Great company! Most unique quartz and porcelain designs Lots of different varieties at great rates. The owner is the nicest guy in the world always tries to help and make sure the projects will come out beautiful . Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for stone in the area.

We worked with Eli to pick 2 bookmatch Calacatta Paris quartz slabs. We went onsite to San Leandro and Eli showed us the slabs. Eli was very patient with all our questions. We stayed in touch after the visit and he continued to patiently answer questions we had over text / phone. We are super happy with the bookmatch quartz to make a 10 feet waterfall island.

The bathroom vanity fabrication and installation went flawlessly. The other pieces I had them make weren't quite right and Eunice had the pieces reworked until I was happy, even picking them up and delivering to my home. Their prices were great, they did everything to make sure I was happy before they were finished, and didn't charge extra when one of the reworks needed was because of my own mistake. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone, especially Eunice.

If I could give a 0 star I would . Run from this business. I contracted with this company to…read moredesign and install my new kitchen . I bought all the cabinets, hardware and used their contractors. After spending over $85,000. I had a defective cabinet door which was under warranty. It was all within a year but after receiving the door after fighting with them it was defective they ghosted me on installing the door . When i finally got someone they told me they don't install cabinets ! I'm like yes it was done by your company !! This was the second incidence that they don't know they sub contracted the labor ! Then they admitted it was their labor but it was now past warranty! I was arguing with them for over 8 months ! They said I have to pay $180 . I guess customer service is no longer part of their business. I would have had them do my bathrooms but Nope !!! So do not use this business. Also I wanted the owner Stephen to explain to me why they were not answering my phone calls but NEVER got a call back from him . The 5 star reviews they have mostly from the previous owner .

EZ Baths USA did an outstanding job on my complete shower renovation! From start to finish, the…read moreentire experience was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. They removed my old grout-style tile and replaced it with a beautiful, modern shower wall system that completely transformed the space. They also installed a new shower base, a custom shelf, and a dual shower head with multiple spray settings that has been a huge upgrade. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond by replacing the main shower valve to make sure everything was done the right way. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality really stood out. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. My new shower looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend EZ Baths USA to anyone looking for a high-quality bathroom remodel :)

I've worked with Farr and his team 2 times…read more First time I contacted him to replace only 2 showers in my old condo. A lot of contractors and businesses I contacted for quotes ended up either not showing up because the job was too small or they gave me outrageous quotes, but Farr was the only one to give a fair quote and a detailed scope of work. My previous roommate and I were absolutely thrilled with the final result, and the showers were a big selling point when I sold off my condo. Fast forward 2 years later and we purchased our first house which needed a lot of cosmetic renovations. Both bathrooms were very outdated with cracked tiles, smudged or old fixtures, bathtub, vanity, etc so we needed a full gut. Again Farr came out and was able to give me a competitive fair price for 2 bathroom renovations and it came out EXACTLY what I asked for, and even came back to touch up a few issues I pointed out after the job was almost complete! Picking out the materials and scheduling was a breeze and the whole process took about a month. Will continue to recommend EZ baths to anyone in the East Bay looking for a bathroom remodel!

From start to end I had a good experience with US Superior Stone and Tile. The TLDR/most important…read moretakeaways are: make your order in person and be assertive about asking for help rather than waiting for staff to come to you First, I visited every place that sold countertop and tile in the east Bay Area. USSS&T had the best prices by a significant amount. I looked at all their options, got quotes, and went home to think about it. I ended up returning in person to place my order, and I STRONGLY recommend anybody who wants to place an order do so in person. Most of the staff do not seem to have English as their first language so a miscommunication might be more likely to happen over the phone. Also, when I picked the stone I wanted for my countertop, they actually allowed me into the warehouse area where I was permitted to pick which slab I wanted of the ones available. That's not an experience most places will offer. They helped us load the tile into our car and we scheduled a time for them to install the countertop. Brief note that I emailed them about making an order the same morning that I decided to go in person, and they took over two weeks to reply to my email. So again, ORDER IN PERSON. They arrived at the time they'd said they would. I will say they told me they'd arrive "after 1pm", and the day of installation around 11am I got a call from USSS&T saying the installation guys would actually be arriving an hour early, at noon. They ended up arriving at 1pm anyways. So they got right down to business, very efficient and polite, made sure to check in with me and my contractor at each step. The whole thing was done in about 1.5 hours. I really recommend them. I also want to note that some other reviews mention the staff members seem unenthusiastic or rude. There's obviously a cultural difference here. The staff members were never rude or anything to me, they were very professional. If you want help at the store you can't just wait around hoping for somebody to approach you. You have to go up to a staff member and ASK to be helped. At this point they are happy to help and will be very efficient. They are also all knowledgable so no matter who you get to help you they'll be able to answer any question you have.

Outstanding quality of craftsmanship and value…read more I didn't have a contractor so we were sort of winging this from the start. We had a slight misunderstanding (on my part) on day 1, but the installation team worked with me to get the project back on track. Despite my not being on site during the job, they did a great job. The work was great. They cleaned up like they had never been there, and the attention to detail (corner work, alignment of seams, etc) was exceptional. Very respectful of the house as well. In the store, Randi did a great job in helping me spec out what I needed and my options. I will say that I had a competitive bid, and USST was about 10% less... but it wasn't just price. They did a great job.

Exceptionally bad service and workmanship. I've…read moresuccessfully gutted and renovated 2 houses now. I've worked with countless companies and contractors to do construction, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, floors, and so on. EuroMarble is the worst experience I had by far. They have done everything wrong. Look at the attached pictures to see for yourself. I'm posting this to save others the agony and damage this company brought me. Even before they started the installation, their communication is terrible. Try to call the company and see how the person answers the phone. Then, an employee arrived to measure and take templates. He made a bunch of mistakes that they later blamed on me. I hired them to do a professional job and they expect me to do the work for them. The worst part was the installation itself. The installers were flat out rude. They damaged our floors and took no measures what so ever to protect and clean their environment. They chipped some of the stone panels and failed to fix it. The drilled crooked holes for our fixtures, and they installed unpolished stone that still had the manufacturer print on it on a visible side. And lastly the sink they installed. A month after they were done with the installation, our sink just crashed into the cabinet underneath. See pictures. As I'm writing this post we still don't have an operational sink in our kitchen. Avoid at all costs.
