Aldrin and the Palmar team were absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, they went…read moreabove and beyond to ensure I was completely happy with the final product. Because we were using prefab countertops, I was highly concerned about how a specific seam would look. Aldrin and his crew took the time to strategically place the seam in an area with minimal pattern, and the result looks flawless. Their customer service is also unmatched. Even after I made my final payment, we discovered one last countertop that needed a quick adjustment. I was in a massive crunch with a party scheduled for the weekend and asked if they could fix it within a few days. Aldrin adjusted their schedule immediately, and his team was at my house first thing the next morning to make it happen. My dad actually owned a granite and marble fabrication company years ago, so I grew up around this trade and know high-quality craftsmanship when I see it. Palmar delivers top-tier work. I highly, highly recommend them. Thank you, Aldrin and team!

The quality of work was below par edges not smooth, faucet and backsplash touching each other (against code), completely left the work area and outside in dirt. After repeated escalations they agreed on the mistake but have yet to make the corrections. It's 3+ months since they did the work. Note I left the incomplete work in their work order. The work crew was rude enough to rush the work vs come back with the right cuts. Would recommend tying other installers.

It was a bit of a gamble because my husband has never used them before, but they came well recommended from another builder. I can only state that not only did they not disappoint, they exceeded our expectations. Excellent craftsmanship, top notch installation process, great employees. We will be using them on our next project, which is in Lafayette. My husband has been building homes for over 30 years and he has never been more pleased with a cabinet company than M & M. From the top down, all pros.

The finished product looked beautiful when it was installed, which is why this situation has been so disappointing. Unfortunately, only a few years after installation, the paint finish began cracking. Given the premium price we paid for these custom cabinets, I did not expect to encounter a major finish failure so soon. For more than a year, I have been trying to work with the company to find a reasonable solution. Communication has been extremely frustrating. Responses often take months, and progress has been very slow. Most recently, I received an estimate of approximately $33,000 to repair the issue, which was surprising given that the problem appears to stem from the original finish. I recognize that problems can occur on any project, and I understand that not every issue is straightforward. What matters most is how a company stands behind its work when something goes wrong. While I remain hopeful that we can reach a fair resolution, I have been disappointed by the lack of urgency and the difficulty of getting this issue addressed. If you're considering this company, I would recommend evaluating not only the quality of their products and installation, which were good, but also your comfort level with the level of support you may receive if a significant issue arises after the project is completed.
