were great, and so too, Amy, for setting up the appointments! We had a toilet with a pair of eyeglasses stuck in the pipe (don't ask). They let us know what they could do, the chances of success or failure, and the cost, so we could make an informed decision. Once we decided, they showed up on time, successfully removed the glasses (amazing considering how deep into the pipe the glasses were!). We decided to replace the old toilet with a new one, so Juan and Miguel made the replacement, cleaned up everything once installation was complete and took away the old toilet. And, the price was exactly as they had quoted, no hidden or surprise fees. Thank you for the great professionalism! Definitely will make APlus our go-to company for plumbing needs! read more

James and Miguel came in record time and was very professional, honest, and helpful regarding my plumbing situation. I had to get a washer installed but before I did the valves had to be replaced. My valves were very rare but he still had the parts for it! That said, he was able to replace the part and took care of the issue in record time as well. And best of all, he was kind enough to install my washer as well! What service! That is why I am leaving a 5 star review because they are that good! Thanks a lot James and Miguel! read more

These gentlemen have so many 5-star reviews for a reason. Juan, Miguel, and James were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a slow-draining sink that turned out to be one of several issues: a deep clog, a detached vent pipe, and a leak that was spilling water into my kitchen wall. They arrived exactly when they said they would, charged a fair price, and treated my home like it was their own. I highly recommend them. read more

James was wonderful, so was his office. The office was incredibly kind and professional. Not only did she book me same day, but when the technician became available early, she called to see if they could fit me in earlier. James answered my text and came after 15 min. He gave me a free estimate and was really honest when it's the dishwasher and not the drain problem. 8 years of issues resolved in under a week, thanks to James and team from APLUS. I have a 100 year old house, so everything that needs fixing is a major challenge. For the past 8 years, I have been trying to resolve my issues. the pipes are old copper pipes that the last home owner cut off into the wall to put in a new sink. It's a farm sink ceramic and from IKEA so it doesn't fit anything standard. The pipe fixtures have been held together with hose clamps and rubber tubes put together by yours truly as an upgrade from the electrical tape work of the original owner. Nobody would touch this pipe work without removing a wall or taking down the tile backsplash. James came over to estimate, the told me they would go under the house, remove the old pipe to the sewer line and reroute through the wall under the sink. YES PLEASE. When? Tomorrow. Ok, I'm 100% in. Comes the next morning, does exactly as promised. The blockage from 100 years of grease was truly disgusting. Flows like a dream now. As I'm telling James my issues, how I can't get anyone to put in a garbage disposal because of the sink. James, right off, ok, I'll do that for you. Get an electrician to wire it, and I'll come install it. NO WAY. ok, I got a guy, let me see when I can get that in (my electrician also a star when it comes to working on old houses). The pipes were replace on Tuesday. My electrician was here on the following Monday. I texted James, ok. The electric is done. James - Ok, I can do this for you this afternoon at 3:30. and he was right on time, put that bad boy in, and replaced the old faucet on the side of the house too. Boom, done in an hour. When I tell you the number of plumbers who would just shake their head and said no, to have James come in and say yes, and you got it, I cannot tell you the level of thrilled I am. Customer for life. Excellent experience with this company with a plumbing issue involving our bathroom toilets and pipes. Juan was responsive, very clear in explaining the issues and exactly what he was doing to fix them, and reasonably priced. I've used aplus plumbing for several years. I've had my water heater go out, sink disposal repair, drain clogs, eg...A couple of weeks ago, I've had a drain clog in the back part of my house. They uncloggged it but they recommended to change the cast iron pipes that were getting rusty and a 90 degree design that they suspected was the cause. A few days later the clog is back so we opted to change the piping and next day they were back with their team and got the plumbing changed in a few hours and on a Sunday too. Since then, we haven't had a problem. I always use them for my plumbing issues. They are always quick and solve the problem. read more

A+ to APLUS Plumbing. We called APLUS to clear a sewage drain back-up and Juan was dispatched within 20 minutes. He quickly was able to clear the drain and showed me that the main sewage drain was original cast iron and filled with roots. He was very knowledgeable and shared several options to help us with our issue. We were able to approve repairs that day. Juan then came out a week later after the permits were pulled and was able to resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. The price we paid for repairs was fair for the amount of work he did. What I do appreciate is the time he took to explain the entire process. Juan also offered to take a quick look at my kitchen plumbing and gave me good advice. Thanks again to APLUS Plumbing and Juan, I'll definitely be referring you to everyone I know. read more

We had a sewer back up and APlus was great to work with. The job was scheduled early the next day and confirmed by text message. We received another text the next morning confirming that they would be there as planned. They set to work and completed the job in under 45 minutes, including recommendations for maintenance cleaning of the line which has inadequate slope. Very professional, clean and efficient. APlus will be my choice for any future work. read more

I wish I could give APlus Plumbing more than 5 stars for fixing an urgent water pressure issue involving my kitchen sink and the copper pipe that connects to my GE refrigerator. Long story short, my GE refrigerator was dispensing water very slowly. I also had almost no water flow from the kitchen sink, thanks to a problem that the GE contractor did when he came to fix the fridge. This GE contractor left me with a fridge that no longer dispensed water and a kitchen sink whose water faucets barely worked. He offered to come back to fix the issues for $300. I was so unhappy with the GE contractor for making things worse that once he left my home, I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found APlus. Within 30 minutes, Juan came to my house and simply cleared the faucet sprayer and replaced the on/off valve for the copper pipe that connects to the fridge. Then water flowed perfectly and strong! I am so grateful for this company and APlus now has a new customer - ME! Thank you Juan and APlus Plumbing! read more

Aplus was great!! We met with Juan, he was very honest not trying to sell things up. We had some plumbing issues we contacted him early on a Saturday morning, he came out within an hour. We got three other quotes from different plumbers and my husband and I were shocked how much they were charging. Aplus was a a fair price and not trying to take advantage of people. Thanks again Juan. We have a project coming up and we will definitely be using Aplus for our service! read more

This was my second project with them, the first was a leaky faucet and the second was a busted bathtub spout. In both cases they were responsive. Before doing any work they explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. In both cases I am happy with how everything turned out. The quality you can tell is good and everything looked very well put together. In this case the spout was stuck to the pipe and the only way to remove it was to force it thereby warping the pipe in the process. They were able to fix it without repiping the whole thing so thank goodness the job didn't have to be bigger and cost more. read more

Very easy to work with. Communicated clearly, came on time, did the work quickly and professionally.

APlus Plumbing did solid work. My water heater was leaking through the drain pipe to outside, and my workaround was to turn off the tank and turn on only when needed. Did this for couple days until I got around to looking for a plumber. James and Miguel contacted me back promptly and arrived same day, quickly determined I needed a new water heater (it was 19 years old), and got to work on acquiring the tank and installing it within 2 to 3 hours. Prompt, courteous, helpful service all around. I'll be using them again for my plumbing needs. read more

James and crew went to my house to remove a blockage in my cleanout. They recommended to dig the sewer after a failed snaking to which was the correct way to fix the issue. I recommended their service and will call them again once the problem comes back. Great job overall! read more
